Adidas Outlet Store is usually one of our regular stops when we're at Petaluma Village Premium Outlets. This time, we came in looking for an official Argentina national team jersey. My wife is a big fan of Lionel Messi and was hoping to find a 2026 Argentina jersey with his name and number 10 on the back. Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact jersey she was looking for. On the other hand, she definitely didn't leave empty-handed. After browsing the selection, she ended up buying not one, not two, but three different Argentina jerseys! A big part of the fun was the associate who helped us. He was friendly and helpful, with a great sense of humor. There was some good-natured teasing at my expense because Argentina isn't my team, which led to a few laughs. The store was a bit busier than usual, but it was loaded with World Cup stuff. They also had plenty of sneakers on sale, so I spent some time browsing, but didn't find anything I needed. The final score was three jerseys for her and nothing for me. Not a great Adidas store. This is definitely one of the more mediocre Adidas stores. I saw some people claim they have a good selection but I think its one of the worst selections. Its a small store so they cant fit much but jersey selection is generally pretty limited. I only saw a bunch of Argentina jerseys, and a few Spain and Columbia jerseys. I came once before the World Cup and once this weekend. Selection didnt change. Fyi Napa is equally bad, go to Vacaville for better selection. I know this applies to jerseys, but in the past when Ive come here trying to find shorts and pants they didnt have much selection of those either. Vacaville had a massive selection and I found what I want there. On to the staff, staff could be better. Never says hello when I walk in. I dont really like Nike, but atleast they say hello. Reminds me of Lids where employees think they are too good to acknowledge anyone. Prices are in line with Adidas stores for the most part. Said 60% off everything except jerseys. I know other stores are offering non-Argentina, Spain, Mexico, and Columbia jerseys for 65% off. This one obviously excluded jerseys. read more

Wow so impressed...... The store was clean and organized with great prices! The sales team was amazing especially Sammie. I was a little unsure which shoe size to buy and the shoe I picked was a new style for me so the fit was a little different. But never fear Sammie was near. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable about the product and very helpful so I got the perfect pair of shoes. They are extremely comfortable and looking good! YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017 - PART 3: 29/100 Hubbers and I walked by without a second thought. Then I realized it's been awhile since I owned Adidas anything. So, we took a quick peek. Shoes, clothing, accessories... nothing interesting. And they didn't really have outlet store prices, so... meh. But then they had a duffel bag on special sale for $20.00. That, in itself, was a steal. There were no second thoughts on that AT ALL. The cashier was friendly and funny. I was outta there less than 3 minutes. I went Christmas shopping today and yes, the inventory was limited. I thought I was going home empty handed but Arturo came to the rescue. He was so attentive and helpful. He went to the back and found me the two sweat pants I was looking for. He was also just a kind and well-mannered young man. We need more Arturos in this world. Pretty nice Adidas outlet! I happened to come during an additional sale day and scored some soccer pants for super cheap! I didn't buy any shoes that day, but they have a pretty good selection as well. This was on a Saturday, so it was pretty crowded. But the checkout line moved quickly despite the big crowds. I don't come to these outlets too often, but I'll definitely swing by here again next time! read more

I purchased 2 nice pairs for $100, so you really can't beat the price on their sales. Staff is very attentive, and friendly. I think they could expand their selection a bit though, and offer more seating. One weird side note, the place wreaked of pot. I didn't get the feeling it came in on a customer, either. read more

I have been to this store twice in the past 6 months and have found great deals on running shoes. I went a few days ago and walked out with four pairs of shoes for about $130, the price of one pair in the retail stores. Alex helped me and his service was great. He helped me find the right sizes and suggested which pair would best suit my workout. They may not have the biggest selection, but if you are not trying to find that "special pair" of shoes, you will find some great deals! read more

I came here to return my online order. The employees don't even know how to return the online orders in the store. After thirty minutes I waited for three employees to call several other outlet stores. The employees were no help to me at all.
