The sandwiches here are fantastic and stand out from their competitors with thinly sliced meat that is pilled on, and the unique option to get it "hot" - In my opinion that is the only way to get one of their sandwiches! Because they don't go light on the ingredients- an 8 inch sub is more filling than a foot long at other sandwich shops.

The jalapeño ranch brings just enough heat to keep things interesting without overpowering the brightness of the mango or the creaminess of the avocado. It's a well-composed dish, and easily the best thing I have eaten so far during an entire week in Utah. The sweet potato fries matched it: crispy outside, soft inside, the kind of side you keep reaching for without meaning to. Service was fast, atmosphere rustic and clean. No ceremony, no friction. I am already rearranging my remaining days in Provo to fit in one more visit before leaving the state.
