I've been in twice so far, and both have been positive experiences with short wait times and friendly staff. I went in once to ship a return via FedEx - they scanned it and gave me a receipt and I was on my way. But before I left I saw that they sell packing peanuts, among many other things (packing/shipping-related and not). So I returned to recycle some packing peanuts and they happily accepted them. This newer store is conveniently located in the Big Johns shopping center at the north end of Healdsburg. Park once to ship packages and buy groceries! They have another location in Windsor.
