I think that was maybe the fall or late in the summer. This particular day I was able to enter I was surprised to find out the shop goes all the way back and was bigger than most of the other stores. I've been to in downtown Petaluma. the only thing I didn't like was the lack of color which I'm sure is a trend for fall or the winter season. Lol everything was all beige, white and a weird tan color, which is too close to my own skin color and honestly washes me out. I was surprised to see the only thing that did have color were all on the sales rack and in larger sizes or very petite/small sizes and each $20 apiece. Lol. I really like the environment, and every employee greeted me as I walked in, so I felt welcomed, but I didn't really see anything I would wear without altering or dying a different color. I guess I will have to go back in the spring when they get some new colors. But I did like the whole set up of the store very easy to walk through and I really like their display table with the jewelry And individual stones you could buy.

Maybe even a little better - this store was extremely organized - much better than those regular mall stores. Not one clutter can be seen in my immediate vicinity. I have a 3-year-old niece I will be seeing for the first time in 2 years, so I thought I'd get her something cute. They had plenty of bargain racks and I was delighted to find an outfit and dresses for her. Their selections are pretty dang good at those discounted prices! So, I had a pretty good idea how much whatever I got would cost based on the discount signs. But surprise! They all turned out to be cheaper after all my items got rung up, so I ended up getting even more! I didn't really notice any staff members other than the cashier who rang me up, so I can't really comment on customer service. It wasn't hard trying to find what I liked for that kid. As previously mentioned, everything was in order, so shopping here was at an ease. I was in and outta there in a little over 5 minutes. That's how it should be done!

I asked her about where should i look more specifically and she just pointed in a direction. The whole time she was speaking to me she was so incredibly rude and acted like I was bothering her and continued to back away as she was speaking to me. To top it off when I was in line for the fitting room to try on the clothes I wanted to buy, I look around to see her talking to two other coworkers about me and snickering, one of them being a manager (a hispanic girl) I didnt get her name. And as soon as I make eye contact with the 3 of them they all give me dirty looks and kept snickering. This was a horrible shopping experience, and I spent a lot of money in this store, to be treated horribly! I will be telling others not to shop here for this reason until they address my concern and experience. The fact that the manager girl (hispanic girl) was snickering with BROOKE the sales floor associate about me and giving me dirty looks the entire time i was in line for the fitting room was the cherry on top , I felt so harassed and uncomfortable during my time here. I spent over $200 at this store just to feel threatened. This happened on 09/09/2026 at 6:30pm.

Its a small store so they cant fit much but jersey selection is generally pretty limited. I only saw a bunch of Argentina jerseys, and a few Spain and Columbia jerseys. I came once before the World Cup and once this weekend. Selection didnt change. Fyi Napa is equally bad, go to Vacaville for better selection. I know this applies to jerseys, but in the past when Ive come here trying to find shorts and pants they didnt have much selection of those either. Vacaville had a massive selection and I found what I want there. On to the staff, staff could be better. Never says hello when I walk in. I dont really like Nike, but atleast they say hello. Reminds me of Lids where employees think they are too good to acknowledge anyone. Prices are in line with Adidas stores for the most part. Said 60% off everything except jerseys. I know other stores are offering non-Argentina, Spain, Mexico, and Columbia jerseys for 65% off. This one obviously excluded jerseys.

My wife is a big fan of Lionel Messi and was hoping to find a 2026 Argentina jersey with his name and number 10 on the back. Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact jersey she was looking for. On the other hand, she definitely didn't leave empty-handed. After browsing the selection, she ended up buying not one, not two, but three different Argentina jerseys! A big part of the fun was the associate who helped us. He was friendly and helpful, with a great sense of humor. There was some good-natured teasing at my expense because Argentina isn't my team, which led to a few laughs. The store was a bit busier than usual, but it was loaded with World Cup stuff. They also had plenty of sneakers on sale, so I spent some time browsing, but didn't find anything I needed. The final score was three jerseys for her and nothing for me. Overall, another enjoyable visit.

Her name was Emily and Andrea who was kind and very welcoming of me as I entered their store! Their smiles says a lot to make you feel appreciated not just coz they wanted you to buy something! But it was pleasant to interact with the two ladies who were trying very hard to help me find the right gifts for my besties! I wanted these cute orange open sandals in size 8!?!? Unfortunately..I was sad they only came in sizes 10 and it was a great price of $25!! Not bad at all! ;) Looking around some more..I saw many bright colors of orange..green blue and basic colors on sale of the clearance purses..wallets and shoes! But I had to remember that I did come with a budget and looking for gifts for my good friends but my eyes wondered off to their lovely watches..love their watches! The bling and sparkles on the faces of the Michael Kors watches are so pretty! I already have one I'm wearing that I had for 5+ years but I feel I deserve this once of getting me a watch today! So I saw this exquisite light pink shell wrist watch with a BIG MK on the face of the watch..see the pictures! I love it!! :)) Again..I had to put on hold the watch with Andrea and Emily! I'm a honest gal to tell them I needed to stop by my other favorite stores which was Coach and Kate Spade! I did promise them I'd come back.. I kept my promise and my hubby was very sweet and bought me my beautiful watch! Awhhh..I'm grateful coz I'm really happy of my new watch purchase! The whole store was on a 50% discount and being members we had an additional 20% available. It's been always good to come here, we end up taking lots of good stuff. The staff is helpful. I came here with my mom to shop on the weekend. As we entered there were a few young staff members…read moreyelling about their personal lives. We looked at them, but they didn't greet us. Eventually another staff member that was working in the fitting room came out and told her she was a little too loud and had to take it down a notch. The staff team is very close but also a little too focused on their own lives rather than focusing on their job and customer service. Store is pretty well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Parking lot has plenty of parking available.
