Very interesting places. Conveniently located in area however the service isn't always the best. Maybe it's just a culture difference but I haven't experienced much of the rudeness but I've definitely witnessed it! I guess some continue to come due to their work or simply because lack of other spots in Westend area. They also went up on pricing as a man I expect my Pedicures to be a bit more but $30 is excessive. Especially when it's only 20min process. Decent for last minute fixings but well yea.... read more

please spend your money where it's appreciated. The lady was rude , did a half butt job on a simple pedicure. these people act like they are doing you a favor ! left nail polish on my skin and just poured oil on my ankles and feet not massaging it in . then stated she couldn't give me a massage that came with the service due to her body hurting . in which she could've started before service began and I would've an went elsewhere . read more

I'm confused by the negative reviews here but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. This nail place is in a small plaza in West End. No frills, bars on the windows, clean but old. This isn't a gorgeous shiny nail salon in Buckhead so I'm rating it as so. 4 stars. I walked in with no appointment and there was no wait. There were some customers; Friendly and smiling and just enjoying the afternoon with their friends at the salon. Seemed like all of the customers were regulars because all the technicians knew what everyone wanted. The lady got straight to removing my old set and building out the full acrylic set with tips + gel polish. She was friendly and fast. Full set + gel polish + removal= $35. $35?!??! Unheard of. I took away a star for the following: I feel like they could spruce up the place a bit. There was only one clean hand towel in the bin. I got a glitter polish which is hard to cover the full nail sometimes so there are places at the tip of my nail where I can see the tips and that annoys me :/ Will I go back? Of course. It's cheap. I decided to stop here because there apparently the only ones open . I'm under the empression that she can do may long natural nails.The lady is very rude and decided to get upset because she put thick gel polish and I told her that it's wasn't right and she replied with I'm just gone take off everything and left me with this.. When i say never,never ever ever go here this is unacceptable. You shouldn't have to come in to a place of business like this. Speaking to each other in there language and not cleaning and using sanitizer it's unacceptable. Spending your money some where else. read more

I would not recommend this place even on your WORST nail day or emergency! I went Sunday evening as my usual place was closed and I had a broken nail and a full work week. This was the only place open in the area at the time so I figured I'd give it a try. I started with an eyebrow wax in which the woman didn't do a good job, over and under waxed at the same time (Idk how either??) ALSO cut my eyebrow which left a scab. PLACE IS TRASH! In a bind? This spot is right on time. No bells. No whistles. Towels are old. Polishes are not necessarily tended to frequently. But I don't do gel, I bring my polish and I wear my own nails so for me it's just fine. It's close. Between my home and my work commute. The people are friendly. The prices are fair. I will never ever patronize this place again. They nail tech was jerking on me. This lady was so mean and arrogant. This must be a last resort place only. And when your service is rendered you will totally regret it. My gel polish looks so sloppy. Highly disappointed. One customer noted the lady is so nasty acting because of previous customers in the past. But that's still ridiculous nasty attitude and horrible service. read more

The prices are good but this place is a hot mess. People cursing at each other . yes! Customers cursing at technicians and the technicians cursing back. The wait can be long sometimes. Very long but they work fast. At the least this place is entertaining. Just make sure you stay on them about what you want. A couple ladies had to go back and forth with the technician about what needed to be fixed. I would come back if I didn't want to spend too much and didn't mind staying longer in case of wait or drama. My sister's nails ended up too thick the second time she went. If the work was consistently quality I would give them a higher rating but its not. read more

Ugh! NO!!!!!!!! Can you say terrible. As a struggling college student this was all I could afford at the time. In the time as a customer here I literally saw it all! From fights in the middle of the salon to the doors and windows burst out by someone driving their car through the place. This place is horrible!!! This is not an exaggaration. It is AWFUL and cheap for a reason. RUN the other way. One positive was that the original owners (that left about 2-2.5 years ago) were great in the area of customer service. The quality went straight down once he sold it to his sister in law. Now its just a hood MESS. I would never step food in this place again. read more

I came here because I was in a rush and everyone else was so crowded however they we're almost empty when I got in the chair I understood why, this place is nasty as hell it doesn't look clean at all. The Polish look as if they have had it seen the place first opened. The workers laying around sleep in the chairs. Just a turn off. Never been in such a rush to get out of a nail shop in my life. I stopped here because I didn't have time to go to my regular place and I was late for an event already, huge mistake. Worst mani/pedi I've ever gotten in my life. Horrible service. The place is dark and the employees are rude, if they even bother to speak to you. At one point the lady doing my nails even stopped to yell at a customers toddler for crying. They just care about getting you in and out and taking your money. No regard for service or quality. read more
