They have decent pricing on their machines but will absolutely nickel and dime you on any service…read morefor the machines even when under warranty. They will bounce you around and not respond. Finally, they will act like they are doing you some sort of huge favor for fixing machines they no longer service that they not only sold you but recommended you buy over other manufacturers. And not tier two or three or private label brands. Tier One brands. What kind of service company doesn't work on Maytag/Whirlpool. What a joke. Do not purchase from them ever. For years, I have tried to work with local vendors over internet/amazon types. Unfortunately, TCCL does not seem to care or understand that in a price competitive market, LOCAL customer service can make all the difference to small business owners. Thank you for making the choice to simply buy things on the internet that much easier.

Bought 3 Maytag commercial washing machines from this company. In the three years I've owned them…read morethey've broken down so many times that the sum total of the repair bills could have bought three new machines....and that was only labor charges as the parts were covered under warranty!!! One machine died on December 4th and it was determined that the transmission need to be replaced. The part finally arrived and was installed on February 22nd. That left me with a machine making zero money for two and a half months. The bill for labor (two trips) was $346.41. Evidently it takes two hours to replace a transmission at $90 an hour. The machine died again the very next day! I threw it away and bought a Whirlpool.
