They have paint, for those crafting or school projects with your kiddos, they have UNO card game, and puzzles galore! If you're looking for a game and then don't have it, they can special order it for you. Rooms with large tables to play games with others-sign up online to do that. What a fantastic way to meet someone with similar interests! For a quick gift, they even have Squishmallows-they're so FLUFFY! I know what you're thinking, you don't consider yourself a gamer, no prob., this quaint store is intriguing. Stop in and check it out for yourself. You may just find something you like in there.

Receiving one star because I could not post otherwise…read more Went into the Downers Grove (2321 Ogden Ave Ste E, Downers Grove, IL 60515) store on a Saturday to show my Mother's death certificate and my Letters of Office legally authorizing me to act on her behalf. The Rep, Jenn, annotated the information in the system, but immediately informed me that I would have to call Customer Service to pay the bill, reconnect the phone, establish autopay with an Estate Acct and have the restoral fee & late fees deducted through billing. And there I left thinking, well what the heck do they do in the store all day!?! Nevertheless, that following Tuesday, I contacted AT&T Customer Service, which is horrendous to say the least. After being on hold for nearly 30mins, each rep informed me that they could not access the decedent's account without the passcode, then proceeded to tell me that I was not "an authorized user" on the account. Hence the reason I presented court papers! They kept pressing the issue of whether I knew my Mother's passcode on her acct...I was so extremely frustrated with the lack of knowledge and the finger pointing of the store rep (Jenn) even though I kept requesting a supervisor - I eventually asked them if they wanted me to go to the cemetery and exhume her body to acquire the passcode!!!!! They cannot be serious! I was in tears towards the end because I am already heavily grieving the loss my Mom and NOW this nonsense, as I attempt to take care of my Mom's business! If it had not been for the fact that I wanted the cell phone to remain active in case any creditors of friends of my Mom's called, then I would have terminated the services. They appear that they have no knowledge of dealing with the death of a customer. I was told to go back to the store for resolve. UNBELIEVABLE!!! After work, I drove for an hour in traffic to return back to the Downers Grove store and guess what, Jenn immediately allowed me to pay the bill. I found her action interesting because why did she not do that on Saturday and save me the traumatizing call to customer service. AT&T staff members think you have nothing better to do with your time but go back and forth to their stores and listen to them talk in circles because they lack AT&T knowledge to effectively communicate. The Rep, Jenn, assured me on two occasions that she would speak with her "manager", whomever that may be since she has never given me "his" name, and get back to me on the refunds that are due on my deceased mother's account. My attorney said late/restoral fees are to be waived when a death certificate has been presented to a company. Ask me if I have heard back from Jenn yet...OF COURSE NOT! Not sure how they retain customers, let alone deceased customers!

I understand that businesses have policies regarding minors, but what disappointed me was how the situation was handled. We tried to ask if an adult could assist us with the transaction, but we were repeatedly told no without much explanation or effort to help us understand our options. What frustrated me most was leaving empty-handed after making such a long trip. Even if the policy couldn't be changed, a little more patience, empathy, or guidance would have gone a long way. The experience felt dismissive and left a bad impression. I respect that stores have rules, but customer service matters too.

A lot of the books looked brand new. I've been trying to build my child's book collection in an affordable way and this will help! From a selling perspective, know they are going to be selling them half off the listing price and they have tons of overhead costs. So I'm not surprised to hear people don't get much. I would look at it as you are helping others get a fair price for books and a good business keep employees when a lot of book stores struggle to make it.

Looking for helium filled mylar balloons. The newer Dollar Tree in Oswego on Ogden near Kohl's advised me they didn't have helium. A call to Party City in the area, told me they no longer were selling helium filled balloons because they are going out of business. The phone at this location was a constant busy when called; so I was worried about going out of my way and they also being out of helium. I decided to take a chance and make the drive anyway. When I arrived at the store, the balloon area to my surprise was filled with many balloons I could purchase, however, I still needed assistance to fill about six to complete my desired purchase. I ask the gentleman at the register, Max if I could have assistance with balloons. He called to someone and another associate came to the front and stated that he'd be on break for two hours and would be unable to assist me. Maxx from the register stepped away, filled my ballon order. He was very polite, friendly and professional. After filling my balloon order he promptly checked my order out at the register. This is the kind of service that I'm always happy to receive. No attitude, not treating customers as if we are an inconvenience. Maxx is an asset to this Dollar Tree store. I appreciated not having to wait or trek to yet another location for service. This is the kind of customer care that will make folks drive out of the way to shop this location for the excellent customer service. It made all the difference in my day.

The staff are wonderful too. The manager is a great guy. They have been so nice to me over the years. Their subscription service always makes sure they hold the comics for me that I want so I don't miss out on anything if I haven't been able to make it over ther in a minute. I've been to some of their other store locations too, but the Naperville Graham Crackers will always be number one in my eyes, my nerdy home away from home. I think they put a lot of thought into the design to minimize traffic if/when people start coming here for their top tier and cheap gas. The service and options are standard for your standard Costco. I know that a lot of different Costcos do have a theme and currently, this is just a basic average one like St Charles. I did arrive the day after the huge grand opening. While the parking lot was semi busy, I had no issues finding a spot. Overall, I am a huge fan of Costco and since I live only minutes away... I will be coming here a lot and most likely during their special executive member hours so we can shop an hour earlier.
