My experience with New Age Dental has been nothing less than amazing since I became a patient years ago. Recently I needed extensive work done on my front teeth and a couple in the back (six crowns and five composites). I've gotta tell you all that my teeth have never looked better. Tried this Dentist for the first time, I'm new to the area and I had a severe infection and I was in excruciating pain. When I called in, I spoke to Sonia and she got me in the same day. I have a huge phobia of the dentist, my experiences as a child and into adulthood were really bad and calling in that day was hard but I'm so happy I did. The best decision I've ever made. When I say that every single person working there are the kindest, most patient and empathetic people on the planet I really mean it. Their professional and encouragement is just what I needed to get me through that appointment and now I cannot believe I'm excited to go back and get all the work I need done and finally make my oral health a priority. I have come here now three separate times and every time it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is very nice. I broke a tooth and I called them because I was assigned to them by my hmo and the Crystal at the front desk was amazing. I was crying because I was in so much pain and she was so incredible she gave me the number to another office to get a root canal done and did a referral for me as soon as I got the date of the appt which was two days later. I was so grateful for her help. She got me in with them quickly too after so I could get a temporary crown placed. Now that appt took 4 hours with them. This was my tooth's fault though and they took their time making sure they were giving me a good temp. Crown and mold for my permanent one. Let me tell you it was worth it. I use to have a gap where the tooth broke which always bugged me because food would get stuck there. He made me a real tooth. No more gap. I'm so incredibly grateful and happy with the work they did. Now the office is not like some others. They aren't super "fancy". At first glance you might be a little weary but they are all wonderful and they know what they are doing. read more

I used to be very scared of the dentist because of past experiences but since I started coming here I don't mind at all. Everyone is really friendly and they make me feel comfortable. I've had to get quite a few crowns and I love how natural they look, you can't even tell that they're crowns. A few years ago I got crowns on my front four top teeth because I chipped two of my teeth. Everyone always tells me how pretty my smile is, they look like perfect natural teeth! I had an appointment for molar pain where I've already had a root canal. I was in a lot of pain and had seen somebody previously who was very off-putting. Dr. Reza Rajabi came highly recommended I called them explained the situation and they fit me in the next day. While making the appointment i told them of my fear and dislike of going to the dentist. When I walked in the girls were nice and funny I was comforted that they didn't bring up the sweat and fear on my face. I was put in a room where they left the door mostly open. When Dr. Reza Rajabi or "Dr Ray" as some call him, entered the room he also left the door open until I became more relaxed. He explained what was happening and why the pain was so bad. He referred me to an oral surgeon and I couldn't have been happier. He also alerted me to potential issues which I will return to see him for. read more

If having to go to the dentist isn't bad enough for most people having a negative experience with them is just the icing. This place is terrible, office management ( Julie ) is faking nice until there is a concern regarding their services. Went in to have my cap that had fallen off put back on re-cemented at 9:30 by 12:30 it had came right off. Obviously the person doing the work did not do a sufficient job. When I called the girl that answered stated to come back in and they would fix it, as any decent business would offer especially that it was the same day. While driving there Julie calls me and starts telling me exactly what am I going in for which I explain. She goes on to tell me that there was no guarantee and I would have to pay again the $130. They just charged me unless I wanted to get the suggested over 2000. Worth of work they tried pushing on me earlier. The time I was there a couple of months ago for a different cap that had came off the work suggested was over 5000. Funny My teeth must have gotten better on their own since then . By the way they did all the original caps there that are coming off! I would highly recommend anyone that needs dental work does not go here Very unscrupulous business practices and shitty dental work. Find yourself a better dentist that has better staff!!! Dr. Reza is amazing!! I went in with an unbearable pain due to my wisdom teeth coming out. He explained that it would be better if I just got them extracted because I have no space and that my teeth would get crocked(this is super important because I had braces for years so I would not have wanted that). He provided so much information and made me feel so comfortable. I ended up getting my wisdom teeth out and he was so gentle I couldn't believe it. I'm surprised about the 5 star reviews but even more surprised they are still in business. Not because of my poor experience but also because I have never seen anyone go in or come out of this place nor has any other patients been there the same time as I. The first appt was ok. Lots of papers to fill out and still had to wait even though I was the only one there. The second appointment was my LAST! I brought my well-behaved 3yo with me because I had no sitter, but I was only getting a cleaning. Well, I thought I was going to get a cleaning. Again, I was the only patient. I waited 20-30 minutes until I was told to see the dentist. My son and I sat in that little room for 3 HOURS until the hygienist, not dentist, finally came in. He was nice, polite, and friendly. 10 minutes later he was done. No cleaning, which was what they charged my insurance for. Just a polishing. The receptionist was not kind to me or my baby. She told me that if my son would not stay in the room we would have to leave! Excuse me! We'd been there for 3 hours and he didnt cry or fuss once! I bit my tongue and held my anger. now that this place is on Yelp, everyone can read about my awful experience. Never again. Although this was a few years back, I will never come here again. But this place and the workers are great! I'm real good at avoiding the dentist if I can, until the pain becomes unbearable and I have no choice! The dentist's here are very understanding and compassionate to my major fear of dentist's! Too bad I didn't know about this place some 25 years ago, I might still have more then 3 of my own teeth left!!! So far so good. Been here for a clean and to get rid of my old gray fillings I got as a child, most anyway. They were very helpful over the phone when I called about my insurance and even told me my insurance was better than before. Scheduling was reasonable and I love they give you curtesy calls/text to remind you it's time to get a clean or that your appointment is coming up. Also if someone cancels they call and ask if you would like to go earlier, gotta love that! Only gave it a 4 because when I schedule after a long time of not going they told me they had my file and when I went the receptionist didn't find it and I had to refill paperwork. Also they are friendly and did refer me to another office to get my wisdom tooth extractions which was really nothing less than excellent. Besides the fact that this office, along with its equipment is 20 years behind, I still had the unfortunate experience of being overlooked and ignored at this office. My appointment was at 9:00 am, mind you that is the time they open. I was in the lobby waiting, when another woman walks in, and tells the receptionist that she had gotten off of he graveyard shift sooner than expected, and if it would be possible to be seen. The receptionist responds that they're are only a couple of cleanings, me being one of them, ahead. The receptionist, then, take me in for X-rays. When she is finished, she puts me in a separate room, and tells me the doctor will be with me shortly. Over an hour later, I was still waiting. Yet, I clearly was hearing them work on someone else. The other receptionist, then, comes in. Trying to calm me, she tells me they'll be with me shortly, that they were almost finished with the other lady. "Do you mean the lady that walked in way after me, without an appointment?" They had skipped me, and left me for last. There were two main differences between her and I. I had an appointment, she didn't and she is White, and I am not. Now I am not the race playing type, but, in this occasion, it was clear who they wanted to assist first and why. As I was taking off the bib they had me waiting in, Dr. Rajabi came out saying I would be next. Really??? Gee, thanks, but I had an opening time appointment!!!
