A friend of mine who is not a computer geek needed my help to buy a new laptop that best fit his needs. After a few days of researching online and checking a few stores, we drove to Best Buy to check out a few options and the special deals they offered. When we arrived, a young man named Robert asked if we needed help. He patiently answered all our questions and provided the information we needed about the items on sale. He also offered a few very reasonable and helpful recommendations. We ended up purchasing what we needed at a much lower price, definitely cheaper than a few other stores and online options we checked. The whole process took about an hour, and we were both very satisfied with the outcome. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

Black Friday 2025 deals have been showing up via the Best Buy Website and though Apple will be providing gift certificates starting November 28, there was a Black Friday deal on AirPod 3 Pros at Best Buy so purchase made and store pickup arranged (added a Power Bank also which was also on sale). As for the store location, lots of easy parking, pickup counter well staffed with no waiting, and a pickup that took just moments once my telephone number, and identification had been provided to the personable employee at the desk. I also downloaded the Best Buy mobile application for good measure. Though I don't like shopping at a brick and mortar store, it's great being able to pickup my online purchases in person at a location with convenient parking, and a friendly staff.

Geek squad, would give 0 stars if I could (but for the management, not the tech Kevin, since he was actually really sweet and helpful!) I bought a laptop 2 years ago with the Microsoft bundle, including BB yearly tech support for $180. I never even opened up the PC box and I took everything to Best Buy today, and asked the Geek squad supervisor and manager if they would please honor the yearly tech support for $180, they both said no!! Super annoying since they took $180 from me but I never got to use it. And yes I know I was supposed to use it within the year, but c'mon now! You have records that I NEVER used it! As a funny turn of events-I go to buy a printer that same day and I'm told I still have this yearly warranty. So I was charged another $180 and didn't know it, since it auto renews. And the nice guy in the printer department said I could call into corporate and try and get a refund of the first years $180, even though I was told by both the Geek squad supervisor and the manager that their hands were tied and there was nothing they could do for me!! So 0 stars for the geek squad management for customer service, but 5 stars for Kevin the tech! He was able to get my PC up and running and I'm now good to go!!

I have been coming into this in particular Best Buy for many years. As of recently, the customer service in the store is a complete zero. They have no idea what customer service actually is anymore. They do not even smile in the store anymore. I had to go into the parking lot and call the customer service number to get things rectified, which they very happily took care of with no challenges at all. And we're very apologetic for how the store is acting and how the customer service in the store has went to a zero. So I highly recommend not to even use this store!!! as from what other reviews and their ratings were showing. They don't deserve any stars in any way shape or form.

Don't know if it was wildly efficient or a dust off: I came in with my son's ASUS gaming laptop to see if it could be fixed. The Geek Squad checked the warranty; just out of warranty by 5 weeks. *#%{ They said if we sent went forward to have it examined/fixed, shipping would further jostle the guts of it that were in danger of being exposed by its loose housing. They told my son to brace for being yelled at and to look for a new laptop. In the end they were right - but I wasn't convinced and sought a second repair evaluation. This time I bought a 2-year warranty!

Do not have Best Buy install your appliances! I ordered a dryer with installation. The Best Buy delivery team miswired the dryer, even though there is a color-coded diagram on the back of the dryer showing how to connect the 4 wires. They said it was a problem with the electrical circuit and to call an electrician. My electrician came out, confirmed that the circuit was fine, and showed me how the Best Buy team had miswired something a 10 year could do correctly (photos below). Best Buy customer service won't reimburse the electrician's bill. Worst experience ever!

I ordered headphone and washer cleaner online. They used OnTrac to deliver my package (first red flag). When I got my package it had completely different items inside - Pokémon Cards.. lol and the slip was a piece of blank paper. I contacted customer service online they told me I can go to the store for exchange. And this store turned me away. The manager wouldn't even come see to explain this themselves. Just told me they couldn't do it, let me call the centralized customer service. Hahahaha! Wasted my time and my gas!!! I felt like I'm an idiot spending money on this horrible place! Best Buy is more like WORST BUY.

I've been waiting over 10 days for a refund on an order that was stolen during delivery. The package arrived one day late and completely empty. I have evidence, including photos, and I called Best Buy on the same day (July 3) to report the issue. I have a long history of purchases with Best Buy, so I expected better treatment. The first representative told me a replacement would be sent. Instead, I received a cancellation email. Five days later, I called again and was told that they couldn't send a replacement because the product was no longer on promotion, and they would proceed with a refund. If I hadn't followed up, the issue would have been forgotten. On my third call, the agent said the case was finally being submitted for approval -- 11 days after the incident. Now, 12 days later, they're asking for pictures of something that happened almost two weeks ago. The empty box was already discarded -- luckily, I had taken some photos. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Customer service has shown no urgency, no accountability, and no respect. I feel completely let down. I'm now stuck with a debt and no product

They will not repair your electronics you bring in unless you buy the $180 membership. Scam. waste of gas/time.

Later, I had another problem as the fridge started making an odd noise. Initially, Vadym suspected it was the compressor fan, but the issue persisted. This issue had actually been lingering for a long time, I had at least four or five other companies came to diagnose the noise issue, each offering different quick opinions--some barely inspected it and suggested immediate part replacements, others insisted the fridge needed to be pulled out (which is a big job for a built-in unit) and fix from the back of the fridge. But none felt confident, they all rushed to conclusions without a proper diagnosis. Vadym stood out by taking the time. He thoroughly examined the fridge and, when the issue persisted, he consulted his network instead of guessing. Eventually, he figured out the noise was caused by the condenser pipe and water pipe being too close, which caused vibration when the compressor kicked in. In the end, he fixed it. What I truly appreciated was his commitment, he didn't rush to a quick guess; he invested time, asked for input, and returned until it was resolved. I would highly recommend Vadym and Metro Appliance to others.

This place, of course, carries only their own brand, Pacific. When you go in, there are a total of maybe 7-8 different models in the store. There are also misc cookware that you can purchase towards the back of the store. The sales lady asked if it was for our personal use or rental property. Since it was for personal use, she only showed us 2 models. I mean, she was pretty nice, but we wanted choices to select from. When we asked to see the others along the wall, she didn't want to show us and just says that it's cheaper models and not as suitable for personal use. Mostly for rental properties where you would replace more often. I can understand that, but since the cheapest of the 2 models she showed us was about $600, We still wanted to see all the options. But nope, she insisted for us not to even look at them. So, in a way, I felt like she was just pushing the 2 most expensive ones to us. We looked at other places after we left there and found the exact models she showed us. It costs less in other stores and we were told that those are older models and there are better newer ones. Why wouldn't their own retail stores carry or show us the newer models?

Jeff helped me out and I was taken away how professional he was initially. He identified they have stock of the washer I wanted but because of the long weekend we weren't able to move further past the process. He promised to reach out first thing Monday. Monday came, no communication from him, just radio silence. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried calling him and leaving him voicemails to call me back so I could make payment and complete the purchase. I was certain he would come through after how nice and reaffirming he was when we met. Alas, he never did reach back out. I'm glad I didn't do business with them in the end if this is how they handle business. The manager's name is Jeff Stern who assisted me and went silent. Please do better with your next customers.
