It's an optometrist that has a center lane of random items for sale like a hipster pharmacy - think games, jewelry, nightlights - if more of the store were actually a gift shop I'd likely be more positive, but almost 80% of the store is glasses. At the end of the day, unless you're there for an optometrist first and foremost, don't make a special trip.

Also when I was checking out their super hoarder like displays, there was cobwebs everywhere so trust me, I think they know people aren't buying from them and they just don't care.

Make sure you look high and low so you don't miss anything! The friendly staff approached me to assist, and helped me measure to find just the right size. I took home another pot, a clean matte-finish, white ceramic and it's the perfect replacement pot for my existing snake plant. Thank you Flourish Team! They also sell greeting cards and little home decor items and some jewelry. And they have a new location in Sebastopol. I'll be back!

Then I take my clothes out of the dryer and 3 of my favorite WHITE shirts are completely blue/ grey and my limited edition $129 sweatpants were changed to an awful patchy grey color. I DM'd on IG and the owner offers me a STORE CREDIT to return the long sleeve??? It was your negligence of not WARNING customers that washing their "vintage" tie dye shirt was going to wreck all your other clothes if washed together. First of all- this isn't even real vintage. If it was, no one should have even had to think twice about the dye messing up my other clothes. And secondly, to offer just an in-store credit by returning the item is BS. It was an overpriced too anyways, I will not be supporting this business anymore.

I could tell the quality of the merchandise was very nice. The lovely woman working there showed me where everything was including the sales that were taking place. I asked her opinion on some of the different pieces I put together. I appreciated her opinions. Prices averaged about $35 per item, at least on what I pulled off the racks. Not what you would pay at good will, but certainly worth the cost when you understand quality and what the items cost new.
