I had to stand by her for 1 compete minute , and then say excuse me two different times for her to slightly turn her head and acknowledge me. I asked her if she could help me and she did not respond. I asked her where the business attire would be for an interview and she said the "the whole area is pretty much business attire". I asked her about where should i look more specifically and she just pointed in a direction. The whole time she was speaking to me she was so incredibly rude and acted like I was bothering her and continued to back away as she was speaking to me. To top it off when I was in line for the fitting room to try on the clothes I wanted to buy, I look around to see her talking to two other coworkers about me and snickering, one of them being a manager (a hispanic girl) I didnt get her name. And as soon as I make eye contact with the 3 of them they all give me dirty looks and kept snickering. This was a horrible shopping experience, and I spent a lot of money in this store, to be treated horribly! I will be telling others not to shop here for this reason until they address my concern and experience. The fact that the manager girl (hispanic girl) was snickering with BROOKE the sales floor associate about me and giving me dirty looks the entire time i was in line for the fitting room was the cherry on top , I felt so harassed and uncomfortable during my time here. I spent over $200 at this store just to feel threatened. This happened on 09/09/2026 at 6:30pm.

It was also a couple doors down from this delicious chocolate shop where they had an incredibly interesting gentleman! At this particular location, I noticed they had different clothes than the Petaluma location as well as different colors and patterns so I was rather interested in this location versus the downtown Petaluma Boutique. Both places were priced about the same as any other boutique so nothing too crazy but shirts were about $30 and sweaters were about $45. They did have a number of different styles of jackets at this particular location also. I will definitely come back again!!

Although I was impressed by the selection, I couldn't find anything that really caught my eye. My wife, on the other hand, had much better luck and found a couple of skirts she liked. So while the trip wasn't entirely successful from my perspective, it definitely worked out for half of the family! The store is clean, neatly organized, and easy to shop in. Just remember that it's an outlet location, so you won't necessarily find the latest Old Navy styles. Still, there was plenty to choose from, at prices lower than a regular Old Navy store, especially in the men's department. One of the associates I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She pointed me to the right rack where I could find the items I wanted to look at.

Like that wasn't enough of a bargain, I walked in to see if I can take advantage of the additional discount I would get if I used my newly opened Banana Republic account. Hubbers and I got a bargain out of this store! And to add cherry on top, we spent enough to get a $20 cash card to be used at my next stop at any Old Navy store. SCORE. The ONLY issue I had - not enough cashiers. For a not-too-crowded store, that line got long rather quickly. Otherwise, Hubbers and I walked out pretty happy.

One of the workers, I believe Kaili or Kaylee was her name, was incredibly helpful and patient with me while I was shopping around with my stroller. Its a small store so they cant fit much but jersey selection is generally pretty limited. I only saw a bunch of Argentina jerseys, and a few Spain and Columbia jerseys. I know this applies to jerseys, but in the past when Ive come here trying to find shorts and pants they didnt have much selection of those either. Vacaville had a massive selection and I found what I want there. On to the staff, staff could be better. Never says hello when I walk in. I dont really like Nike, but atleast they say hello. Reminds me of Lids where employees think they are too good to acknowledge anyone. Prices are in line with Adidas stores for the most part. Said 60% off everything except jerseys. My wife is a big fan of Lionel Messi and was hoping to find a 2026 Argentina jersey with his name and number 10 on the back. Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact jersey she was looking for. On the other hand, she definitely didn't leave empty-handed. After browsing the selection, she ended up buying not one, not two, but three different Argentina jerseys! A big part of the fun was the associate who helped us. He was friendly and helpful, with a great sense of humor. There was some good-natured teasing at my expense because Argentina isn't my team, which led to a few laughs. The store was a bit busier than usual, but it was loaded with World Cup stuff. They also had plenty of sneakers on sale, so I spent some time browsing, but didn't find anything I needed. The final score was three jerseys for her and nothing for me. They had plenty of bargain racks and I was delighted to find an outfit and dresses for her. Their selections are pretty dang good at those discounted prices! So, I had a pretty good idea how much whatever I got would cost based on the discount signs. But surprise! They all turned out to be cheaper after all my items got rung up, so I ended up getting even more! I didn't really notice any staff members other than the cashier who rang me up, so I can't really comment on customer service. It wasn't hard trying to find what I liked for that kid.
