They sometimes have a good selection of AS SEEN ON TV items. If it's on the way, I get supplies here when the cough/cold and/or flu strike. Their online system said they didn't have any appointments available until next Tuesday. The excuse we were given in person was because of limited supply we needed an appointment. Huh? Another Rite Aid pharmacy farther away told us to come right in and that we didn't need an appointment. It seems like these employees at this location were just being lazy. It's no surprise that many Rite Aid locations are slated to close.

Thank you to the worker that was gracious enough to stop and answer my questions regarding their hours. I then proceeded to the paint department to get some spackle. Once I got to the register the cashier had no customer service skills. She gave no greeting. She didn't tell me the total. She never said a word. I know that people are people and sometimes you may be going thru things but it is still important to give good customer service. That is one aspect of your work responsibilities. Hopefully, management will see this review and just remind the staff the importance of good customer service. When spending your money you just want to be acknowledged and treated with respect.

At self checkout, only 2 out of the 6 machines were working. There was a line as well, so it took a while. The machines only take card, and 99% of the time it doesn't read my tap. I honestly dread coming back because Walmart has products no where else does. Only reason being products are locked up behind gates and NEED a employee to open them.
