Products aren't bad but return policy is just terrible. Bought Levi's for gifts and had to exchange a few items. Even though all tags were still on the items they wouldn't allow an exchange or anything. I couldn't even get a size smaller of the exact same thing without the original recipe. Either that or you sign up for their membership program and they sell your email. Just go somewhere else with better policies. read more

Today, May 29, I went out of my way to drive up to the store in Petaluma to return an item--The only day I had to do this due to work and other commitments. I drove about an hour to get there only to find the store is CLOSED due to staffing issues. Yet There were THREE people inside working!! including a manager who could have done my return, but wouldn't accommodate my request. Later, I called the store to hear the store hours recording and also try to reach a sales associate just to see if they ever notify people this way. Nope. No one picked up and there was no information about the store being closed on the recorded line. So the only way anybody could've ever known that the store was closed is if they drove up there like I did and saw the posted sign with three people milling around. That is super crappy customer service. And I still have my item to return. :( read more

A great spot for finding discounted, quality jeans. I have to say that I was really impressed with the customer service - the sales associates were very friendly and extremely helpful in trying to find the right size for me. A lot of times, one can be disappointed with the level of service at a place like this, but this spot was great. They really went out of their way to be helpful and I definitely appreciate that. I've been going here for years and I love it everytime. Amazing service and great staff BUT today I hated going. The staff was terrible, they made me never want to go again. I stood there for 20 minutes and tried to get help while the staff was just flirting with each other and talking about the sex they had the day before. I spend hundreds of dollars when I go. Crap customer service don't go here. Just order your Levi's online or go to banana republic across the hall. The jeans are better and cheaper. I waited 25 minutes in a line to purchase retail, they're fitting rooms are closed so I asked the clerk when checking out if I could try it on outside and come back in, so after checking out I went to my car, tried them on, things didn't fit, so I went back to the shop within 3 to 5 minutes and they had me wait through the line again. What could have been a two minute exchange turned into another 15 minute wait. Complete horse crap. I said just take your stuff back, and the clerk plus assistant at the counter sarcastically gave me my money back noticing that I was not happy with their service. Worst customer service from a retail store I've seen in a long time. read more

service was real friendly, and the store had a wide range of stock. but all the skinny jeans I tried on had a much different fit than I'm used to from skinny Levi's - I think they might have had older merchandise, or otherwise significantly different than what you get in flagship stores. on the other hand, I got a button up that I love! but on the other other hand, I don't think it was much cheaper than I would've gotten at a non-outlet. read more

The store looked nice no one seemed all that friendly. For an an outlet store it seemed expensive. You can get cheaper Levi's at Ross or Marshall's. It wasn't that great I doubt I would return. read more

I agree with Ken's review, great customer service, quite unexpected for an outlet mall. They fitted me for jeans and suggested a pair (slight curve -thank you!) that I might not have picked myself. I'm really happy with these jeans! read more
