This is an incredible mecca for all gunpla enthusiasts and owned by a person who genuinely loves…read morethe art of constructing robot models from heavily engineered plastic runners and Japanese technologic ingenuity. Now, can you get cheaper gunpla at other sites, sure, but you will not find any store owner as invested and devoted to the art of gunpla as the owner at the Millennium Hobbies. I had a really wonderful conversation with the owner about different cutting techniques, as well as learning some of the basic weathering options (which is still light years away for me), This place also hosts monthly (or perhaps more frequent) community gunpla building sessions where people can just gather and build their own gunpla and compare and contrast! As for the actual merchandise, I think this shop's got many of the popular models, but it's certainly not a warehouse and they will likely not have some of the older models or any premium bandai. But, if you love gunpla, really love gunpla, then this is the store to go. In my opinion, it's better than gundamplanet.

Amazing little Gundam and Hobby store!! They have a really nice selection of Gunpla and Gunpla…read moresupplies as well as some other model kits from both Bandai and other brands at reasonable prices. They also have a strong selection of Warhammer miniatures, accessories and supplies. The staff was friendly and helpful and the space was clean and inviting. Can't wait to go back there again!

The best comic shop in south jersey and one of the few still standing. Not only do they have tons…read moreof back issues, but sports cards, trading cards, toys and collectables too. The reason this place has stood the test of time is because it's a comic book MECCA. I've read others yelping about poor customer svc, but each of my visits has been quite the contrary. I'm not a dog person, but as long as you let it sniff your hand, it will leave you alone. I don't know if the owners accept me because I accept the dog, but as long as you're not kicking the dog and act friendly towards the owners, they reciprocate. The woman there always makes me feel "extra" at home like she's my aunt giving me free run of her comic store. She's like "sure, you wanna sit there and go thru every box, fine, take your time, let me get a chair for ya." The guy on the stool can be a little gruff on first approach, I don't think he's a natural people person, but just talk to him a bit. He'll liven right up. Look around the store, if you're there, I'm sure you'll have at least one similar interest, something in common and excuse for conversation. Find something he can talk to you about and it's like night and day. He'll haggle a bit and is a shrewd negotiator, but will take care of his repeat customers. He's much better than an overly friendly in your face comic owner that wants to talk your ear off or follows you around the store like your stealing something. He won't talk you into buying anything, he's got all kinds of cool stuff that sells itself. If you're a looky loo and show your face in there for the 1st time, breeze thru in 5 minutes and just skim the surface and think to yourself "this place is overpriced" and walk out, sure, he's not gonna give you the time of day. But spend some time, search out those gems, spend some money, let him know what a cool shop he has and you intend to come back and it's a totally different experience. On your return visit, you'll be treated like a "valued" customer. This is the only comic store I patronize and is well worth the 45 minute drive. If you're within 1 hour of this place and love to score deals on back issues, this place is a must visit.

I am very disappointed in this comic book store. It was my very first time and it will be the last…read moretime I will go there. Recently, I have purchased a statue from this place only to come home and find out that the serial number on the statue's box did not match the statue. They also told me that it was the only statue they had in stock prior to purchasing it. I collect statues for many years now, and shop at many different stores and this has never happened to me before. Had I known about the unmatching serial numbers, I would have not purchased this item. In addition, I felt that their customer service was truly abysmal. I did not feel welcomed when I first stepped in and the guys who worked there were less than helpful. If TemDee would like to stay in business and maintain new customers, they should really reevaluate themselves. I have been to many other comic book stores before and they have a more friendlier staff that are always willing to help.
