When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by several employees. They asked us to head to one of the counters in the back and they would assist us shortly. They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses. We were happy with the level of service we received here and will definitely be back.

The location is convenient right off of 295, and it's definitely a fun place to visit! In contrast, the prices here are quite astronomical at times, especially if you are in the market for anything related to Pokemon TCG. Ever since COVID-19, prices have skyrocketed due to the scalping crisis. Top Deck Games is no stranger to listing their Pokemon inventory at scalping level prices. If you're looking for anything that is unrelated to pokemon, I'd certainly give top deck a chance! The service here is hit and miss. Some days they are on the ball and others you're a ghost in front of the counter. This also relates to how busy the shop can be as well. So in summary, awesome place to look around and pick up a board game or two. I just wouldn't advise you to come here for Pokemon.

The staff is very friendly and are willing to share their gaming and platform knowledge. The store is small, but it's not that crowded and the prices are right! They are growing (still growing) company that cares about the community. I have met the owner and seen his vision. He is there from time to time and interacts with his patrons. The staff is really friendly. Now the only downside is the current location. I was there and didn't have a spot to play on a Friday night but that isn't the stores fault. Everyone had their own little groups and pods so as someone who is alone I feel out of place and had to sit at the cafe.
