I came here desperate and tired from a long day of work. I didn't want to pay for the fee to get my phone replace. I was in desperate need to know what was wrong with my phone. I Google something near me and this store came up. I found Billy and he was giving me so many choices of what to do with my charge less phone. He was telling me there might be something extremely bad with the charger port. Until he cleaned my phone and the charger worked again. Billy looked like a super hero to me... I know I know a little ridiculous but I was having a first world problem crisis. I recently had dropped my iPhone and the screen shattered. Went to this location and Mark was extremely helpful. He tested out the screen, the lock button, the volume, and whether or not the phone could make phone calls. The whole process took about 15 minutes. So my galaxy s8 screen had some spiderweb cracks on it from a specific impact zone and they had quoted me $100 bucks to fix just the glass [would have been more if it was the digitizer, which I knew it wasn't]. Took it in, got it repaired and was satisfied with what I saw. Was told that there was going to be a small crack on my screen and that it won't be an issue with damage. At the time of payment, I was alright with it because I was glad to have a better screen than what I had. Looking at phone after 2 days, I can see the crack. It isn't too bad but why crack a replacement screen? Also just noticed a little black dot on my bottom left hand side of my screen and even a possible screen burn. Neither of those items have affected the appearance as of yet. Also I noticed that when I first got my phone back, its responsiveness wasn't as fast as it used to be. Did some investigating and got it to work better. Overall, I'd recommend them to those that need a fix. read more

Cracked the screen of my iPhone 7+ and this place had the best prices for repairing it! Charged me only $50 for a authentic Apple screen since they don't carry after market (thankfully). I went to this place because i saw their add on craigslist to repair an iphone 5s screen for $80. The place in northridge was charging $85. I checked yelp to see if they were okay, and it looked okay so I went. This was in December 2014. January 2015 came, the screen started acting up and it was not functioning at all. The phone was not dropped this time but they say that it was because the phone was dropped. Their warranty is only 30 days. Repair stop in Northridge offered 60 days warranty. for $5 more, I should have went to repair stop. Sad part, I had to pay $90 this time to get it replaced again. I will not bother to go to this establishment again. Lesson learned. read more

I went to this shop to get my battery fixed and when i got it back the volume buttons didnt work so i took it back to them the next day they told me over the phone it was going to be $70 and their website said $50 so i got the price fixed for $50 and then after that the ear piece didnt work as loud so instead of taking it to them again so they could mess it up i took it to another shop and they replaced the ear piece and gave me the broken ear piece to show me that they had dented it. I came on 9/7 to get my phone fixed by these guys for the FIFTH time (goes to show how crappy their screens are) and when I left my phone as glitching. Took it back the next day to be told to leave it overnight and to pick it up next morning, 9/9, at 11 am. I promptly showed up around 11:15 to a closed business that was supposed to be open from 10-5. I gave a separate number to call in case of anything. It was not rung. I came back to the store 4 times that day- still no one showed up all day. I missed out in my InstaCart hours (about $150-$200) and I also missed a couple of other things. Then on 9/10 when I go at around 10:20, the door was STILL closed. I had to go to the business next door and get them to contact them. They showed up a few minutes later. No apologies no offer of anything. He told me that he waited for me from 9:30 am till 10:15 am on 9/9. To which I asked him "Why did you tell me to come at 11 then? And why would you expect me to show up at 9:30 when your store isn't even open?" Could not give me an answer and if you ask me, they partied too hard the night before and said F U to all customers the next day. Will NEVER be going back no matter how cheap it is!!! read more

I have fixed my phone with these people FIVE times!!! Their screens are crappy they aren't real OEM replacements that's why they break so easily. I fixed my phone with them on a Friday, the screen was glitching, took it back to them next day and was told to leave my phone overnight till Sunday at 11 (this was 2 pm on Saturday). I showed up next day at 11:30 only to see the store still shut (their sign says open Sunday 10-5) and other people waiting outside the store. Have not been able to get into contact with them. I gave them another number to call in case something happened and I have heard nothing from them. I actually need my phone because I make grocery deliveries so they have cost me about $150-200 tonight. They are LIARS. To me, this is pure laziness. Always 2-3 guys in store yet only one fixing phones. Don't understand why one couldn't be sent in on a day that they are supposedly open. FALSE ADVERTISERS!!! DONT touch this store. read more
