If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience trying to grade my cards through this GameStop. I submitted my cards nearly three weeks ago, and the order status still says "order created"--nothing has changed. I've called multiple times for updates, and each time I get a different explanation. First, I was told they typically send submissions out once a week. Then the conversation shifted to PSA's turnaround time (which I understand takes a while), but the issue is my cards haven't even left the store after almost a month. Most recently, I was told their manager--who supposedly handles all grading submissions--is on vacation, and they have "no idea" when she'll return. When I asked if I could cancel and get my cards and a refund back, I was told, "You can call us every day until you get an answer you like, but it's up to the manager." This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend trusting them with valuable cards. read more

Got a switch 2 preorder at the very last minute and was very happy about it! Can't wait to get it when it releases.

Called about an item, drove 20 mins because they said they had it and that no one had really been getting them, and when I arrived they said they were all out. Was met with passive aggression from one of the cashiers implying that I was too slow because the store had "been open for an hour". Not really sure why the employees are telling people that certain items are in stock or that they haven't been selling quickly when it's clearly not the case, pretty big inconvenience. read more

Worst experience ever. We were yelled at by the manager, an African American man I didn't get his name, he told us we had to open the box outside and I walked out and opened it. Then he told us because it's opened we cannot return it. He yelled at us and refused to serve us. I've never been treated so poorly in any respectable establishment. Absolutely terrible experience. When you expect to have something shipped, don't believe the estimated time. I understand the weekend delays and unforeseen circumstances, but the warehouse fails to drop off when a mailing label is created. It can take them 3-5 days to make it to the USPS or UPS location. They don't move immediately to any shipping center to satisfy an order, they only move items when a full load is ready for a full truck. Obviously a quick return shipping is not important to this company when shipping is paid for by the customer. Expect at least a week to 2 weeks for any delivery. read more

I used to work at Sally's part time right next door to GameStop, while working somewhere else with card grading and I was addicted to going into the store every 15 minute break I had last year. The staff is always very friendly, beyond kind and helpful. if I received anything broken or damaged they'd always ask if I'd like an exchange or call another store to see if it was in stock there if they didn't have it. (Delivery people really bang things up sometimes like figures that are loose in packaging.) They're genuinely nice people who work there. I'm bad at names but I believe one of the managers is a absolute delight among everyone else I've met who works there over the past year of shopping with them and I love seeing them. Great customer service and kind people :) never not willing to check the back if something you want isn't on the floor for you! Collected most of my plushies there but had to move them recently luckily they have hangers. 10/10 customer service and always has a lot of items in stock. Highly recommend. :) So far all my electronics I've bought at their store over a year ago is still in great condition and function :) read more

The gentleman who helped my boyfriend with a return around 1:00 today, Saturday 2/11/23 tried to guilt trip my boyfriend because he had to do his job. My boyfriend purchased a PS5 controller and dock to surprise me not knowing I had already bought them online. Since they hadn't had the right color controller anyways and the dock was not as nice as the one I bought, he went ahead and took them back (within a couple hours of purchasing them) since we did not need them. He was faced with dirty looks, rolled eyes, heavy sighs, and "you know now I have to defect these right?" This is after we've spent years patronizing this store, making purchases big and small from games to our PS5. This is how you lose loyal customers. There are other game stores, this location is not worth having to deal with nasty, grumpy employees. read more

I took a return to this location and encountered a fair amount of attitude from the young guy at the counter. He wasn't rude per se, just humorless, icy, and a little condescending. They had a NOW HIRING sign on the door so maybe this employee (the only one on duty) can find a new opportunity at a government office, airline, or other establishment that will truly value and reward his insolence. read more

As a proud shareholder of GME it hurts me that I even have to write this. So I recently purchased a used game a few days ago and the girl who rang me up didn't add my purchase to my account. I've misplaced the receipt and expected the store to have my purchase on record like they usually do. I'd tried to return the game today and to my surprise it's not on record. What kind of bs is that? So not only they didn't ring me up correctly I didn't receive any player points for my purchase the little Filipino dude who was helping me didn't have a lick of compassion for what I was dealing with especially when it is the store that is at fault. Not even a I'm sorry if she did messed up . Instead I was treated like I was a liar or something. I even asked him to check if the girl might have ring it up on an old account but he refused to even try. This is unacceptable & I will never go to this location again. I rather drive the distance then have to deal with rudeness & incompetence. read more

First of all I don't write many reviews. But these guys really have taken it to the next level. My son is nine years old and my mother his grandmother has gone there a few times and they have been so good at helping her find the right things that he would like. They have done a great job with returning games and with the social distancing since she is over the age of 70. They always are fantastic and have a great attitude. read more

How is it that you sell my pre ordered item!? I paid for it months in advance and you sell it?(or more likely one of your shitty employees take It for themselves). Regional manager will be getting many calls and emails until someone there gets fired. Your manager dare blame me for going a day late- but when I went on the relate date your system was down so I couldn't be helped. How is that my fault ? If I could put 0 I would, they were no help on getting a game to kill time while we were quarantined, then I finally order the game online like I was told, the order was "ready for pickup" at 7:55, I was at the door not 1 minute later to pick up the game and all I got was a yell from inside "WERE CLOSED". Website says closed at 8, and all they had to do was HAND ME A GAME, that was paid for and "ready to be picked up". I've been going to GameStop forever, after I finally get that game, they will never get my business again. I know it was basically closing time, but all they had to do was hand me the game, give it to me as you walk out to your car. And at least come up to me and say sorry we are closed, not just yell from the counter when you really got 4 minutes to closing. read more

My local video game store. Good store, employees always ask if they can help when you walk in. Most seem to know their stuff and offer good advice. Also when I'm in the mood to just browse they leave you alone and let you look. They check in with you but nothing pushy. It can get "busy" real quick. Certain transactions can take awhile and all of a sudden the employees are tied up helping a customer and the line is growing by the minute. Otherwise no complaints. read more

The crew is friendly and helpful. I can't speak for the old management, but the new manager P J is amazing. Any store will run better with him in charge. They have a different selection than the store near my house. The store is clean, well- kept, and orderly. Horrible I had a game for ten hours and took it back they wouldn't give me the full amount back because I opened it wouldn't even make up the fifteen dollar loss as a billion dollar industry. No wonder game stop is going under to online buying and places that allow returns... the guy wouldn't even listen to me everywhere store in the world does returns with a receipt... worst off he talked over me and wouldn't let me ask any questions or even reason with me that there policy wasn't explained to me when I've returned games before but those were used .... funny thing is the new one is less then the used ones there selling and still couldn't get enough back. It's hard to find a GameStop nowadays where the employees are knowledgeable AND professional. As an avid gamer, I don't want to be "helped" by someone who knows less about gaming than me, which seems to be the majority of GameStop employees nowadays. At this location, that's not the case. The guys who have always helped me in here are friendly and hospitable, but they still can hold an intelligent conversation about games. They always make great recommendations based on what I'm looking for and are never pushy about up-selling, which I appreciate. Went in there casually about 3 days ago to buy a game on my way home from work. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. What took me by surprise was while I was there one of the employee's was being cussed out over the phone by an upset customer, I must say he handled way better than I would have. Came in to turn in XBox 360 and 2DS, both systems I do not use anymore, for cash to spend on world of warcraft. Come in, and because my original XBox controller didn't have the battery pack, I decided to bring a wired one by rock candy, but they apparently don't accept third party controllers, EVEN THOUGH THEY SELL THEM! But he said he had extra battery packs, so I went back home, and got the controller, and went back (took about 40 minutes). Then he checks the system, all seems good. Then he brings out the 2DS. First thing he notices is no wall charger, just the chord, and says I have to bring a wall charger, WHEN IT CAME WITHOUT A WALL CHARGER WHEN I BOUGHT IT. So, I go to the Walmart nearby, buy a wall charger ($12.00 by the way), and then he checks the back, and says the barcode is damaged and some other random sticker wasn't there, WHEN THAT WAS HOW IT WAS WHEN I BOUGHT IT, and he made me open the wall charger, so I blew 12 bucks for nothing, and wasted lots of time. And they wonder why they are losing customers... read more
