Was peacefully shopping and owner was making harsh rude comments to employee. To the point that it made me highly uncomfortable and I had to leave the store and felt sorry for whom ever the Employee who was getting talked down on. Not professional in my opinion. read more

I am so lucky to have stumbled upon this boutique! I live in San Francisco and was visiting Petaluma over the weekend. I didn't expect to find a store with SO many cute and reasonably priced items. I purchased my entire fall wardrobe ;) purses, dresses, jewelry.. it was if the owner had picked the very best items from each brand. The owner was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back when I need a wardrobe revamp. I even checked the prices online after shopping and she didn't up-price which I really appreciated. A lot of the times I'll shop in boutiques and then find the exact same pieces for 50% off but not this time. You've earned a customer for life :) will def be making trips out to Petaluma specifically for this boutique. read more

This store is one of my new favorites. I randomly stopped in because of the amazing sale rack (seriously, great sales) and ended up wandering the very large store and finding A LOT that I need. They carry a wide range of super cute jewelry on top of all the great clothes. I also found some great candles and a few things that would make great gifts. The owner was there when I went in and she's absolutely delightful. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in town! read more

My husband bought me a necklace from year from Christmas that is gold plated and the plating was worn off (very obviously). He didn't keep the receipt but I had proof of purchase on our credit card statement. I went in asking to replace or exchange for another product similar and was told no receipt no exchange even though the sales associate remembered selling it to my husband. POOR Business policy!! Plenty of other places to shop with similar products and better customer service read more

Sherill and her ultra-helpful staff run this great new addition to downtown Petaluma with quality apparel and reasonable prices. Their jewelry is refined, unique, and hip and you can even get your brows done at their cute little brow bar. They also use this cool rewards program so you can earn points toward future purchases. I used to love shopping here, but after my last shopping spree I will be finding my business elsewhere. The staff was being very disrespectful talking about my size while I was in the dressing room as if I didn't know what I was talking about, and trying to size me in something way to large. As a women I am already body sensitive, and I really do not appreciate being disrespected in this way. I have no reason to lie about the size I wear, and the employees as well as the owner discussing that I did not know my true size is unprofessional and rude. I will not be shopping here again. read more

This place is a great addition to Petaluma! It's a higher end boutique and carries some amazing brands! My favorite brand is Free People and this shop has TONS of Free People clothing and shoes! The track is fantastic, and the shop had such a welcoming vibe. One of the highlights was their indoor rock crawling area. We had been wanting to try crawling, and Will was kind enough to loan us a crawler to test out. Needless to say... we ended up leaving with one! Overall, we had an awesome time. Needless to say I'd NEVER shop here. She should go back to her parents basement where she belongs. Worst experience ever!
