These guys are methodical. Not to many shops around that do Mercedes or do it right. These guys know what they are doing

They are very honest and their prices are always reasonable. They never try to upsell which is honestly (for me), THE thing most people get so stressed about when visiting a repair/service center. The service team leaves our vehicle exactly as they found it with no worries about grease or dirt (other than ours, haha). We truly appreciate them and any time someone says they need tires or work done, we tell them to try this Tyler's location. Word of mouth recommendations beats out paid for advertising every time! Anyone who complains about them having the vehicle for more than a day, sometimes 2 - apparently watches too much Harry Potter! These guys are truly awesome, but they're not magicians. I would much rather someone take their time with my repair/install than to rush it because someone in the lobby is raging about them having their car for 3 hours and it not being done yet... just saying. Be reasonable - Tyler's sure is. :) We've also been to the one on Whiskey Road, but prefer the Richland Ave. location. The Dowda Family

They are extremely nice will talk with you everything you could want. Even have a problem with one vehicle and problem will be remedied when we take it in. This garage services everything your car can need or they'll tell you where to send it. Haven't see a auto place like this in decades! Love it!

If I could leave no stars, I would…read more Wiliamson's Auto used to be trustworthy and is now a disorganized mess of idiots when it comes to diagnosis and repair. A used car I purchased elsewhere underwent a coolant manifold repair where the radiator had had no fluid (Williamson's was paid $2380 directly by the dealer I purchased from). THEN I was told the car needed a new radiator, which Williamson's said they didn't notice (coolant was splashed all over the front and bottom of the engine.....???). I was then charged over a thousand dollars for a new radiator. When I picked up my car after the second repair, there was NO radiator fluid in it ( I was charged for $91.90 for two gallons of coolant!), NO coolant in the reservoir, the cap was off the reservoir, and the battery cover had fallen into the engine fan, This was in preparation for a 1000 mile trip which they knew I would be taking. Good thing I checked under the hood to discover this. The bills I received show duplications from what the original dealer was charged what I was charged. The new gaskets were sealed improperly and I now have an oil leak. While this 'repair' was going on, I informed the office that I was waiting for a new credit card on which I planned to pay. Instead the office charged my old card. I've never had a balance and had always paid immediately. Weeks later I have to track them down ( and deal with the office woman's attitude) to reverse the original card charges. AGHHHHHH!! I paid by check as I wasn't about to pay ANOTHER DIME in fees (credit card or otherwise), It's been two months since I asked for reimbursement of the duplicated charges and I just got an email saying they're sending a check for $68.......and I still have no idea how these 'mechanics' missed the radiator in the first place !! OVERCHARGED FOR LAZY, INCOMPETANT SERVICE !!

Took my car to…read moreToyota only to find my car needs a list of things done including a critical oil change which was supposedly change by this Firestone in December 14th. After that service at Firestone in Aiken, I had to go back twice. They needed to put air in my tires. Then a day later I had oil on my driveway. Went back. They are sloppy and do not give a crap. The young lady in the front had a serious attitude. I felt like I was interrupting their life by walking in the place. Honestly I would give them negative stars. Stay away!

We called at 10.51 Michelle said he was working on it as we speak. After another 30 minutes my husband went over there and they hadn't even started working on it. It is now 12:40 and we are just leaving. The rudeness of the staff is off the charts. My husband drives a wheels fleet car and Logan the manager told my husband he wouldn't work on any of the companies fleet cars again. Wheels is one of the biggest in the US. Michelle hung up on us. So obviously they think we are not worthy of their service. I called corporate and I am waiting on a call back from the regional manager. Do not go here, they do not value your business and will treat you like you are a problem. I truly can not believe Firestone allows this behaviour
