Best bagels in all of Simi, place has amazing coffee, service, and burritos. Their shredded beef one being my favorite, I come here constantly. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered in for the first time from here and it'll definitely not be the last time! Upon hearing about this spot, you'd think it's a sushi/seafood spot but actually serves up some great bagels. Got the Breakfast BLT on an onion bagel and it was delightful! Can never go wrong with eggs, bacon and cream cheese... and the arugula and tomato along with it is the perfect touch. The amount of cream cheese on it with all of the other fillings is pure perfection. Everything on the menu looked amazing -- can't wait to slowly but surely make my way through it all!

I was looking for something quick and easy to just grab and go and saw that they carried gluten free bagels. They only have it in plain, so I got mine lightly toasted and added cream cheese for some flavor. It was really good, the dough on the bagel didn't taste heavy like most gluten ones do. The staff was friendly, even offered me water as I waited for my bagel. It did take a little longer than expected due to door dash orders, but because it was just a toasted bagel it didn't take too long before I got my order. They also have a lot to offer on the menu, coffee, teas, smoothies, fresh bagels and breakfast. Lots of seating inside and a small patio outside.

Tried about 4-5 different bagel spots in Simi and this was probably the best one. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The bagels were fairly decent and don't taste oily. It's really cool how they have active throughout as well. Best bagel spot in Simi.

Ok this is the cutest little coffee shop! What a hidden gem! I am gluten free and finding a gf bagel seems impossible. This place even makes delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches with the bagels and many coffee options. The inside has tons of windows, comfy chairs, and plenty of seating. This beats Starbucks for the local vibe and would be a great spot to sit and do work. I told the cashier that it was my first time and she gave me plenty of time to decide and talk through some menu items without feeling rushed. She was super cute and friendly. Big smile on her face. They're only open till 2pm and I got here right before 1pm. Got my order for here so I could sit and enjoy without rushing off like I normality do. I ordered a 20oz latte breve no foam, which was perfect. And for food I got the "Calabasas" on gluten free bagel. Holy heck this place is delicious! You can tell the staff cares and puts love into their food. Oh and did I mention they have a DRIVE-THRU?!? Say whatttt?!? I will definitely be returning! 10/10 recommend!

Wowwww!!! This is the best bagel shop in Simi!!! We've gone to a bunch of places in simi and the valley trying to get a good bagel and have been disappointed each time. Look no further -come here get a bagel and a coffee cuz the coffee is also really good. The service is great too and the vibes inside are very cozy and inviting. We ate inside and it felt like you were in a chill coffee shop - Portland vibes. We are HOOKED!

I would love love to give this place more stars as I really do support local small business but I just cannot get over the prices. I was on a target run this morning and thought let me skip the Starbucks and get something more substantial when I remember I always drive by Get Hooked but have never been. Its very small and can be overlooked if your driving by too fast. The awesome thing is they have a drive thru. Staff was super friendly and helpful in helping me decide on an iced coffee. I decided to get the carmelito for $6.95 as a 16 Oz and a plain bagel egg and cheese. I was told they would have my total at the window and when I pulled up it was $20.81!! Almost $21 for ONE small coffee and ONE bagel egg and cheese. I couldn't believe it. The bagel costs $10-11+ thats absurd. Honestly the portions dont even make up for it. The bagel itself tastes great and had a good texture/bite to it.. not to soft not to hard and is really good but everything else inside was mediocre...I honestly just cannot justify the cost... what would a family of 4 pay for breakfast! I thought I would make this a more everyday occurrence on the way to work but sadly im just going to keep driving.

    Hooked bagel breakfast sandwhich.

Order two hooked bagel sandwiches through the drive-through with one iced coffee and one hot coffee upon opening at home saw how small the sandwiches are compared to what they used to be a year ago when we used to go there weekly and get one of their specialty bagels . They took several off menu which is fine but those were the best ones ! not only is the price so much higher 13-15.00 for a breakfast sandwich , but the quality of food has gone down. The egg was really overcooked and un edible . The sausage was overcooked dry and crispy, and the bagel was toasted, but very dry the whole sandwich was dry and not enjoyable. Service was good as always and nice people working there.

Everything bagel toasted x2, egg, ham, Swiss, tots
    FoodCritic C.

The only good thing about this place is the girl working the window. Ordered everything bagel toasted well which has zero flavor everything bagel flavor and they burnt it. You would think they would have checked it just to make sure it was toasted well. The egg is well done and asked for Friday over medium. This cost $17.00 -- INSANE! Never again.

Dry, basically not very well baked flat bagel
    Guzel B.

Very cute place with friendly staff, and I don't mind paying higher prices for quality. But unfortunately, the sandwiches were really disappointing. The bagels were flat, which suggests the baking process or recipe isn't being followed properly. As a result, the sandwiches just didn't taste good. It feels like taste isn't being prioritized, and that's a dealbreaker for me. Sadly, I won't be coming back.

a dozen bagels are $16.00, there are a few premium that would drive the price higher like a cheese bagel . Hope to see you soon..............Mike

Neon lights, cute signage, and overall they just did a really great job with the design and execution. There's a lot going on but it doesn't feel cheap. Ambiance is definitely A+. For dinner on a weeknight we found this spot wasn't too busy but we also came after happy hour. It was a relaxed vibe. Service was overall pretty good. I felt like all of the gals working were very very sweet and nice. Also, anytime we stopped them to ask for refills and such we got what we asked for. That's my only upgrade as since it wasn't super busy, it would have been nice for the staff to catch the refills on water or salsa on their own/more proactively but hey, it was again a relaxed lowkey night and the staff couldn't have been lovelier. I'm just curious how the service would be if they were super busy? Now on to the food and drinks. The menu was very impressive! Solid cocktail and drinks menu. I'm bummed I didn't get a cocktail but my party doesn't drink so it was more fun to get an agua Fresca with them. The guava one was good and served nicely chilled. However, next time I'll definitely get a cocktail because their drinks looked fun and beautiful. The food was definitely the standout for me. I ordered the cheese enchiladas Suizas and they were a 10/10. Not comparable to most enchiladas I've had but the sauce was fantastic and unique. I really loved these enchiladas and I'd honestly get them again. Solid flavor in the rice and beans as well. My friends also enjoyed their meal and it seemed like everyone was happy. The pricing is a little steep for Mexican food but also the ambiance and presentation make sense to me why it'd be a little more. For the three of us the bill was over $100. And that's for three mains and three non-alcoholic drinks. Normally at $33-ish a person I'd hope for at least a beer with my enchiladas, so keep that in mind. As a special occasion place or a spot to celebrate this spot is truly fantastic. I honestly loved my meal so much that even with the price point I'd rush back and bring more friends because this spot is vibey. Nice staff and a cute spot to diner, 5 stars in my books given the quality, taste of the food and the overall experience.

I also saw they had a taco flight. I knew I had to try those as well. I wanted to try all the different meat options to find the flavors I like. The Birria taco was my favorite flavor. Some of the meats were a little dry. I wish they had a little more flavor to them. They gave me two different salsas to add and that helped. But I would definitely like to see the flavors of the tacos improve. I always crave sushi. That was a must try for me. I thought I would try the fiesta mariachi roll for the first trip here. It was delicious. I'm craving more! I think next time I will have to try some of the other sushi options since this one was so good. Also since they basically have flights for everything..... I would love to have a sushi platter flight... with my margarita flight! I will definitely go back. I can't wait to try more menu items. The staff was all very attentive and friendly.
