Here's our recent transactions and interactions with this horrible location. I wanted to buy a new 70" TV for my living room and move my 65" into my garage because I got a pool table and made it into a cool place to hang out. The Samsung tv was on sale and I purchased it. My dad saw it was on sale and bought 1 two on a separate transaction. we picked both up and brought them home (1) to my house and 2nd to his house. I took it out the box and had it hung up and it was shattered. Had to bring it back and get another one. THEN - my dad's tv wasn't opened until super bowl and it's freaking cracked too. same thing ...immediately took it back and denied because it was over 30 days. so best buy won't help and samsung won't help. If you want to try to contact anyone ... GOODLUCK! It goes straight to India !!!! If we bought it at Costco...we wouldn't ever have this issue. I will never buy at Best Buy again. So now I have to use my Costco annual rewards check to buy a new TV because I will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sold an "Excellent" open-box TV that was incomplete, then made the problem mine…read more I purchased an open-box Samsung 77" S95F from Best Buy listed in Excellent condition. After getting it home, I discovered it was missing major components, including the longer One Connect cable, screws for the TV stand, and even screws associated with the rear housing of the TV. That is not what most reasonable people would consider "Excellent." This wasn't a small missing accessory. The TV was materially incomplete and not as advertised. What made the experience much worse was what happened next. This is a very large TV, well over 75 pounds, and I had already paid for Uber XL transportation to get it home. I contacted Best Buy expecting a practical solution for a problem caused by their own quality control and open-box inspection process. Instead, I was told over and over to bring it back to the store, return it online, or exchange it if inventory allowed. No real ownership, no meaningful escalation, no pickup solution, and no answer on reimbursement for the cost and burden of transporting a 77-inch TV because Best Buy failed to verify what they were selling. The most frustrating part was that their support team acknowledged that returning a TV this size was unreasonable, but still kept repeating the same canned answer. I asked for escalation, asked for management, asked for a real resolution, and ultimately got nowhere. The chat was effectively ended without the issue being solved. When a store sells an open-box item in "Excellent" condition, the customer should be able to trust that it is complete and properly checked. That didn't happen here. This was a failure in QA, a failure in listing accuracy, and a failure in customer service. I'm leaving this review because this situation should have been handled far better, and because I'd still like someone in management to step in and make this right.

I chatted with a Best Buy agent to confirm whether the Samsung U8000F had the port. He assured me twice that it did, so I ordered it. When the TV arrived, the port was missing. I contacted Best Buy immediately and asked for a pickup. I was told I had to bring it to the store myself, even though the mistake wasn't mine and I don't have the space in my car. After being put on hold, the agent said they could only arrange a pickup if I ordered a replacement TV. I agreed and ordered a Sony. I was also encouraged to apply for a Best Buy credit card for a discount, and I was told the discount would apply to the Sony order. None of that was true--no discount, no pickup scheduled. Another agent told me someone would come in two hours. No one showed up. When I called again, the next agent couldn't find any record of a pickup request. I asked for a return label so I could drop it off at FedEx, and I was told online orders must be returned in-store. At that point, I gave up and returned the TV myself. When the Sony arrived, it was clearly a returned item--messy packaging and shipped from a return center. I returned that one too. Every agent gave me different information, and none of it was accurate. This is not the first time I've had issues with Best Buy. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust their service. I would post no star if I could.

Tried calling store with a question about computer printer repair…read more 15 minutes later the new AI answering program would not/ could not let me connect I went to store in person ( faster) I asked a Customer service agent about printer repairs at their big repair desk He pointed and said get in line there I did After waiting in line 10 minutes later the geek squad repair guy asked me what I wanted I told him He said "We don't repair printers " I told him the Customer Service guy told me to get in line after I said I wanted my printer repaired He looked at me, shrugged his shoulders, and walked away I ask the customer service guy for the manager to make a complaint 15 minutes later, a woman walks up, does not identify herself as the manager, and he asks me what I want I told her about the Customer Service guy and the repair guy She says you should've called first I told her I tried and she said everyone in the store knows you can't call into the store for help. It's a corporate decision. We have nothing to do with it. She said the division managers have all complained to the store manager about the AI voice, but nothing is being done ever because of a corporate decision I told her YELP recommended this store for Repairs and she said sorry I asked her if she could tell me where I could get my printer repaired and she said no I can't. Would you like to buy a new one? After this long conversation, I asked her who's the manager here and she said I am she had not identified herself as a manager before that Verdict ; Absolute failure, trying to reach at the store by phone and the people who work there know it Service at the store? Clock in-do as little as possible Clock out Conclusion? No one at corporate or at the store gives a damn about customers And I'm still looking to get my prayer repaired

At first, we thought it was our pipes or water connections, but after inquiring with a plumber neighbor, we determined it was leaking from our washing machine. Since we had the other machine for 10+ years, we just brought a new one instead of trying to find a repair person because there's no guarantees/warranty. Happened to be around Black Friday -- so we took advantage of the Sales! Pricing was competitive, we brought a new washing machine and add on: -delivery -installation, -extra parts (hose) -take away old washing machine All with some reasonable additional fees. A few days later, the delivery guys came while I was at work, but hubby was home and all got done. One team took away the old washing machine while the other team did the delivery + install. Great communication as they were texting me with ETA entire time. I would recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases.

After dealing with several frustrating issues throughout this process, these two gentlemen completely changed the experience for me. They were prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional from beginning to end. Every question I had was answered clearly and effectively, without impatience or condescension, and that truly stood out to me. Darius and Chris represented Best Buy exceptionally well. They made a stressful situation feel manageable again and reminded me that quality customer service still exists. I also asked how I could tip them because I genuinely appreciated the level of service they provided, and I was disappointed to learn that tipping is discouraged. Best Buy should reconsider that policy because employees who consistently go above and beyond absolutely deserve additional recognition and appreciation. Thank you again, Darius and Chris! Your professionalism did not go unnoticed.

I bought a fitbit watch at Best Buy during Thanksgiving and today i wanted to exchange it for a…read moredifferent color. During the purchase date i was clearly told by employee I had a 90-day return or exchange. Now they said the holiday return ended January 14th. That's not 90 days. Why give false information? Also, employees are usually lazy and unhelpful. When you ask for help to locate items, they just point instead of actually assisting, even when they're not busy. Good products, but customer service makes every visit frustrating.
