It kept trying to download a program and every time I opened my phone it was there. It was like a virus that was driving me crazy. I gave it to someone on the geek squad named Emma. Within 10 minutes, she had it fixed. I had previously brought it to the Apple Store in Santa Rosa and Berkeley with no success. I am very grateful for her help. I tried to leave a good review on the companies website, but apparently they don't do that. And there was no charge. If you have a phone problem, I recommend going to see them.

I recently bought an open box item out of state and unfortunately it had issues so I went to Best Buy Vallejo to exchange it and purchase the new one. I explained to them my situation and showed the manager the video, he straight up said he will not accept it and sounded as if he was accusing me of breaking the computer. Why would I go out of my way to do that? I even told him it's within the 15 day return policy and it's an open box. I was willing to pay more for an exchange of a new computer. I called customer service and they suggested I mail back the computer back to Kansas where I originally bought it. I cannot wait for weeks to do that considering I'm in school. I went to another Best Buy and since I was within the 15 day policy I showed my receipt and they exchanged my computer. I paid the difference which is what I wanted to do in the first place for a NEW LAPTOP. do not waste your time here. I was offered a price with free installation so I had them send the invoice. I tried to call the store directly and spoke to a different customer rep. Who told me that the first price was wrong and tried to charge me for installation. His excuse was "the first guy didn't know what he was doing. " as far as I'm concerned, whoever is running the offshore customer service line doesn't know what he/she/they are doing. I bought my last monitor and keyboard here and both purchases worked out well. In each case I checked online for sales first, then went in so I could see the products in person. Having a physical place to look at gear and make returns is genuinely valuable. The sales staff I dealt with were friendly and clearly wanted to help. At the same time they came across a bit underprepared on the details. I would describe them as well meaning but not especially well informed. That can feel slightly annoying when you are trying to make a bigger purchase. For that reason, I strongly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Know what you want and know the current deals. The store is great for accessories and smaller items. For a desktop computer, I would be hesitant to rely on in store guidance alone. One bright spot: I got an excellent deal on a Lenovo laptop here, and again, it was nice to see it in person and have an easy return option if something went wrong.

After getting it home, I discovered it was missing major components, including the longer One Connect cable, screws for the TV stand, and even screws associated with the rear housing of the TV. That is not what most reasonable people would consider "Excellent." This wasn't a small missing accessory. The TV was materially incomplete and not as advertised. What made the experience much worse was what happened next. This is a very large TV, well over 75 pounds, and I had already paid for Uber XL transportation to get it home. I contacted Best Buy expecting a practical solution for a problem caused by their own quality control and open-box inspection process. Instead, I was told over and over to bring it back to the store, return it online, or exchange it if inventory allowed. No real ownership, no meaningful escalation, no pickup solution, and no answer on reimbursement for the cost and burden of transporting a 77-inch TV because Best Buy failed to verify what they were selling. The most frustrating part was that their support team acknowledged that returning a TV this size was unreasonable, but still kept repeating the same canned answer. I asked for escalation, asked for management, asked for a real resolution, and ultimately got nowhere. The chat was effectively ended without the issue being solved. When a store sells an open-box item in "Excellent" condition, the customer should be able to trust that it is complete and properly checked. That didn't happen here. This was a failure in QA, a failure in listing accuracy, and a failure in customer service. I'm leaving this review because this situation should have been handled far better, and because I'd still like someone in management to step in and make this right.

It's a corporate decision. We have nothing to do with it. She said the division managers have all complained to the store manager about the AI voice, but nothing is being done ever because of a corporate decision I told her YELP recommended this store for Repairs and she said sorry I asked her if she could tell me where I could get my printer repaired and she said no I can't. Imagine paying hundreds in penalties for a defective experience that the store itself admits is "normal." Meanwhile Costco and Amazon manage returns without punishing customers for faulty products. Full disclosure my BIL gave me his 50" LED LG 4 years ago. It's incredible to see how much prices has dropped in the past several years. As soon as I saw their 65" OLED LG I was smitten. I knew I would buy it. I spoke with the sales rep Donald and the man was godsend. He walked me through different models, Geek Squad, installation services and haul away options. He made it so simple to buy a TV. I was only there on a lunch break and he managed to get me out the door before I had to get back to the office. Kudos to him! Anyway, the store layout has changed so much since the last time I was in there (maybe 2019) and it looks totally different now. Good news, I was able to get the a new TV for an fantastic price. Also, employees are usually lazy and unhelpful. When you ask for help to locate items, they just point instead of actually assisting, even when they're not busy. Good products, but customer service makes every visit frustrating.
