Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. My son had an appointment at 10 am on 3/03/26, He arrived there on time . I then called and spoke with another lady that was very nasty and argumentative she advised me that the fill in lady messed up and did not know to look in his file for the approval. She then proceeded to gaslite me to make it seems as if it was our fault. I then told her you wasted my son time and mines. My son is handicap . In May 2024, I went in for a revision and was told I would be contacted when my new trays arrived. I never received a call. About two months later, my husband followed up in person and was told they had not received anything for me. There was no proactive communication or effort to resolve the issue. Around that same time, I was quoted nearly $1,000 for a crown, even though my insurance indicated crowns were fully covered. I later learned this office is not a preferred provider, which explained the high out-of-pocket estimate. I ultimately switched to another dentist where my insurance is properly accepted and have since received routine care without issue. After that, the level of service noticeably declined. For months, I tried to schedule an appointment to complete my Invisalign revision, but was repeatedly told I had to see a specific dentist who is only available in the San Bernardino office once a month. Every appointment I scheduled over a three-month period was canceled. I was eventually offered a May appointment, but I will be out of the country at that time. I asked to be seen at another location and went to the Riverside office, clearly explaining that I was there only to complete my Invisalign revision. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted a cleaning, encouraged to get a deep cleaning (which I do not need), and even told I should have my wisdom teeth removed--something no other dentist has ever recommended to me. It felt like constant upselling rather than patient care. After clarifying multiple times that I was only there for my Invisalign revision, I was then told it would cost $2,500 to restart the treatment plan. This directly contradicts what I was previously told by the San Bernardino office--that I had until November to complete my plan. Overall, this office demonstrates poor communication, inconsistent information, and a clear focus on upselling rather than patient care. I would not recommend them, especially if you are relying on insurance coverage or expect continuity in your treatment.
