My only connection with CSR Appliance is when I called them before reading the other reviews…read more I'll never do that again! DeWayne came out and replaced the heater unit on my dryer. He said it was heating now and left. After a week of not getting any callbacks, I had to get another repairman to come and fix the timer, not the heater. That had been the problem all along. After having my bank investigate this, they sent me the reply from them. They lied in their letter that they had come 3 times.(He was only here once) They said I refused to get the vent cleaned out. That was never the issue! I just wanted my dryer to work and dry my clothes. Plus they fabricated the 2 other invoices that they added to the response to my bank. I will be their biggest cheerleader to turn people away!

I was assigned Texas True Appliance Repair through Frigidaire for a scheduled service appointment…read more The appointment window passed without a technician arriving and without any communication regarding a delay or cancellation. At 3:52 PM, after receiving no call or update, I contacted Frigidaire because it had become clear that no one was going to show up. During that conversation, I was told Texas True Appliance Repair had called and texted me. The only communication I received was the original appointment confirmation text. There were no missed calls, voicemails, or additional messages. No service was performed, and my time was wasted waiting for an appointment that never occurred. I hope Electrolux and Frigidaire reevaluate their partnership with this service provider, as this experience fell well short of reasonable customer service expectations.

I was assured that the repair was covered by a 90-day warranty, but once the dryer stopped working again, my calls and text messages went unanswered. I have also requested copies of my invoices and receipts for the work I paid for, but those have not been provided. I've been without a working dryer for an extended period and have had to use a laundromat while trying to get this resolved. I was patient with scheduling and gave them multiple opportunities to honor the warranty, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to use them, make sure you receive all invoices and warranty information in writing before paying.

I would strongly caution others about using Appliance Rescue Repair…read more The bottom half of my refrigerator stopped cooling, so I contacted Appliance Rescue Repair. A technician came out, diagnosed the problem, and told me the fan was bad and would need to be ordered. He said the part would arrive in a few days and that he would return to install it. Three days later, he returned and stated that the repair had been completed. He told me it would take a few hours for the refrigerator to get cold. After several hours, it still was not cooling. I contacted him again, and he came back the following day. He told me that he had left the refrigerator door open during the repair and that it should start cooling. Unfortunately, it still did not cool. After that, he stopped responding to my calls and text messages. I was left having paid for a repair that did not resolve the problem. I eventually had to hire another appliance repair company. They diagnosed the refrigerator and replaced the fan, and the refrigerator immediately began cooling again. At this point, I am out the money I paid Appliance Rescue Repair, as well as the additional money I had to spend to have the refrigerator properly repaired. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I believe customers should be extremely careful and make sure they understand what they are paying for and whether the repair actually resolved the problem before considering the job completed.
