Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

When we walked in because we needed the restroom, the hostess was instantly unwelcoming. After I mentioned our party of 7 (and offered to split to 4 and 3), I don't have a table right now go outside, then said it would be 45 mins for the pizza as she threw up her hands in a gesture to push our group outside. I again told her we needed to use the restroom as we drove over a hour to try this location. She pointed to the restroom and told everyone else to go outside. Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. There is no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when we were willing to wait and saw plenty of open tables. Would not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service.

I had the double chocolate cream pie. YUMMMMMMMMM . . . My friend had a fruit pie. The coffee was good. I saw other guests enjoying pastas, sandwiches, and other desserts and they seemed to be enjoying their meals. Our server was awesome and very personable. We stopped by to order some pies after hearing great things (and yes--the pies do live up to the hype). We're visiting from California, so we were excited to try it out. The man who took our order was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome--10/10 for him. While waiting, my kids sat down at a table near the pies (I get it--not ideal on our part). But the hostess's reaction was... intense. Instead of a quick, polite redirect, we were told to leave in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Even the guests she was seating noticed and commented on it, which says a lot. Look, I completely understand rules are rules--but delivery matters. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with families. So overall: amazing pies, friendly ordering experience, but the hostess might need a hug... and maybe a refresher on customer service. We'd love to come back for the pie, but the experience definitely left a bit of a sour taste.

You order at the counter, and the woman taking orders acted annoyed the moment I asked what beers were on draft. The printed menu I was looking at in line only says "local rotating draft," so I didn't realize there was a sign on the wall. Apparently asking a basic question was too much. We also tried to order mac and cheese as a side and were told they were out... at 5pm. Odd, but whatever. Then we sat down and watched multiple other tables get mac and cheese with their meals, so that was frustrating. We ordered the partner platter with ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. All three meats came out cold. Even if they had been hot, the flavor was pretty meh. We went back for another round of drinks and ordered the watermelon margarita special for Memorial Day and another beer. The guy at the register rang the margarita up as $12 even though the sign right next to him clearly said $8. He corrected it when I pointed it out, but it felt shady. The gem mining and outdoor games were fun and the space itself has potential, but between the service issues, the cold food, and the weird pricing moment, it's hard to justify coming back.
