Worst nail shop I've ever visited. Cheap products and factory like services. You're herded like cattle and they ignore your preferred styles and do whatever they can (because of minimal talent and experience). They semi-train everyone in the family to do the bare minimum (I had grandpa), then get mad when you ask stuff. A lady got cut from the drill, she was saying it's ok, just get some neosporin, they were saying she moved her hand and it wasn't that bad. The manager called her a weak black b-word as I was leaving. Needless to say, they don't deserve their communities business. read more

i usually don't leave reviews like this , but i just don't want anyone else to experience this . i went in for a soak off and short acrylic set . for one , they didn't do a soak off , they popped it off with a nail . the utensils they used are dirty & not sterilized . i kept having to reiterate that i wanted a sharp square nail , not rounded or squoval . the shape still ended up not to my liking and the lamp was not curing my nails correctly so it kept having to be fixed . we finished up and i address that i didn't like the shape and the lady doing my nails called somebody else over to fix it and it still was not to my liking . whatever , they send me on my way & when i got to the car that was not even 5 minutes away , my nails had started wrinkling. i went back in to fix it and another lady addressed that issue . i went to run some errands and came to the conclusion that i am not satisfied with my nails at all . the shape wasn't to my liking , the application was lumpy & uneven , my cuticles are not taking care of & it's just not what i wanted . when i went back for a soak off , the man insisted on doing a color change since HE didn't see a problem with my nails . when i addressed that they are MY nails and i didn't like them , he started getting rude and rowdy saying how he is the expert and my opinion didn't matter and how he couldn't even do a soak off because " they were too fresh " , but said later on that i would be there for about 45 minutes . so he could have did the soak off , but didn't want to ?? he was extremely rude and he did not fix my issue . he was basically saying because my nails looked fine to him , he wouldn't soak them off or fix them to my liking which didn't make sense because i already paid and it was the SAME DAY !! i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they are rude and feel as if their opinion is the only one that matters . i will not be coming back . read more

The wait is always long, and they say first come first serve. NOT TRUE! Twice, I waited for a fill for almost two hours. When I asked if I was next, the lady in the front rudely said I was next and I needed to wait. I only asked because two women went before me when they came in after me. They dont care about the list! I GOT A FILL IN & GEL PEDI. why was it $95? I get the same thing done in NY for $70....... then on top of that the service was so bad.. I asked the lady to cut my nails and she didn't. I asked for a French base and the person doing was lost.... they put something on my nail and i didn't like it and I communicated that.... the person had an attitude... like excuse me.. but this is my money I'm spending. I didn't like the base they chose... but I left it because I didn't wanna be much of an inconvenience...so fast forward to today (two days after my manicure.) the acrylic is lifting, my color is chipping & the nail that I told her to clip, broke! and the pedicure was ASS! the lady didn't even give me a massage, she did hot stone, which I hated because it hurt... she didn't even ven ask what I wanted.. and barely massaged my feet. I thought that was part of my pedicure.. omg omg omg... I will say.. just because y'all see a lot of people in there doesn't mean it's a good nail salon.. they aren't that catering to you. The opi nail polish is chipping really bad and the base coat that they use before applying the gel is too shiny which cause the polish to chip and not dry under the light. These guys are great. Came today for a pedicure/shellac manicure and they got me in immediately and had someone do my toes while someone else worked simultaneously on my hands. I got the basic packages and the nails were meticulous, massages amazing and the salon was super clean and felt hygienic with covers on their bowls, etc. Wonderful massage chairs! And best of all, they were super fast. I was in and out in about an hour for both services. I will start coming here more regularly, for sure, after trying a lot of local places. Came in about three weeks ago for shellac manicure... lasted almost this long... started chipping just after the 2 1/2 week mark. So they were clean, kind, fast and a good product. Been going to this one particular girl for years. No one can clean my nails up the way that she does! Skin is very dry and others rush and don't do well! She's perfect for my nails! I've never really cared who did my toes. Will allow anyone to do them. Now, the young lady who does my nails knows that I'm allergic to Gel as well as Acrylic. As I said I've been going to her for years. But when I first arrived this particular time, she was working with someone else. So! 2 days ago, I allowed this older very LOUD lady there do my toes. Before sitting down she asked me did I want gel. I told her no, I was allergic. As she's doing my toes, she talking and laughing in their language soooo loud to the lady sitting next to her accommodating another lady. She was speaking their language but just seemed messy. Rolling her eyes when people walked by, whispering etc. Before polishing, she STILL made an attempt to put gel polish on my toes as to which the lady next to her she was conversing with the entire time, the girl doing my nails who has now arrived and myself had to quickly try to stop her. No problem on my end because I'm figuring she probably didn't understand what I meant when I said the word ALLERGIC! Language barrier! It's ok. I understand! I get it! My girl, I hear her say something Vietnamese and then the word ALLERGIC! With an attitude she takes the gel polish off but is saying something. You can tell by her demeanor that she wasn't happy. She completes the French manicure that I ask for with regular polish and it looks like one of my inexperienced Elementary school students did it! She brings out the ticket for my toes and hands it to the girl doing my nails so that she can add hers to it as soon as she's done, for payment. I look at the ticket and notice that it's $5 more than it's supposed to be. So I bring it up to the girl doing my nails. Puzzled, she asks the lady what the extra $5 was for and she proceeded to say that it was because she had to take GEL polish from my toes before doing them. We proceed again to tell her that it wasn't gel and that I was allergic. Loudly, in English, she tells me that I did have gel on my toes and that she had to take it off. My nail tech goes to go get the owner, Laura. She comes over and they discuss and the lady goes on to tell her that she took gel polish off of my toes. I guess Laura tells her not to charge me because it was taken off the cost. I call my goddaughter who speaks Vietnamese because now I'm not trusting this irate and very loud lady at this point because she seems angry! I put her on speakerphone. She listens and tells me that she is saying that, "I'm BROKE and that's WHY I didn't get GEL!" Said, "I couldn't afford it!" So if that's what you think, then you know I didn't have gel on my toes! I go to let Laura do my eyebrows in the back and bring it to her attention that I knew what the lady had said. She then goes on to question how I knew what she was saying. Says she didn't say anything bad while she was around. She was loud! She did! Everyone could hear her. We just didn't know what she was saying. I told her I dialed my goddaughter who speaks the language. She goes on to ask me how old she was and if she was Vietnamese. I explain to her that she took it up in high school and college and was now FLUENT! She then goes on to tell me that my goddaughter probably got what she was saying wrong because I had her on speaker phone and that their language was hard to understand if you weren't Vietnamese! Are you serious? Like we can't learn your language? You learned English! Several times, I been there, there has been drama! Had nothing to do with me ever so I just watched and ignored. But kept returning because of my favorite nail teach ONLY! I have been told that they talk really bad about the blacks who attend their shop behind our backs and we don't know it because we don't know the language. Said they really don't like US! This came from a guy who used to work there years ago who is VIETNAMESE! I'm praying that I can find someone as good as my girl to take care of my nails. I hope she leaves so I can follow her! As I will not be returning. For the record, ma'am you seem to be the one broke trying to overcharge people! I've not been broke any of my life! FORTUNATE! So sad because I have been going there for years. Since her sister and her husband first owned it. They did a better job at running it! Nicer! ALSO, Watch it! First time. Last time! This place is disgusting & I have pictures to prove it! I went here with a few of my friends to get a mani & pedi. The two of them had been here before & the were raving at how good they were. Since my usual nail tech was out of town I decided to give them a try. I regret making that decision. The nail shop is fairly small. They seated me in a chair near the door which was cool until I began to smell sewage every time I turned my head to the left. I looked behind me & noticed their were pipes behind the chairs to provided the water to the foot tub. The smell was horrible but it was a faint smell. I didn't notice it until she was halfway through my pedicure. I also noticed dirty shoes back there with stains all over them from the mustard packet smashed on the floor. This is what made me take a look around the whole shop. As she was painting my toe nails I noticed dust everywhere, the walls in the back were in desperate need of paint because they were turning black, the floor looked like it hadn't seen a mop since last year, & the back of the chairs the nail techs were using were just lying around in different areas. To top it off there was trash around the seating area to dry your feet & the shop wasn't even busy! We got there around 11:00a.m. The workers didn't even attempt to clean it & are disgusting & lazy to continue work in that type of environment. Needless to say I refused to let them do a manicure on me. The only good thing about this place is that they use hot rocks to massage your legs/feet(included in the pedicure). Which is probably why their pedicures start at $18. Is it worth a try? Hell no! My friends were speaking on their experience from YEARS ago. I'll stick to my usual nail shop(Nails Etc.) around the corner from there. This place needs to be closed. read more

I walked in on July 4th, pleased with the convenience on a holiday. The shop is filthy with black dirt on the floor. I had to request my water be exchanged because I felt dirt/toenails in the foot bath. Limited space and minimal polish options. They do have gel polish... enough but not many options either. This is not the place for customer service, the staff is aloof and unfriendly. Service is quick and they will get you in and out. My nails and toes are neat but not worth the unsanitary condition of the shop and tools. Definitely was nervous about infection. read more

This place is always packed out the door. They serve their customers quickly and extensively to the value of the money paid. There is a reason why they are always packed... they are good! This is the busiest nail shop in Atlanta, and it's worth the wait to get your nails done right! The nail technicians are always nice and courteous, and they are some of the most creative people when it comes to nail art and design.
