I looked up "records" on Yelp since I've been looking to rebuild my music collection with the termination of Spotify. It's got this old school arcade vibe, but there's a small rack with CDs, a section for records, another section for manga, merch and t-shirts in the back, and old school video games, consoles, and other stuff you can buy. There are two cabinets that allow you to pick games that you want to play, but don't take too long or you'll lose your credit. These games take quarters, so that's my gripe and what the minus one star is for. The workers here are cool and chill. There's a vending machine for snacks. I'll probably come by again one day when I'm in the area. It reminds of of the small arcades back in the day, so it's a nice trip to Nostalgia Town. There were two buddies who came in and got what sounded like was $20 worth of quarters to play. That was really awesome to hear a big chunk of quarters get dispensed. Have fun if you go!

Fantastic comic book shop in a strip mall in Rancho Cucamonga. The folks here are friendly and you can tell they are knowledgeable and love the industry. I randomly stumbled across this place when I was grabbing lunch in the area on my break. I can't speak to much on the value because I was just going in to take a look at the time (and didn't purchase anything on that particular visit), but from the price tags, everything that I saw seemed very reasonable. This is the type of place that I would have spent a lot of my paper route or minimum wages I earned when I was a kid. Today I witness; I'm assuming it's the "owner" hackle a young boy for an extra $10 for a item that he claimed has been on the shelf for "3 years" With the price tag labeled at $15. When this young man came into this store he showed up with the intention to buy that one item. Which the young boy kindly asked if he could make a quick transaction while bring his bike inside because he had unfortunately forgotten the lock to his bike at home. During the check out process instead of processing the transaction for the price labeled on the item, the man at the register proceeded to search the internet to try and find the exact same product online to find leverage to increase the price on the product. After failing to do so he then ask the young boy if he was willing to pay $30! Which is double the price of the tag on the item! Luckily the young man had the courage to speak up and try and get a better deal where he ended up paying $25 for a $15 product! To have the audacity to treat a child with that kind of behavior speaks volumes about this man and this "collector shop"! These shops should be built on keeping the inner child alive in everyone and building the future for young collectors. Instead you displayed greed and dishonesty to your young customer. That young man did not deserve for you, a grown adult to take advantage of that young man's innocence. Shame on you A. G.
