I would understand if it had been a couple weeks but they could have worked with me. Absolutely no care for customers. I'm a small business owner myself- so always work with customers to make sure they are happy. Kind of a dick move. I would not shop there. Kind of feel like I got ripped off.

I was surprised when I went with my sister to pick up a cake for my nephews confirmation and we drove up to a Video / Game Rental.....for a cake??? I gave my experience here one star do to having to drive 3 different times to pick up the cake since it wasn't ready in time and when we came on the third time the two ladies behind the counter weren't sure how to process the remaining balance left on the cake so we had to wait for them to call someone to talk them through it, while our guests waited.. We didn't get a discount for the late inconvenience of the cake taking longer then it should nor an apology. I told my sister never to come here no matter what, especially for a cake needed for a special occasion and having our guests wait till the cake was finally ready at 6:20pm... not professional at all, then again my sister did go to a Video/Game Rental store for a cake.

I was expecting the store to be all music focused with the normal token representation that you normally see. But NO! They had all sorts of Warhammer! Lots of the new stuff you find at branded stores but also the out of print and hard to find items too! They had a huge selection of DnD models and source books, again including some hard to find copies. Soon I had a handful of items in hand and was walking towards the counter when I saw a Warhammer battle box that I've been looking for that was out of print. I had to have it! Didn't see a price on it and asked the employee the price. He looked it up but it wasn't in the system and we were able to settle on a very reasonable final price. I've never been to a store that had harder to find items and was still able to make a deal! Absolutely amazing! I live out of town but will be sure to visit Music Merchant every time I'm in town to see what new (or out of print) items they have in stock

The 2 guys who run this shop(father and son?) are down-to-earth guys who I love supporting because of the way they run their shop. Lots of DnD, MTG, and comics.
