This new location will be great for Joseph and company because it's on Mission Ave. I can't believe how big the space is and how everything is all laid out. It looks like a brand new store because it's so bright and so organized not to say the last store wasn't. I'm so happy that they have a new store and hopefully soon they will be selling firearms. There is a lot of new items that weren't in the old store that they have now. They have tons of knives, t-shirts, stickers and flashlights all for a decent price. I can't wait for the firearms to come in because I know ammo will be right along with the firearms. Needed some gear to turn in IIF gear and went here for eyepro and a pair of war belt suspenders, I paid in total 135.31, which seemed high but I didn't mind at the time. IIF wouldn't accept the eyepro, so I went back to exchange it possibly and I even offered another pair of eyepro as an incentive. I showed him the transaction on my bank account statement because I threw the receipt away and he acted like it wasn't real ( probably because he knows he overcharged me the first go around) anyways he finally agrees to do the swap, but then he rings me up for 38 dollars! I didn't want to pay it but I didn't have a choice and then after I paid it I asked for my incentive eye pro back and he says " you said you would give to me for the swap" and I said " that's before i thought you were going to charge me the difference" and he goes " whatever I didn't have to help you". I Bought a complete upper receiver here. When I bought it they said if anything was wrong with it I could bring it back and be fixed or exchanged, turned out to be really tweaked/bent. So I took it back, they said there was nothing at all that they can do. Very disrespectful, asking me if I was even a good shot, And on top of all this, they scratched and bent my parts even more. What surprised me the most, was that none of them knew how to assemble my handguard properly. I can keep going on how they are not a legitimate business but it's not worth my time. The girls at the front were welcoming and answered the few questions I had as politely as possible and apologized when they didn't have what I was in the market for, they even referred me to other places that might have what I need.
