I live in Novato 20 minutes away, but the trip is worth it! There is no store that compares to this one! I am always on their Instagram checking out what new clothes have come in. Almost every other week they are putting clothes aside for me and give me time to pick them up. Since I have a small child they are nice enough to run my stuff to me outside! They have latest styles and the coziest clothes. They work with me on what's fits best and are so patient and hospitable. Check them out if you can, it is soooo worth it! read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. Meghan L. and I can't ever leave this splendid little shoppe without buying at least 1 thing each. Their merchandise rotates weekly. They sell everything from clothes to jewelry to art to candles. You know, the necessities. And to top it off the decor is fabulous. It's bohemian beach chic. This is my first ever Yelp review because I'm not usually one who posts about my experience but I feel like this needs to be said. Two weeks ago I bought a dress and asked the young lady a couple of times what their return policy was. She stated that I could return it for store credit within a month and that the store credit will never expire. I had her email and text me the receipt just to be safe. I went in today (only two weeks later) to exchange the dress because I just didn't like how it looked. I have the tag and both receipts. I went up to the counter to exchange the dress for two other items and had the worst experience with, who I'm guessing is the owner. She told me that there are no exchanges, only for a different size and it has to be within a week. I explained to her that was not what I was told and she continued to tell me that is not their policy and she doubts anyone who works there would tell me something different. I showed her both of my receipts and told her what weekend I came in on. She then checked her phone to see who was working that weekend because she just didn't believe one of her workers told me something different. I ended up receiving store credit, but the way she made me feel like I did something wrong is not how a business should be run. I worked in a boutique for three years and could not imagine treating a paying customer the way she did. She also does not greet any customers that walk in. I've lived in Petaluma my entire life and love supporting small businesses, but I will not be going back there. read more

I have shopped at this store numerous times, and this last experience was the straw that broke the camel's back. The people who work there- owner, sister of the owner (I think) who also owns the salon upstairs, and the daughter/neice- are incredibly RUDE and customer unfriendly. Firstly, I've never been greeted in the store. This time I was buying gifts for christmas but when I inquired about the return policy I was told that there wasn't any. I said I might not shop there if there was no possibility of exchange for something that might not fit or that the gift recipient didn't care for. I was told that it would be fine if I didn't shop there anymore. Our exchange went on and while I was checking myself to make sure I was remaining poised and polite with my questions, I was told that the young girl (daughter/neice) was in the back crying because of our exchange. When she came out, the aunt glared at me, looked at the girl and told her loudly "you didn't do anything wrong; you did everything right". I couldn't get out of there fast enough and while I typically like the products, I will not support such a rude and unfriendly atmosphere. read more

Absolutely love this store! Wonderful customer service from the moment I walk into the store until I leave, fashionable and current pieces, well-priced, and overall love the vibe in this store! Love that this gem of a store is in Sonoma County. I have not ever experienced the negative customer service as described, and on a positive note, it has been and continues to be just a wonderful place to shop and experience. My best friend and I stopped in the for first time today. We got almost to the back of the store before I realized someone was working at the counter. She was on her phone with her head down. I initiated conversation by saying hi. There was a delay and she stuttered saying hi ( as if we were interrupting her) while she was still engaged with her phone. I turned and looked at my friend and we both were surprised at this interaction. So we turned to leave and said thank you, the young girl huffed and sarcastically said "come again..." all the while still staring down at her phone!!! I've worked in retail and managed 2 establishments over 8 years and I am appalled with this interaction. I would be embarrassed if this was my employee and would make a change to ensure my staff was providing better service, let alone the common decency to greet an individual with a simple hello... read more

I went to this boutique on 3/25 and all of the staff was super friendly, attentive. I could buy literally 1 of everything, they had such perfect tunics, dresses, hoodies, denim and the boots were so cute! My favorite shopping spot in Petaluma! They carry the most eclectic and unique clothing and accesories. What I especially love is they must be ordering in small quantities, because typically they only carry a couple of pieces in each size, and that's it. You're assured that you've purchased a piece that you most likely will not see someone else wearing. I always get complemented on the clothes I buy from this place. The prices range anywhere from $8 to $80, so there's something for everyone - depending on when payday hits! This place is ADORABLE!!! The store is small but they fill it with the cutest items possible. I go there when I have an event that I need an outfit for; they always have something that works perfectly and they don't break the bank! I never even knew this little shop existed! We were heading to Lala's for ice cream and saw them. I shop here regularly and they have some adorable finds that you aren't able to find at any other store in Petaluma. Only down fall is that I have come to shop here and 6 out of the 10 times I've been here in the last two months, they've been closed. It's super frustrating to drive down, find parking and to only find them closed. Those "Be Right Back" or "Be Back In 30" signs really annoy me. read more

Love the shirts at this store, but almost always are out of my size (either small or medium). It would be great to have them order more of something that is selling out and be able to take a waiting list and then call people when the item comes in rather than leave it to me to follow up.
