Once here, it took him almost no time to diagnose the problem and then proceeded to resolve it. What I thought might have been a compressor, ended being a frozen fan and condenser that he was able to chip the ice away and melt the remaining with the need of having to replace any parts. He was great to work with, resolved the issue in a very satisfactory amount of time and his fee was more than reasonable.
