The owner(I believe) was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a large selection of gundams and other D&D style games. They have nights that are scheduled to play these games and have several huge tables to play on. The most impressive thing was the selection of paints, Tamiya and Valero, and model tools. Where we live near Nashville, there are not any hobby shops. It was great to stock up on some paints and supplies I needed, to put hands on product, not on a keyboard. If possible PLEASE stop in and support this local business, because it really is great to have a physical location to touch and browse actual product.

The shop markets itself around Japanese anime goods, references working with Bandai, and presents itself as a TCG destination. What we were sold were Chinese-language collectible card boxes. Not Japanese releases. Not Japanese Bandai TCG. Not playable trading card game cards. They are novelty collectibles with printed stats that do not belong to any legitimate game system. We've now spent over $200 here believing we were buying authentic Japanese TCG product for our kid. We weren't. When a family asks for Japanese TCG cards, you do not hand them Chinese-market collectible imports and let them believe it's the real thing. Worst of all, our 11-year-old thought he was getting something amazing -- until he realized he couldn't even look the cards up because they aren't part of any real TCG. If you're selling Chinese-language collectibles, say that clearly. Don't lean on Japanese branding and Bandai references while doing it. We're done.

After I found it I walked back to the counter to see that he had pulled all of my pack fresh cards out and was man handling them, full bends and scraping them around like he was playing with his own cards. They have some decent prices for singles but awful prices for sealed packs, well over market even. After he ruined the value of my cards and offered me 58% trade in credit I was left feeling awful. Wouldn't recommend as there are better card shops and better comic book stores within 15 minutes from here. Plus it smells really bad!! All I wanted to do was order a mat board but all I heard were excuses why NOBODY could help me. I've spent THOUSANDS over the years at Michael's but that doesn't matter. I work during the week and needed to order this item but left upset and angry with the response from both employees. I just lost respect for this store.
