It is a National Historic Landmark. In addition to the beautiful waterfront views, another beautiful feature here is the water fountain that operates in warm seasons and reaches heights of up to 150 feet. This park also has the Fort Pitt Museum, which explores the region's history during the French and Indian War and the American Revolution; and the Fort Pitt Block House, which was built in 1764 and is the oldest surviving structure in Western Pennsylvania. I have been visiting this park for many years. Visitors enjoy grassy areas for relaxing as well as walking/hiking, boating, fishing, biking, and other activities.

This was the perfect spot for our family to gather, take photos, and create memories we'll cherish for years to come. Located at the meeting point of Pittsburgh's three rivers, the park offers some of the best views in the city. We met up early one morning near the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown and were greeted by beautiful weather, stunning scenery, and plenty of open space to explore. History buffs will appreciate the park's connection to Fort Pitt Museum and the former Fort Pitt site, while outdoor enthusiasts will recognize it as Mile 0 of the famous Great Allegheny Passage. My dad was especially excited since he's actually ridden the trail himself. Between the massive fountain, beautifully maintained green spaces, walking paths, and incredible 360-degree views of Pittsburgh's skyline, Point State Park truly feels like the heart of the city. Whether you're visiting for the history, the scenery, or simply to make memories with family and friends, this is a must-see destination. A true Pittsburgh gem and an easy Yelp Elite stamp of approval!

Being inside the stadium where so many big moments happen was already special, but getting to watch the draft from there made it next level. This was my first time inside, and while I still need to come back for a Pittsburgh Steelers game someday, this was an incredible introduction. We were able to sit directly on the field, which felt surreal. Kicking back in the end zone with a local beer in hand while the picks rolled in was one of the coolest sports experiences I've ever had. They also had a Topps trading card tent on the field, and my brother-in-law and I couldn't pass up the chance to rip packs right there on the turf. The stadium itself is beautiful, the atmosphere was electric, and the whole place was packed with energy once the picks started coming in. Decked out in black and yellow, I felt like an honorary yinzer for the day. Truly a bucket-list moment and a memory I'll never forget. If you ever get the chance to experience an event here, take it. Absolute blast.

Ran on time, used all 90 minutes promised, received so much history and learned about the NFL's growth in technology too. Amazing to be in the locker rooms and being able to walk on the field; Steelers Nation's hallowed ground. Jim was a phenomenal, passionate, patient tour host who had the perfect balance of knowledge, humor and the ability to keep all age groups/physical capabilities engaged. Without exaggeration, it was perfect!

The park is almost 84 acres with lovely green spaces, trees, benches, picnic areas and playgrounds. The park is between Allegheny Center and Allegheny West and is sectioned off. For example, east park is at Mexican War Streets with walking trails. West has Lake Elizabeth and the Aviary. North has walking trails and a decorative fountain. The park is lovely for relaxation no matter which section you're in. Loads of events take place here from Pride events to races, political events, concerts, food drives and more. Absolutely beautiful park. It's become a little more famous in the last year or so as it can be seen in some scenes of the show The Pitt. It's where they've had after shift beers, and a couple of other scenes. To me, it's a park I grew up hanging out at.

When picking seats, it depends on what's important to you. If you just want to be there and hear it then any seats is ok. I personally just live to be there and hear the music or see the comedian. I'm also unwilling to spend a fortune to see performers and that's what concerts and comedians are becoming. They also have big screens so you can see what's going on. Instead, I was denied a refund and offered zero compensation. I followed up with management after the fact... still nothing. $400+, four kids, and a completely avoidable nightmare. The lack of staff presence and the complete indifference from guest services is unacceptable. I won't be back.
