I've been in twice so far, and both have been positive experiences with short wait times and friendly staff. I went in once to ship a return via FedEx - they scanned it and gave me a receipt and I was on my way. But before I left I saw that they sell packing peanuts, among many other things (packing/shipping-related and not). So I returned to recycle some packing peanuts and they happily accepted them. This newer store is conveniently located in the Big Johns shopping center at the north end of Healdsburg. Park once to ship packages and buy groceries! They have another location in Windsor. Happy to have them in town and I'll definitely be back.

I've worked with them on behalf of the high school drama department and other community related projects. So I called them yesterday morning to see if they could print a playbill for a small family reunion for a total of 50 pcs together with a poster and insert card. I had planned , as usual, to send the project to Kinkos/UPS in Napa and pick it up on my way to the bay area. In fact I had sent art files via email the evening before. I tried calling Kinkos in the morning to confirm the files were received. The line (all three numbers) was busy all morning and I ended up sending them an email to cancel my order (which they had probably never started). In the meantime I called Gutenberg. They were there at 9am and happy to take on the print job. After a few calls back and forth to confirm file receipt and print specs, I was told that they'd be finished by 2pm. I didn't ask about price and expected to pay more for the customer service, my support of local business and convenience of being located within walking distance of my home. I received an email around noon that my order was complete and picked it up at 1. First off, I was blown away by the service. Without being asked, they had gone ahead and cut the insert card (I had formatted 4 to a page) and folded the programs. From my experience, that would haven been an extra charge and hassle with other printers. Secondly, the quality of all 3 parts of my order was exceptional....especially the insert card which I had asked them to print on a heavy card stock. And finally the price was not only comparable to Kinkos but less. I a so so happy that I live in a town with such a great printer! Thank you Gutenberg!
