Went here for a team dinner on a weekday. Were seated promptly and the service was good, but the food wsa very average. We tried their appetizer platter and the chicken sandwiches as well as steaks and nothing really stood out. Will go back to try more of the drinks but probably pass on the food.
Came to celebrate my birthday with a brunch that did not disappoint. There's no live DJ on Sunday but that did not take away from the experience. From our amazing sever Dess to the drinks to the food everything was covered for a great experience. The shrimp and grits was a perfect balance only change I would make is no bacon( personal preference). The shrimp were perfect size and grits were not too runny or thick! I also enjoyed their mini pancakes as they were perfect size and flavor! Also.. $30 unlimited drinks for 90 mins spells out GOOD time to me
Gatsby made for such a fun and unexpectedly perfect Saturday afternoon brunch spot. We had a reservation and went earlier in the day, which turned out to be ideal because the space is flooded with natural light. The restaurant itself is really cute--open, airy, and surprisingly spacious. You take an elevator up to the second floor, and our table was right next to a huge window, which made the whole experience feel bright and relaxed. There's also additional seating throughout, so it never felt cramped. One of the funniest contrasts, though, is the bathroom situation. The dining area is light, bright, and open... and then you walk into the bathrooms and suddenly it's very dark, moody, and dramatic. Total vibe shift, but honestly kind of amusing and on-brand in its own way. We opted for the bottomless brunch, which runs on a two-hour timer. I appreciated how organized it was--our server gave us a small paper letting us know exactly when our last drink could be ordered. What really sets Gatsby apart from other bottomless brunches, though, is that you aren't locked into just one drink. There's a full variety of cocktails to choose from, which makes the experience feel way more elevated and less repetitive. Both the host and our server were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our server especially was on it--she made sure our drinks were never empty and was already asking what we wanted next before we even finished our current one. As we were wrapping up, she asked if we liked champagne and then brought out a bottle with a sparkler, which was such a cute touch. I'm not sure if every bottomless brunch table gets one, but either way, it definitely added to the celebratory feel. For food, we ordered the potato pancakes, cinnamon rolls, a classic breakfast, and the grilled chicken avocado sandwich. Everything was really solid and satisfying--comforting brunch food done well, with generous portions. Overall, Gatsby feels like one of those places that works for almost any occasion. While we were there, I saw couples on dates, Galentine's Day groups, and birthday brunch celebrations. It's also located directly across from the baseball stadium, making it a great spot to grab food and drinks before a game or just sit by the window and people-watch on a busy weekend. Definitely a place I'd return to when I'm back in D.C.
Nothing Great about this Gatsby. It's not a bad restaurant but I won't be returning. For starters, the milkshake was very meh. I'm sure (I hope) they use real ingredients but it tasted very artificial. The bread on my monte cristo was too hard and crunchy. I was afraid I would cut the inside of my mouth.
The service was quick here and the smashburger entree was pretty good, however I wouldn't say it was a smashburger. I typically enjoy smashburgers that have the crispy edges, but this one was more like a normal burger. The drinks were very underwhelming. We ordered the Chai White Russian and it was unpleasantly very strong. I don't mind a strong drink, but I didn't get the Chai flavor. Overall, it just wasn't balanced.
Good option for happy hour. Located in the heart of Navy Yard and right across from the stadium, this place is a nice vibe! It was my first time, but certainly won't be my last! Not too far from the Navy Yard metro. Met a friend for happy hour. On a Tuesday it wasn't super packed around 3. Their happy hour drink specials start at 11:30 (yes you read that right). The food specials start at 4. It was a game day so it got more full closer to game time but not overly packed. Our server, Dominic (or Donovan)..I forgot his name, but he was great! Very engaging and friendly. I enjoyed the Greta's punch cocktail and the reuben eggrolls. I want to try their brunch!
Tried out their restaurant week $25 brunch special on Saturday and everything was so amazing. It came with an appetizer, entree, and desert. My favorite dish was desert which was the cinnamon buns -- so yummy. We received lovely customer service from our server who made sure we were taken care of. I'll definitely go back and recommend you to check it out.
I guess it's been awhile since I updated my review. I'm still a big fan of gatsby! My husband loves the smash burger. Their deviled eggs and cinnamon buns are also great. This time I tried the new matzoh ball soup and it was good. It's small, as it's in the appetizer menu, but that was what I expected. We had great attentive service today. The place does get very very loud when full and not great for large groups. Better for a small party.
My work colleagues and I went here for a holiday luncheon, and I was not impressed. I had a mocktail which was very flavorful, but the deviled eggs, while looked amazing, lacked in flavor. I also had the grilled chicken Caesar salad. It wasn't the worst salad that I've had, but it also was not the best. The staff was very nice and friendly, but when they brought out the water, it was room temperature and they did not ask if we wanted ice. The wait staff, was also the bartender did not bring straws for the table and everyone else didn't enjoy their food as well. Some of the members in my party said that they enjoyed brunch and dinner when they had come before, but their lunch wasn't it for me. I did love the Gatsby theme, which was very cute but overall this is not a place that I must try again.
Brunch anyone....!!! Yes, we stopped into Gatsby for bottomless brunch. This is definitely a Uber ride...parking does not exist. OK, let's discuss food..it was ok, the devil eggs were lacking flavor...well presented but not overwhelming. The chicken, ohhh god...the batter, flavor, great and cooked to the bone. Shrimp and grits..ok, needed some gravy...but not a zero. The issue for me was we chose the family platter (all you can eat) was a lot of eggs, and bread. The service, excellent. Wish I could have taken the server home to work my kitchen ...he made sure out gastronomic needs were met. The ambience was great, we were seared with a view of Nationals Park.... worth the visit!!!!
Located right across the street from Washington Nationals baseball stadium, my mother and I had a fantastic time at Gatsby. The food was delicious. We have Christmas brunch here and it did not disappoint. They a a multi-coursed meal with tons of food. Some of the main entrees were a bit large so we had to ask for our last course Togo, but better to have too much than too little to eat. The service was great and I thank the staff for serving us on Christmas Day. The ambience was a little confusing since the theme was supposed to be 1920s "Great Gatsby" but it was mostly giving fancy sports bar with a few 1920s motifs. The bathroom was so dark that I could barely see my reflection in the mirror, and you might as well forget about trying to fix your makeup. All good though. Thank you!
Well styled (1920s theme), great kocation (steps from the 3rd base entrance to the ball park, and great food (it was so good I couldn't wait to get a picture until I'd eaten half the food)! I highly recommend. Service was great on a Saturday early evening with no wait. TVs had football games on at low volume so it was still great for a conversation half way through a bike ride. We'll be back!
I tell you those 2-3 hours flew by her and the bottomless brunch at Gatsby! Now only the ambience is like an old elegant vibe...the DJ was playing all the hot hits and even had a cute update Photo Booth that me and my girls took full advantage of...lol This was my first time here but definitely will not be my last! Bottomless brunch is well worth it and the signature drink which slips my mind now. Was top tier! We got our money's worth for sure! I opted for the crab Benedict and the matzo ball soup which both were flavorful and delicious. It was a chill in the air when we got there but by time 3-hours hit we had warmed up! So don't walk run to the bottomless brunch here because I mostly likely we see you there in the near future!
Reviews are mixed. Many highlight the flavorful brunch food, bottomless drink options, and stylish ambiance. Staff are often described as attentive.

This is a great addition to the Navy Yard neighborhood. I had seen this place on Instagram and decided to check it out with one of my girlfriends last week. We sat upstairs, which has a fantastic view of the stadium. Unbeknownst to me, there was actually a Nats game happening, so that was pretty cool. The interior is very 1920s swanky, with art everywhere and tasteful decor. The menu here has an American focus, and the drinks are pretty fancy. I ordered the Greta's punch, as recommended by our server. I was really floored at how great and refreshing the strawberry and mint flavors were together. Great spring/summer drink. For dinner, I had the salmon, which was set on a pea purée. I loved this dish. It was the perfect size and the pea purée was a great flavor with the salmon, which was cooked perfectly. The service was beyond friendly and I felt like our server had recommendations for us and was attentive without being too pushy. Can't wait to come back. read more
Came for brunch for the first time and had to do the bottomless option. I loved how many options were available in addition to mimosas for the bottomless option. I ordered the Greta's Punch which hit the spot! To eat, I had Bacon, Egg and. Cheese Croissant which was excellent. I loved the vibe and decor this place and would definitely go back for brunch. One star off for no toilet paper in any of the women's bathroom stalls. I had to sneak into the men's bathroom to get toilet paper! read more
Everything was mediocre at best, I was so excited to go to this place and it underwhelmed extremely. Calamari was soggy and full of grease. My French dip taste like it came from a vending machine with a block of hard fake melted cheese. My man had the fried chicken and it was just ok, not good OK. read more
Gatsby is a cute option for traditional American comfort food. The food is simple and good. Think elevated diner with a bustling bar. The cocktails tend to be strong and tasty. The decor is top notch and aesthetically pleasing. Gatsby is located directly across the street from Nats stadium. The prices are fair to low for the area. Gatsby is a great option for casual drinks with friends or a low key date night. I will return and I definitely recommend it. read more
We made reservations for brunch (on Easter). On a Sunday there was plenty of parking but I imagine when the Nationals are playing it would be pretty crowded. Our table on the first floor by the bar looked directly out to the stadium. The decor is art deco, from the ceiling fixtures to the murals to the banquettes. We enjoyed the old bay wings and devilled eggs; the brunch entrees were average. The wait person pushed the bottomless brunch pretty hard even though half our party was underage. Service was fairly quick, food was hot, tasted fine. We were disappointed in the cinnamon roll; it was large, though very sweet and the dough was so-so. read more
Pros: Beautiful interior and excellent service at the bar and wine. Cons: The staff was loud. I know they are having a good time but perhaps tame it down a bit when it's the main choir at the restaurant. Consider it as constructive feedback. I am all about good times but probably not all others :) read more
Stopped in for a quick brunch bite. It wasn't busy at all, we were like 1 of 3 parties at the restaurant when it opened. It was too hot to sit outside so we opted for indoor and was seated in our own little separate corner. The gatsby punch was delicious. Not too sweet, an exceptional refreshing summer drink with ginger and strawberries. He had an Irish coffee with baileys and Jameson. The pastrami hash dish was very savory. The hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy, one of the best I've had to date. The pastrami chunks overpowered the dish a little more than I would've liked so I ate around most of it. The poached egg wasn't runny but I was really happy about that bc real runny eggs aren't my thing lol. The all American was perfectly portioned. The scrambled eggs weren't runny and were deliciously fluffy. The pancakes were light and sweet, served with melted butter and syrup on the side. The potato hash was savory, no hard dry potatoes at all. The service was exceptional. The team were warm, attentive, and personable. read more

4.5 stars, a great experience! Came to Gatsby for brunch with friends on a Saturday. We were greeted by a super bubbly and friendly host and we're seated right away upstairs which has an awesome view of the Nationals stadium. To drink I had a chai white russian. Very strong and yummy but not much chai flavor. My table also had a pitcher of greta's punch which was AWESOME. I'd highly recommend For brunch I had the chocolate French toast which was definitely delicious but also 100% dessert. Maybe a little too decadent for a whole meal for me but if you're with a friend, splitting the french toast and adding some eggs, bacon, and fruit may be the way to go. I also had a fruit bowl with my meal which was great and a good size. My whole group was extremely happy with their meals. Our service all around was amazing! Our server was super attentive. This place is HUGE. The decor is super cute 20s themed hence the name but the largeness of the space means there's some ambience missing depending on where you sit. Overall had an excellent time and can't wait to come back! read more

I decided to come check out GATSBY since it was one of the few restaurants open on Christmas Day. The staff were amazing. The venue definitely gives GATSBY vibes. I sat at the bar. The bar seating is very comfy. I was also able to catch some of a NBA game. There are tvs around the entire bar. Food: I ordered the All American breakfast. The pancakes were really good. And I ordered The Cure cocktail which was pretty good as well. The location is perfect for before or after a game since there's a stadium across the street. I definitely want to come back for happy hour. Thank you management for deciding to have the restaurant open on Christmas! read more
Came for brunch on a Sunday expecting it to be slammed and was pleasantly surprised with availability of seating. We did the bottomless add on and it would've been totally worth it had our server been more attentive to when our drinks were low. You get 90 minutes and within that time we only got 3 drinks each which seems like a waste of money since the drinks were around that price anyways. We spent more time waiting for drinks than actually having them at the table. I will say the food was great especially the French toast! read more
The food, drinks and service are so good! The bar on the first floor isn't open yet so my group (of 6) went upstairs to the bird cage. Carlos was our server is he was awesome! We started with the crispy calamari, deviled eggs and the wings. Y'ALL! The starters were amazing! Those WINGS!! Order them (you're welcome). The main courses were also amazing. I had the salmon but I got to taste the pot pie and neither disappointed. I can't wait to go back honestly. read more
I only wanted to try their Watergate cake but figured I should eat a meal before indulging. First, street parking or local garage is available. It's also an easy walk from one of the metro stations. Second, we made reservations for a Friday evening around 6:30 pm. The restaurant wasn't busy when I arrived. As time went on more people were trickling in. Third, our waitress was awesome. And service was fine. We received our food in a timely manner. Everyone was polite. It's an intimate setting and great for a date night or hanging out with friends. The best part is the food, right? Not to me. The food was presented well but no wow factor that would keep me coming back. The chips and guacamole were fresh. The chips taste similar to the blue bag of Doritos. The chicken wings are wet and I knew I was taking a chance because that's not my preferred way to eat wings. Once again no wow factor. No seasoning but arrived hot to the table. The King's Hawaiian rolls French toast was just that. It wasn't the best bread to use for French toast but I figured they had a recipe that would be good! It was just a roll. The best part about The Monte Cristo sandwich is it came out hot to the table. The coleslaw tasted like it was marinated in Italian dressing. The finale, the watergate cake is a coconut cake, vanilla diplomat cream, candied pecans, pistachio icing per the website. It had all those ingredients and presents well but was dry. The cake crumbled every time I put my fork in it. I loved the icing. It tasted like a buttercream base. read more
My daughter and I started off with Greta's Punch. It was delicious and for a light-weight like me it had a punch. It consisted of mango-infused vodka, Gilford rhubarb, strawberry, ginger and mint. For appetizers we got the Deviled Eggs. It was the perfect whip and had pastrami in it. Yum. My daughter ordered the All American for her main course. It consisted of Scrambled Eggs with cheese, bacon, potatoes and pancakes For my main course I ordered the Greek Omelette. My omelette came with lamb gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, feta cheese and potatoes on the side. Honey can I tell you that everything was delicious. I cannot get over the potatoes looking ordinary, but tasting Heavenly. They had the perfect crisp on the outside and were nice and soft on the inside. They were also hot. The decor and music were also very nice. The Gatsby is what the old folk would say, "A stone's throw from the Nat's baseball stadium". Basically it is right across the street from the stadium. I definitely recommend the Gatsby and will also go back again soon. read more

I came to DC on a girls birthday trip and decided to try this place for the first time after hearing great feedback. We came during brunch and might I say it was exactly what I hoped it would be. They have a great brunch special which is 90 minute bottomless cocktails with a choice of an entree. Bottomless cocktails was something I had never heard of before at a brunch spot so how could we not try it out? The drinks were fantastic and strong (I had 7) and my entree was very tasty. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they ran out of certain entrees that our table originally wanted to try- definitely go to their brunch earlier in the day. However, our waiter was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and she made sure we took advantage of the cocktails which was the best part. I'd definitely would come back here again. read more

I recently came to Gatsby on a Tuesday evening for HH and dinner and had a wonderful experience! I loved the theme of the place and they did a really good job incorporating it on all levels. As shown in the photo I enjoyed a "Bees Knees" which was a sweet gin based drink. It was good but let's be honest the bear glass was the selling point for me! After enjoying HH on the first floor my group moved to the 3rd floor (yes there's an elevator) for dinner. Lucky for us that gave us amazing views of Nats stadium! For dinner I had the crab clam chowder. YUM!!! I paired that with the calamari which was ok but was more fried veggies and lemons (?) than anything else. However everyone seemed to enjoy their meals and I heard whispers that the Brussel sprouts are a must try! Overall my group had a good experience and I'm looking forward to returning in the future to try more things! read more
One of my friends wanted to really try this place out. I thought it was pretty interesting because it was right across from the national stadium. I ended up trying the chicken pot pie and it was good. I wasn't a big fan of the crust because it was a bit on the sweet end. The food quality was quite good. I ended up having a pistachio cake dessert which was made in the bakery next door. The moosse that came with it was quite tasty and dense. Parking in this area is a bit hard to find. I ended up walking several blocks away and parking on the street and it was not free. That's probably the most annoying thing about coming to this area to eat out. However it is a very vibrant atmosphere. The service at the restaurant was quite good and all the servers were attentive. I like the decor of the restaurant and it definitely has a 1930s vibe. Overall I would come here again if I was catching a game or wanted to be in the area. read more
Service is cool. Drinks are good. Food is just okay. The best thing is the aesthetics and vibe of the restaurant. Ultimately, it seems like you're just paying to dine-in near the Nat's Stadium and since things are costly at all stadiums, don't expect to leave the stadium and pay cheap prices here. read more
We showed up at brunch and now I see where all of the cool/beautiful people are on Sundays. Our party order way too many drinks to go with our orders which consisted of the smash burger, Hawaiian roll French toast, steak and eggs and the Monte Cristo. Our food was as delicious as delicious as it looked. We will definitely go again. read more

Dear Charlotte W.,…
I came here for happy hour and I really enjoyed it. You had to sit at the bar for the happy hour specials and there were many. I got the deviled eggs which had pastrami bits in them and everything seasoning on top. They were great. I also had the mumbo wings and those were a little overcooked. The prices are probably the best for what you get in the area and there was enough seating at the bar. Definitely worth checking out after work. read more
I just visited Gatsby for the second time, and it's becoming a favorite spot. I had been hesitant to try their Happy Hour because I was told by others that service was slow. Now, I visited around 3pm one day (middle of the week) and 1:30pm another day (a Friday), so I can only speak to those times. But it was busier than one might expect in the middle of the weekday each time, and my server was attentive and helpful. I've ordered multiple food items (the calamari, the parmesan Herb fries, the deviled eggs, and the artichoke and spinach dip). All were delicious and in good portions, and my food arrived quickly. I especially recommend the fries because they are simple but have great flavor, and they aren't greasy at all. I was also a big fan of the artichoke and spinach dip, which had the perfect proportion of dip to chip ratio. The happy hour drinks are also good and respnably priced. I love Greta's Punch (which I've had several of), and I also tried a couple wines and a beer on tap, which I enjoyed. I wasn't big on the Icebox Daquiri, but that's more personal taste. As I was at the bar, I people watched a but, and the other servers/staff seemed just as friendly and helpful as those who served me. I also really love that their happy hour extends from 11:30am-6pm on weekdays. My company does half day Fridays, so this is great because the earliest most other HHs start is 3:00pm. I highly recommend Gatsby based on my experiences. read more

The overall atmosphere was awesome, as I really enjoyed the decor! While they ran out of the Calamari appetizer, we tried the wings instead, and let's just say that I am happy that we ordered the wings because the flavor was amazing! The waiter was very nice, as he gave us very good suggestions on what to drink and eat! I will definitely come to this place again! read more
Solid brunch spot! And bonus- dog friendly if you're doing outdoor seating. Our dog was super excited to join us for this meal. Went on a Sunday afternoon and didn't have to wait in line, but I'd recommend you make a reservation if you want indoor seating on a weekend. This place fills up fast. SERVICE: 5/5 - Our server was super upbeat and paid close attention to detail, which we always appreciate. We were seated in the far back outdoor section which some servers will typically forget about, but our server would routinely check up on us and bring us water for our dog. Wait time for food was about 15 minutes. FOOD: - Shakshuka: 3.5/5 - More meat than actual shakshuka, but still good. The meat took away from the traditional shakshuka flavors that I was hoping to taste. A little bit on the blander side. - Chicken Pot Pie: 5/5 - The addition of lavender and maple on the pie made it so unique. This was so filling! read more

Stunning 2 story restaurant, and even better food. Also bottomless cocktails with entrée. Dinner is something you cannot beat. We decided to sit outside because it was a nice day in DC. However, at times we did feel forgotten by our waiter and wished we sat inside as service seemed a bit more expeditious. read more
Great ambiance, wonderful service, just okay food. Met me friend here around 5pm on a Thursday. We were right on time for happy hour and were able to have happy hour items/prices at a seated table on the second floor. We both got an order of wings which were tasty but definitely didn't taste like old bay and needed the sauce and dressing. My friend didn't like her iced tea but our server was nice enough to swap it out for a coke. The deliver eggs were decent, the mussels had little flavor but came with a side of fries which were actually the best part of the meal. I got a highball and my friend got a chicken pot pie (less maple lavender) which she enjoyed. Overall, a good experience especially thanks to Zamoria, our server and the rest of the wait staff. read more
First, do not park at the garages across the street, they're expensive and if there's a game you're not going to get out. I made a reservation for brunch for two, I think it's wise to do so no matter what. The hosts were very nice and the servers were quick to come greet us. Overall, service was 10/10. Our server was very sweet and helped make a couple divisions on choices. The food came out pretty quickly too. I will say it was fairly crowded as there was a game happening that day. The restaurant is very beautiful, love the design and aesthetic of the place. There are a few flights of stairs so if you have trouble with them maybe requests a bottom floor table. The food was amazing. The burger was a little smaller than I expected it to be but also the perfect size overall. Everything we got was really good. I wish they had served the poutine in a skillet though because the cheese cooled very quickly. The cinnamon roll was amazing, not too sweet and was very fluffy. The pot pie looked really good, it was a very big portion, and the smell of the lavender was super nice. Overall 10/10 would recommend, however, if you're a larger party I'm not sure if they have room for that. The biggest party size I saw was 4/5, but nice for a date or a small group/family. read more

Everything was really just okay. Upon arrival one hostess wanted to seat us but the other wanted to wait until everyone from our party was there. There were 3 out of 4 of us there. The manager went ahead and let them know to take us to our seats without our last person. It seemed like our waitress wanted to wait to even approach us until our last person arrived. Once that happened (about 15 mins late) the waitress immediately put a paper on our table to inform us that our last call for drinks would be 90 mins from our reservation time, not from the time we ordered our first drink (for the bottomless drinks option). The appetizer sampler was good and the calamari was some of the best I've had. The bottomless drink option is great because it's bottomless cocktails not just mimosas like a lot of places. The downside was the service was extremely slow. I'm not sure if it was a time management thing or what but the appetizers came out lightning fast, drinks suuuuper slow (in turn we only got maybe 4 drinks each), and the main dish came out wayyyyyy late (an hour and a half from when we Initially sat down). Main dishes, shrimp and grits, shrimp was cooked perfectly and the grits were lumpy, def have had better. Friend had the steak and eggs and the star of her dish was the eggs... disappointing when it was a $46 plate. It is cute inside but nothing special. Some tables had some extra "umph" & ambiance while most seats were "normal". I was honestly expecting a lot more from this place. read more

Gatsby was a last minute decision since the place we originally were at didn't have a great food menu. We ended up here during restaurant week, which was a great deal. I had the arancini, spaghetti and meatball, and brownie sundae. The arancini was great and I would get this again, the spaghetti and meatball was okay. The spaghetti was half in marinara sauce. And half in garlic cream sauce. The meatball is probably my least fave of the meal. It was mixed with beef and lamb, and felt a bit dry. The brownie sundae was good, but could do with less whip cream. As for the drinks, I got the Bee's Knees and outside of the cute cup it came in it was well balanced drink. read more

The atmosphere is good and great location across from the Nationals stadium. The food was hit and miss. Colleagues had the salmon with kale chips and they ate every bite. Another colleague had an Asian salad and the cheese fries which she said was ok but not worth having again. I had the fish and chips and would say don't get it. The fish was completely unseasoned. The fries didn't even have salt. The coleslaw was the star of the plate. I also had an arnold palmer (unsweetened tea and lemonade). Two cost me $8.50 whixh is a bit pricey for pre-made drinks. We would not return. The service was ok. The food was average. read more

Oh wow! We were floored at how good the food at Gatsby is! The location is really neat - you are literally looking right into Nationals stadium. But location aside, oh my gosh the food was outstanding! For starters, the Calamari is deliciously seasoned. Our server called it "life altering" and I don't think I can disagree. Crispy, citrusy (including a few thin slices breaded and fried lemon slices which were surprisingly tasty). The Arancini was OUTSTANDING! Crispy outside, gooey inside. That was my favorite appetizer; but the kids actually loved the deviled eggs! The eggs are delicious and I don't think I've ever ordered deviled eggs at a restaurant. The yolk filling was fluffy and perfectly seasoned atop perfectly cooked whites. For main courses, the pot pie was unique and absolutely delicious. The maple basted crust was just slightly sweet and a really nice contrast to the savory chicken and vegetables filling. I'd order this again 100 times. The Chicken Piccata is apparently one of the house favorites, and I can understand why. My daughter devoured it. My son ordered the spaghetti and meatball, which came with 1/2 the spaghetti with marinara and 1/2 with a garlic cream sauce. The dichotomy was nicely paired and my son said it was the best spaghetti and meatballs he's ever had. The meatball was giant, made from pork and beef. Super tasty, very well made. Finally, the wife ordered seared tuna salad which she simply described as "DEE-LISH!" This place is a hidden gem. And the staff was so friendly, we couldn't believe it. We will absolutely be back next time we come to DC! read more
