I was immediately greeted and sat down at the pedicure area. Chairs look new and clean. In fact, I watched an employee spray down and wipe the chair after a customer left. I had a male pedicures and he was wonderful. Very gentle yet firm as he worked on my feet. The water was so warm and soapy. The customers around me seemed happy and happy with their services, which is very telling because I've been to places where customers were either leaving or visibly upset. The place was very clean (including the bathrooms), smelled good, and had great music! I got a gel deep French pedi (basic spa) for 74, including tip (without was about 62), which I'd say is average for the area. Plus, the experience was worth it to me. My boyfriend and I continued coming here even after my regular nail tech moved away, and I've also brought my 3-year-old daughter with me. We actually stopped coming for a few months because the wait times had become so long, but decided to give them another chance after being told we would be seated immediately. We still ended up being there until around 9 PM. This visit was especially frustrating because I asked for specific services and instead of simply doing what I requested, I kept being given alternatives and opinions. The receptionist also told me it wasn't a good idea to get my daughter's nails done and said it was basically a waste of money because she would mess them up. She has been getting her nails done for about a year, so I already know what she can handle. I'm also fully aware of how I choose to spend my money. For this visit, I spent $175 total for myself and my daughter. Her nails were $23 and her pedicure was another $23. My own services included a $65 gel builder set, a $15 "deep French" charge, a $43 pedicure, $19 gel polish, and an additional $10 charge. What was labeled as "deep French" also looked like a regular French tip to me, so that added to my frustration with the pricing. At the end of the day, if a customer is asking for a service that you offer and is willing to pay for it, there shouldn't be so much pushback or unsolicited commentary. Between the long wait times, the customer service, and the overall experience, I don't see myself returning.

Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.

I have to also say, I was shocked to watch two customers getting broken nails fixed and not tipping the nail technician. Sandy Springs is not a poor community. If you have $50 to get your nails done, or you can simply afford to have someone else do your nails for you, then you certainly have a few more dollars to tip a nail technician who depends on tips for their livelihood - it's not like they are salaried employees or even paid hourly. Hairdressers and nail technicians are dependent upon tips - EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS. My nail technician told me that it actually happens more frequently than you would expect in this neighborhood. She said she also has customers with money who say they'll Venmo her a tip yet they never do. If you're not gonna tip the nail technician (and, yes, you do tip for the repair of a broken nail), then don't go in there! Do your own nails!
