One thing is, the address listed is on State Street, but the actual office is on Max Hartley Way, a little street parallel to State Street. Good thing my GPS got me here no prob. The office took my package no prob, I got my tracking number and it's all good. I'm traveling on business and having a Fed Ex account that allows me to print labels makes the whole process super fast. Billing is taken care of and I'm glad the hotel has a printer! If you need anything delivered overnight, Fed Ex is the way to go. The ground service is a little less dependable, I'd pick UPS for ground. Never had a prob with over night!

After several poor…read moreexperiences over the past year, here's the latest reason why: I stopped by to have a simple print job of some labels. I brought my own label sheets and files on a flash drive. These are the same labels and templates I've used for many years. The rude guy at the counter immediately said they could not print them if they were not compatible with their printers, even though I had the info sheet from the labels that clearly said they were compatible with both ink jet and laser jet printers. I asked him to run one sheet as a test. He printed on the wrong side of the paper. He then printed on the correct side and the alignment was all off, as if the settings on his printer reduced the size. He curtly insisted his settings were correct, without even checking. I told him I have had Staples print the same ones, with no problem. His response was "we don't mention 'Staples' or 'Canva' in this building." Well... today I went to Staples, with the same labels, same flash drive, same request. The guy at Staples was so helpful, friendly, professional and promptly printed them out perfectly the first try.

I objected and pointed out that I have done returns to Amazon completely unwrapped and the UPS location or Whole Foods has always taken care of it. At this point the two employees demanded that I leave the store and called the police to have me removed. I returned shortly after with the box completely taped, but they refused to help me and called the police again, so now I must drive 10 minutes to the next closest store. This location should lose their franchise!
