We went to Amy's Hallmark Store because it is such a fun experience. I was really down that day and when I left I was so happy and full of joy. Amanda was so very helpful and overheard what I was looking for and showed me the great Harry Potter Stock they have and told me of an up and coming collection. The Christmas items 90% off were awesome. I sure took advantage of that fantastic sale. They have so many wonderful items to choose from for Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, pet lovers, Mickey Mouse, etc! The Valentine's cards are a wonderful! Whatever you're looking for, I don't think you will have difficulty finding it. If you have a difficult time, the staff are so eager to help. I do wish they would fix up the old McDowell shopping center this store is in so it doesn't look so old and sad on the outside.

When we walked into the other store (prefer not to say which store), nobody attended us and we had to walk all the way to the back of the store to find someone. The girl knew very little about questions we had and said they didn't know when my shoes would be ready to pick up. We decided to visit the vans outlet while we waited for the confirmation email. "Hello! Welcome in!" is immediately what I heard upon entering this store. We found the same shoes quick and easy and every couple minutes they asked if we needed a new size and if we had been helped. Lastly, I found out I had the wrong shoe size than what I ordered online so we went ahead and cancelled the order for the other store. It was interesting to have two very different customer experiences in the same day and I would definitely come back to this Vans store. Thank you to the employees that attended us today, it really counts.

He was really knowledgeable about the tech, helped me get a look and feel for each phone, pulled up detailed quotes for all the different storage and size combos, and helped me make an informed decision confidently and quickly. Have bought and setup 2 new iPhones here over the years and had a pleasant experience both times. Way faster/simpler than going to an Apple Store. Also AT&T has different trade in and customer promotions than Apple so it's worth chatting with them first if they're your carrier and you plan to get a new phone. They'll also help you transfer all your data in-store, saving you a trip out of Sonoma. Thanks guys!

My bill has tripled in price in the last few years, and honestly, my Wi-Fi is iffy at best on most days. The people they send out for repairs, either don't know what they're doing, or have been given incorrect information about what the problem is at my house, or they've never been trained in any way. I'm sure it's not the technician's fault, I have no idea what their training might be, but from my experience, their training has been very minimal. I drove over there in the heat from Sonoma ... believe it was Sunday ,August 16th or the next day ( ?) I'm writing in regards to BRYAN, .a young man who came right away to help me. Maybe he recognized me from my previous visit about a month ago. ....& I did remember that he was supportive from my last visit there... I was glad to see him again. I came in there to work out my bill and to fix some aggressive 'malware' graphics that were taking over my phone! This had been going on for 3 days ! & I was livid that I couldn't remove them ...which made it impossible to use my phone... Very frustrating. !.. I was worried. but Bryan fixed the problem in just a few minutes & VOILA... my phone cleared up! After the last few days of my phone being 'hexed' I was so relieved...Then Bryan also helped me get a better phone plan. All in all, I was only there for only maybe 15 minutes. The whole time I was there I saw the other staff being very polite & calm with everyone. I walked out the door with a relieved smile on my face. Bryan absolutely changed the course of my day ! He took the time to listen to me, even though I was getting upset about the malware...etc. He was so kind & polite with me...AHHH....what a relief... I appreciate the whole experience. Sometimes it only takes a small moment to change the energy & he embodied the whole scenario of excellent customer service.!!!....So...thank you very much Bryan... Hope to see you again over there!
