I hate to say it... this place has really gone down hill. Outrageous prices and they have gotten extremely stingy with their food. $40+ for two bagels and coffees. My Calabasas is supposed to have cream cheese and avocado. They up charged me for the jalapeño cream cheese. Fine. But when I got it, there is less cream cheese on this than the lid of a Philadelphia cream cheese tub!! What a joke. They used to be a lot more generous which made the ridiculous prices for their food a little more palatable. Now? I think we'll go elsewhere. read more

Pretty good cup of coffee, but you can't charge $6 (after tax) for a basic large coffee. That's simply crazy when you have plenty of large chain and mom/pop options in Simi charging $3-$4.50 (also after tax). read more

The staff is very welcoming and sweet. The food is tasty and a perfect combination of savory and comforting. The cold brew is my favorite! Probably the best cold brew I've ever had. I read reviews talking about waiting times and that employees weren't so kind, but I had a good experience my first time here! I will say I had some sticker shock seeing the price for a regular bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich but I decided to still get a regular bagel. I went through the drive thru which was a bit of a waiting experience but I didn't mind since I wasn't in a rush. It's convenient that they even do have a drive thru ah all. I got an egg bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and the cream cheese was super delicious! I also saw a honey green tea lemonade on the menu which I decided to try and wow, it tasted amazing. The cafe can easily customize your order without problems since they are a mom and pop place. Whenever I come here I get a bagel sandwich, a coffee, or a smoothie. You really can't beat the jalapeno cream cheese. Add it to the Get Hooked sandwich and the flavor is other worldly. Such a good combo. Editing my original review and added another Star. I went this morning and my order was perfect, my guess is the weekend crew is different from the weekday one. So I'll stick to just going on the weekends. I have used the drive thru a few times cause I like quick and easy options when I'm on the go in the morning. The last three times though my bagel has just been so unpleasant. Last week my cinnamon bagel was bone dry. Yesterday I went again and it was burned to hell, was pretty much a cracker. I decided to go again today and I made sure to ask for "lightly toasted" with cinnamon and sugar butter again, the same thing I get every time. And again just bone dry and so crunchy. I want to give this place 5 stars. I really do. Been sitting in the parking lot waiting for a burrito, sandwhich, and sliders for over 40 mins when I was the first person in line. For 70$ I don't think it should take 45 plus mins in a drive through. Really really want to rate higher but for the price being paid and the wait time I just can't justify it. I've hear d that Get Hooked is one of the best places in Simi to get bagels. Now that school is back in session, I have some free time to myself, and yesterday seemed like the perfect day to enjoy lunch in a park (it was!). I ordered the Valley Bagel (cheese, ham, mayo, tomato) on a plain bagel ($10) and a strawberry smoothie ($7) and took it to the local park to enjoy. The bagel was delightful, it has been a while since I had a treat like that and I thoroughly enjoyed every last bite. The smoothie was good, however it didn't compare to say Jamba for example, which has a similar price point. Maybe next time I need to try the inclusion of a second fruit. Service was awesome and there is a ton of parking. I will definitely be back to try more bagels. read more

YESSSS! Finally! An awesome quick breakfast spot in Simi with quality food. I found this spot on Yelp a while ago and bookmarked - today we pulled the triggered and went for breakfast. I ordered the Hooked Bagel Sandwich on a garlic bagel- IT WAS SO GOOD! My husband got a breakfast burrito with sausage & also loved his. We also picked up a couple fun bagels to go (pizza, jalapeño & cheese, onion & cheese, and chocolate chip) to share with the family. Buy 6 for a discount! They have great quality coffee. My husband got a house coffee & I had an iced dirty chai w/ an extra shot of espresso. I love supporting local businesses in town, they also provided great customer service. Just tried an iced matcha for the first time and they made it half sweet and it was just ok. Could have been a little bit colder and blended a little better. A little whip cream would've been nice. the chocolate covered coffee bean that adds a nice touch. But not impressed. They are a little pricey for the look of the place. Also a bit slow. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. One thing they can do better is warn that there is an up charge for a Optional milk. It doesn't say so on the menu and when you order they Specifically ask you what kind of milk you want as if it is free to do so.Please be sure to tell the person there is an additional charge. one of my fav bagel spots i loveee their bagels here! when you go in you have to order up at the register but they still bring your food and drinks to you at your table which i think is really nice!! i get the malibu with no avocado and it's really good! i always like having a little cream cheese on my bagel so it's nice that they include it along w the turkey and the sprouts also go really well with the bagel surprisingly! i've ordered a few drinks from here which weren't very memorable honestly but my friend got a pom iced tea lemonade which she really liked!! what's cool is they also include a little chocolate egg with every drink they serve and attach it to a toothpick on the lid. i think it's so cute and a nice thoughtful addition to your order!! read more
