The only reason I gave 4 stars is because, she pulled off one of the nails because it didn't fit to her liking, and while I'm glad she wanted to make sure the outcome looked how she wanted, I am nervous that my nail might be damaged once this comes off. It was quite a tug and the nail bed didn't look great to me after. I'm nervous in general because of the filing. I don't typically get my nails done because they usually peel, no matter what method we use to soak them off.. but I'll wait and give it a fair shot to see how my nails respond after this set. Since it was my first experience with gel, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to come back today for an acrylic full set. Unfortunately, today's experience was much worse. Before he even put the tips on, he asked me at least five different times what color I wanted. I explained each time that I was still deciding because I wanted to look through the color book first. Instead of giving me a chance to choose, I felt rushed throughout the entire appointment. The nail tech was also on the phone during my service, and I felt like I didn't have his full attention. I asked for a simple, short, super square acrylic set, but my nails ended up rounded, uneven, and sloppy. I also requested a simple two-color design using a pastel yellow and pink. Instead, he used a neon yellow instead of the pastel shade I had chosen and never gave me the opportunity to choose the pink shade I wanted. As soon as he applied the colors, I politely told him I didn't like them. He huffed, walked away with a visible attitude, and made me feel uncomfortable for simply speaking up about something I hadn't asked for. At that point, I didn't want to argue, so I kindly asked him to just do white instead. Overall, I left disappointed. I expect to be able to take my time choosing my colors, have my requests listened to, and be treated respectfully if I ask for a correction. Between feeling rushed, the poor communication, the attitude when I spoke up, and the uneven quality of the nails, this experience fell far below my expectations. Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.

There were some hiccups but I think it was because she was rushing considering they closed at 6pm. The establishment is clean, a bit noisy considering it was full on a Saturday evening off Roswell Rd. The price was about average for a gel pedicure and there was nothing spectacular about the place. I don't know if I would be back yet it wasn't a horrible decision. Impulsive yes, but not a place I would visit again just because. They have a wide variety of nail polish and the polish will typically last for a few weeks with no chipping. Prices are reasonable for the service you receive. All technicians have provided excellent service and are detailed and complete quality work. There is also a coffee shop next door so arrive to your appointments a few minutes early to get your Favorite beverage.
