The "Service" Fee (aka The Silent Robbery): They automatically add a 15% tip to the bill. Normally, I'm okay with this for good service, but here, the service was practically non-existent. We had to flag someone down just to get a water refill. It feels less like a tip and more like a mandatory surcharge that goes straight to the owner while the staff couldn't care less. 2.
