The food here is fine. The people that work here are nice but have trouble getting an order right. Been here have a dozen times and at least 4 times the order was wrong. It happened again today when my wife ordered decaf coffee and got regular caffienated coffee. Not a big deal unless you have digestive issues and can't have caffeine. I've ordered hazel nut coffee here before and twice got regular coffee. Both times they were very nice and corrected their mistake. But the mistake with my wife's order has put her in digestive stress that she had to deal with for several hours. Won't be back. read more

Great Bagel Sandwiches. I personally love the Hidden Hills. Lox, onion, capers, cream cheese on a toasted bagel of your choice (I recommend an everything bagel), served with a couple pickle spears. I have eaten there a few times now, and this was ONE of the worst. You pay a lot for a bagel sandwich $11.50 to be exact. This was the crappiest bagel I have ever received. NOT WORTH it at all. I love this place so much, their coffee and bagels are some of the best I've ever had. But if you have anywhere to be or any plans that day, don't go through the drivethru. I consistently have waited upwards of 20 minutes in the drivethru. Today I ordered a bagel and a drink at 9:20 and didn't pay or get my bagel until 9:40, and I was the only car in the drivethru. I was now late to an appointment because I didn't want to drive off and leave my food. I understand it's a rush hour time but I just really hope they can be more attentive and figure out a different way of taking care of drivethru customers and in store customers at the same time! read more

There were only 2 people in front of us in line and a couple cars in the drive through. Get Hooked coffee is my new favorite coffee place! The coffee is the best coffee I've ever had. I just tried the tea latte and I'm obsessed! Everything has been amazing. Bagels are great but the real winner is their coffee drinks. Lots of sugar free options as well. They will make any of the drinks half sweet. Love it! Well, hate to do this but I think something needs to be mentioned about the price inflation from this place lately. I get it, places need to up their prices to stay open- especially during the pandemic, and especially in California- but ten bucks for a breakfast sandwich and seven bucks for a large iced tea? Sorry, but the quality isn't quite there to be able justify those prices. Cost us more than 50 bucks for 3 orders. This was our second time here and the waiting problem people complain about is legit. I want so much to like this place but they have no clue how to run a front end of a business that can get hectic. All I ordered was a dozen bagels and it took 20 MINUTES! It is ridiculous for a customer who has been helped to then wait 20 minutes for ready made items. Okay, partially ready made. First they took forever to get to my order and then I realized they had to pull frozen bagels out to complete my order. Someone should constantly be stocking the bagel bins! This added about 5 minutes to the order because they had to run them through the toaster. How can you be a bagel shop and NOT MAKE YOUR OWN BAGELS????? Seriously the kids there are nice, but they do not have a clue how to run this type of business and I blame the owner. He/She is trying to do too many things with the business and need to cull the menu down until they can handle a smaller and more manageable size menu. We moved here from SFV where we had the good fortune of having several Western Bagels around us. This owner needs to spend a few hours watching how they do it and carry it over to "Get Hooked." Unfortunately they are not going to last with their high prices and extremely slow service. The person who takes your bagel and coffee order should get it for you right then and there! Instead of placing an order and watching chickens with their heads cutoff running around. I know this review sounds cruel, but the restaurant business is cruel and these owners need to seriously look at their business and FIX IT if they want to survive and keep customers coming back. I wish them luck, but until I see changes with complaints about how long it takes, I'm headed back over the hill. read more

I would like to start by saying this review is not about the food but the service. I had phoned in a pickup order and when I got there everything was ready, but my side order of tater tots. The girl ringing up my order said it wasn't added, which I didn't feel was a big deal. When then talking to her coworker about getting it made they realized it was added but under one of our bagel orders. When she went to ring me up the amount was way more than what I was told on the phone. When I called that out she realized she needed to remove the extra side she had added when they thought it was missing. The amount was still more than what I was told on the phone so I am not confident I was charged properly. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for this "side of tots" that ended up being 7 pieces in a bag. When we got home we realized this and also that they had actually put tots on one of the bagels which we did NOT ask for. So they clearly messed up the order, but instead of stating that or giving me an actual side of tater tots this is what I got. Very upsetting as we do enjoy the bagel sandwiches here. read more

The first two times I went I waited approximately 45 minutes each time, but was willing to give some grace knowing that they're newly opened. Decided to give a new local business a try. Went here about 6:45 on a weekday and was the third car in line. I ordered an iced coffee drink and a bagel. I waited over 30 minutes just to get to the window. There was no apology for the wait and the staff was unsure as to what exactly I ordered. I then waited another 5 minutes at the window before I was told they ran out of the bagel I ordered. I was then handed a different bagel in a wrapper with no bag or napkins. Both cars in front of me had similar small orders so I have no idea what the delay was. Would not recommend if you are in any sort of morning time crunch. I think they have the potential to develop but as of now they are completely disorganized and can't successfully operate as a drive thru. On a side note, the coffee and bagel were both okay, with the coffee being extremely sweet. I won't be returning. read more

They were very apologetic but it was really awesome because everyone understood and it was so great to see them BUSY during these hard times! And yet, my food still came out amazing! I got the breakfast BLT on an onion bagel and my egg was cooked to perfection! A little runny yolk just the way I like. Got a side of tots and for a drink, the Seattle fog! Super delish! I've been here a few times now to give them multiple chances and have always been equally dissatisfied . Extremely overpriced i don't care what's in your bagel it shouldn't be over $10 and the outrageous coffee prices are excessive for no reason as well. This is a small place in Simi, geographically it does not even make financial sense to be charging this much. And don't even get me started about the "drive-thru" lines. They always take at least 25-45 minutes even if there's only 2 cars ahead and no one inside the establishment.
