Its a small store so they cant fit much but jersey selection is generally pretty limited. I only saw a bunch of Argentina jerseys, and a few Spain and Columbia jerseys. I came once before the World Cup and once this weekend. Selection didnt change. Fyi Napa is equally bad, go to Vacaville for better selection. I know this applies to jerseys, but in the past when Ive come here trying to find shorts and pants they didnt have much selection of those either. Vacaville had a massive selection and I found what I want there. On to the staff, staff could be better. Never says hello when I walk in. I dont really like Nike, but atleast they say hello. Reminds me of Lids where employees think they are too good to acknowledge anyone. Prices are in line with Adidas stores for the most part. Said 60% off everything except jerseys. I know other stores are offering non-Argentina, Spain, Mexico, and Columbia jerseys for 65% off. This one obviously excluded jerseys.

My wife is a big fan of Lionel Messi and was hoping to find a 2026 Argentina jersey with his name and number 10 on the back. Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact jersey she was looking for. On the other hand, she definitely didn't leave empty-handed. After browsing the selection, she ended up buying not one, not two, but three different Argentina jerseys! A big part of the fun was the associate who helped us. He was friendly and helpful, with a great sense of humor. There was some good-natured teasing at my expense because Argentina isn't my team, which led to a few laughs. The store was a bit busier than usual, but it was loaded with World Cup stuff. They also had plenty of sneakers on sale, so I spent some time browsing, but didn't find anything I needed. The final score was three jerseys for her and nothing for me. Overall, another enjoyable visit.

Attention Bargain Hunters!…read more Remember that one shirt that you bought the year before? The one that fit you just fine and you loved to wear it whenever you wanted to look comfortable and good? The one that you spilled tomato sauce over and could never get cleaned? Or what about the pair of slacks that fit you so well and you loved to wear whenever you wanted to look sporty and sharp? The same one that got caught and ripped on the nail sticking out of that park bench?! Or that last year's fashion that still looks better to you than anything you've seen this year? Well, this what the outlets are for! You get in there and with a bit of luck you can find exactly what you are looking for at a much reduced price. This Banana Republic Factory Store location is one of my favorites for any of the above mentioned situations and more! They have a very good collection of items, and the staff is always helpful. I love to go in there and just walk around. Many times I walk around the store and leave empty handed, but occasionally I manage to find what I am looking for or just see something that I want to have at a bargain price. Do not under estimate the benefits of bargain hunting! It is fun and can be rewarding!

Maybe even a little better - this store was extremely organized - much better than those regular mall stores. Not one clutter can be seen in my immediate vicinity. I have a 3-year-old niece I will be seeing for the first time in 2 years, so I thought I'd get her something cute. They had plenty of bargain racks and I was delighted to find an outfit and dresses for her. Their selections are pretty dang good at those discounted prices! So, I had a pretty good idea how much whatever I got would cost based on the discount signs. But surprise! They all turned out to be cheaper after all my items got rung up, so I ended up getting even more! I didn't really notice any staff members other than the cashier who rang me up, so I can't really comment on customer service. It wasn't hard trying to find what I liked for that kid. As previously mentioned, everything was in order, so shopping here was at an ease. I was in and outta there in a little over 5 minutes. That's how it should be done!

When we walked into the other store (prefer not to say which store), nobody attended us and we had to walk all the way to the back of the store to find someone. The girl knew very little about questions we had and said they didn't know when my shoes would be ready to pick up. We decided to visit the vans outlet while we waited for the confirmation email. "Hello! Welcome in!" is immediately what I heard upon entering this store. We found the same shoes quick and easy and every couple minutes they asked if we needed a new size and if we had been helped. Lastly, I found out I had the wrong shoe size than what I ordered online so we went ahead and cancelled the order for the other store. It was interesting to have two very different customer experiences in the same day and I would definitely come back to this Vans store.
