At the end, when it was time to pay he said it was $200 for the TV damage. TV was still playable as seen in picture. Gamer trucks are always a big hit but the surprise at the end was unpleasant. Wish it was discussed before hand or right when it happened but definitely need better supervision with VR from the Gamers Luxury Team.

I told my daughters to search through the website and find what they wanted. The order was placed and received quickly. Unfortunately, one of the games my oldest requested wasn't compatible with her gaming system. So we went to this store to see if we could exchange it. We were greeted and helped upon entering by Julian. All he needed was my order number, which I had from my email. Once he verified everything, he provided me with a cash refund and pointed my daughter to their selection of pre-owned games that would be compatible with her system. They had a great selection and she was able to get 3 games for the price of the one we returned! They have a lot of great games and other items available in store. I'd definitely shop here again for our gaming needs!

You walk in and vinyl, some merch, cassettes, and books are to the right and CDs, DVDs and posters are to to the left. The vinyl selection is very nice. Don't sleep on the books. They are excellent. Do people actually buy cassettes? I don't think I want to meet those people, no oiffense. The CD collection was bigger and better than I expected. They have both new and used CDs. The prices on the used CDs were reasonable. Music will be playing during your visit and it will probably be good music (on vinyl, of course). The store is spotless and the workers were very friendly and helpful. The vibe here is very good. If I lived closer, I would come here a lot and I would buy a lot. Free and easy parking in the lot. If you love music, you have no excuse for not visiting.

He was very professional and timely in the booking process, communicated well leading up to our event, showed up ahead of time, and helped my son have a very enjoyable party. Steven was personable and socialized with us while the kids enjoyed the video games. I can't say enough about him and his business. And being a military family, it was nice to know that Steven is a vet as well--we are always looking to support fellow veterans. I would highly recommend him for any of your events.
