We went back and forth several times his price was very competitive but unfortunately not the lowest I received so I went with another dealer instead. Their pricing was VERY close to a competitors but they did the best they could. However, Gary was very responsive the whole time and was great to work with. I never once felt pressured or rushed to buy a car and my process took about 2-3 weeks of communication. He responded almost immediately every time and answered all questions that I had. I have not visited this car dealership yet; however, I plan to this weekend, looking for a used vehicle. however, one review gives me pause because the review stated that there are no prices marked on any of the used vehicles. If this is the case, when I visit this week/weekend, I will look elsewhere. I agree with the comment that this is a red flag, and there is no point in speaking with anyone because you know that there will be no honesty in the conversation. A tale of two visits: My first visit to GJM, I was looking for a new car. Not in any hurry but looking to lock down a good deal. Personally, I think the GJ Auto Group is use to being the immediate go to for the most reliable vehicles on the market in this area. In fact, with the exception of Honda, you'll have to drive quite a ways to purchase a new vehicle of any other makers in the group. Otherwise, if you're not willing to seek out a good deal, you're likely to pay more above invoice than shoppers in other areas. Fortunately, I am a member of a group of Mazda owners that were able to look at the quote I was given and determine I could do better elsewhere. Elsewhere I looked and elsewhere I bought. I just don't think they're motivated to deal. I know it's the car business but still. I know what I wanted to pay and I knew what other buyers were paying and that was enough to make me look elsewhere. My second visit was to get service related to a recall on my new CX-5 and to get an oil change since I had a road trip coming up. I'm glad I went on a weekday because I was in and out in an hour and that included the free car wash. The service staff were courteous and helpful. I brought my 2022 Mazda cx-5 here for an oil change. Since I recently bought my car I still have some free services. Service manager B Timmerman. My spelling may be wrong. He tried to charge me for an AC filter, tire rotation, and other scam services which I never asked for. When I told him, I was supposed to get a free oil change he started giving me an attitude and told me that he had already done the tire rotation and charged me $29.95. I had to call the dealer where I leased my car to convince him that I was supposed to get a free oil change. The service manager here treated me very disrespectfully. I've been to different Mazda dealers for Service but never have been treated like that. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. read more

I've been taking my Mazda6 here for about 2 years now. The waiting area is clean, quiet, comfortable, and they have coffee (what more could you want!). The service is pretty fast so I don't mind waiting on it. I've been particularly impressed with the friendliness of the garage staff and that they always come out to explain exactly what they're going to do and why. They've always been up front about the prices too. I live 40 minutes away now and I'll keep bringing my Mazda to them. I looked at a couple of Mazdas at this dealership but I ultimately bought from somewhere else so I can't give any review of the sales side. I bought a car from here 1.5 years ago. When I bought it. It looked like the bumper has been hit but they said they would fix it. It was just scratched up but dented a little. I took it up 3 times to get it fixed. They painted it and tried to get the dents out. I go to buy new tires last week and my one tire rubs because they didn't even replace the bumper. They butchered it and now that there is actual tread on my tire. It rubs the inside where they said they fixed. Don't buy a car from here. I'm done contacting them over something they should have fixed in the first place. read more

This review applies to the service department. My Miata began running poorly while I was passing through the area so I brought it in hoping they could find a solution. After about an hour and a half I was told it was fixed and had road tested fine. I picked the car up and it drove horribly. I couldn't even get it out of the parking lot without it stalling! I went back in and was then told that the techs had tried everything they could but they couldn't find any problem. I was even told that if I kept driving it might just get better on its own! I towed the car home (3 hours away) and put my off-the-shelf diagnostic scanner (OBDLink MX+) on it. I immediately noticed that the Mass Air Flow sensor was faulty. I installed a used sensor I bought off of Ebay for $20 and it was a total fix. The car ran perfectly! How easy! If a shade-tree mechanic with a simple scanner could figure it out I'm not sure how factory trained techs could have missed it. I liked the facility a lot though, especially the drive-in service reception and the service writers were very friendly. It's probably an OK place to take your car for basic service like brake pad replacements or oil changes if you're willing to pay dealer prices but I would go elsewhere if your problem might require any diagnostic work. read more

Car shopping can be so stressful, you need a lot of patience and a plan to find the right deal!!! I lucked up on this place because of a car lot a friend suggested felt I would get a better deal here instead of with them. Fine with me, as long as I got a reliable car and at a great price. So the salesman at the other dealership sent me to see a great salesman and an honest person, Mr. Terence Castleberry. As soon as I met him he guaranteed me a great deal with them, and that's exactly what he did. He took my information and I was instantly approved for a car with them, which the last dealership said I probably wouldn't be approved with their dealership. I guess different dealerships go on different things but the last dealership didn't even run my credit or take my information. Weird but ok. It didn't take long for me to be approved and Mr. Castleberry took me out on the lot where I chose a 2014 Nissan. Then I was off to speak with the Finance manager to seal the deal and sign the paperwork. The payment on the new car was the exact figure I was looking to pay. The first dealership I went to that day had the same payment on a SUV that was made in the late 90's, early 2000's!!! I thought this was a great deal for this particular model. This whole process only took about 1 hour and 45 minutes and I was out whipping in my new ride. I recently made my first payment and I am in love with my new ride!!! It's so high tech!!! I haven't figure out everything about it but with more time with it I will be the master of my own domain(had to use an old Seinfeld joke!!!). No pun intended!!!! LMAO!!!! Honestly, like I said I luck up on this place!!!! I'm glad I found a great salesman and dealership to take care of me!!!! They also offer an incentive to people that refer buyers to them. You get $100 cash if the person is approved for a car through a credit check. This place is top notch, so if you are looking for a car, stop here first and see what they can do for you. I gave this dealership a one star review because zero stars was not an option! My mother-in-law purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-5 less than two months ago. She brought it to the dealership yesterday to replace a dead battery. She also brought the AAA report with her showing it was dead. They then proceeded to keep her waiting 2 hours while they performed their own diagnostics. They told her the battery was not bad. They should be ashamed. They put the safety of an 85-year-old woman in jeopardy because they would not replace her $150 battery after she just purchased a $30,000 car from them! read more

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. They have wasted my time and my gas, and conducted bait and switch advertising that was both misleading and false. They not only sent me a confirmation that I had won the grand prize for a current promotion, but they also sent me a key for the car I had "won". When I showed up to see if it was real, it turned out to be a marketing scheme that was utterly misleading and a waste of time. They should be ashamed of themselves for utilizing false advertising and outdated marketing schemes. I will never support a business that uses bait and switch tactics and scheming to trick customers into visiting their dealership. Shame on you. read more

Dirtiest, most unethical business practice I've ever seen. They send out a contest flyer with a scratch off. The scratch off indicates you won a grand prize. I called them and they even said (after taking my confirmation number...which means they knew it was a lie) "It looks like you're one of our grand prize winners...we're open until 8pm...can you come by". I drive 45 minutes over to sit through a sales pitch. Then they take my confirmation number again and tell me that I'm "close by not quite". Then they offer me two lottery tickets as a prize...which at this point is insulting. I would never buy from them after being directly lied to. I would advise everyone to go literally anywhere else. They can't be trusted. read more
