He didn't even have the correct items he compared them to and and to make it worse he was looking at a bid on eBay not a buy it now price. Place is nothing but a scam. The two younger guys that work there try to play you like your stupid and will offer you Pennie's for anything you bring in and then when you explain and show to them what the item or product is really worth they use the excuse every single time "well It might take up to much space in the back" or " I sell these for practically nothing- I will get a DOLLAR for this if I'm lucky" meanwhile you have over 450 dollars worth of merchandise of VERY rare collectibles on the counters and they offer you a measly 25 dollars. In my eyes that is VERY disrespectful, I will never in my life use this place again and I've heard from many people they accept stolen goods from thief's and do some shady business on the side. It should most def be investigated by the authorities. I don't tolerate a so called "establishment" treating me like a crumb on the floor to walk all over. I've been to many pawn shops and buy & trade shops/ consignment you name it. And I have never ONCE in my life been treated SO poorly. The guy with the long hair will make a dozen excuses on "why" it's worth 2% of the actual value it's selling for. And that's on anything you bring these guys. I mean I've actually brought in LOADS. Of different items that are worth HIGH value. There is days where I packed my whole car up and brought over SO many different things and let alone took me over 10 minutes just to get it all out of my car. NO MATTER what it may be - this man will still try to get over on you because he thinks your desperate for money so he will actually offer chicken scratch for any valuables that walk through that door. Funny thing is he can't even LOOK at you in your eyes. Cowardly to say the least, he tried to do it to me multiple times and after a couple times of trying to do respectful and cordial business with this selfish "man" I threw the towel in. I hope this place goes out of business or finds better employees or owners (even though it was the employees that are the BIGGEST problem) I gladly packed my stuff up and walked right out that door and it's hilarious when this man tried to play me as I'm desperate but little does he know he played himself by losing a great customer that has been in this business himself for a very long time. read more

My boyfriend and I went in and looked at a 55 inch flat screen TV and asked them to clean it up because there were smudges all over it and we couldn't tell what would come clean and what wouldn't. I then called and told the employee to please clean it up because my boyfriend was on his way in to buy it. Not even 10 minutes later he gets there and they were in the middle of selling it to someone else for less then we were told the price was. I understand pawn shops are first come first serve but when I called 10 minutes prior the employee ensured me he would clean it up and have it ready. I would NOT recommend this pawn shop to anyone. Avoid if you're selling anything. They almost want you to give them your stuff for free so that they can make a 1000% profit. Imagine being offered $7.00 for a miter saw in good working condition so that they can sell it for $80. to $100. I know they're in business to make money, but they are unconscionable! read more

Don't be fooled by these reviews, there are some con artists. Last week I went called in to buy a professional camera. They said they had two available, 1 for $275 which included the Batter Pack and Lens, and a $300 one brand new. BOTH were the Canon T3i. Me thinking I'm getting more for less, I purchased the used one and I used the camera in the store before I purchased. At first it was a problem, turning on but the one guy (with facial hair) did something to get it on. I brought it home, and tested it by putting my memory card in it, and BOOM, it stopped working. Less then 2 hours later I brought it back to trade it back in for the money I payed and was going to use that and pay the difference for the Newer t3i camera. Of course they made it seem like they sold the newer camera (which wasn't even on display might I add) 15 minutes after I left. Sketchy right? as I described the issue, he maintained his stance on the battery charge (both in the battery pack was over 75% charged) and did NOT work individually. So I decided to leave to come back the next day when Justin, one of the other managers, was present (or so he claimed to be). Mind you the whole time NONE of them looked me in my face while they gave their "reason" the camera didn't work. I know, VERY SKETCHY...Also feeding me the same lies about the Used Camera, gave me every excuse in the book on why they couldn't take it back. Doing Photography for over 5 years, one thing I know is Cameras. Ultimately I was sold a Defected Camera, They are bad for business, I won't be coming back, and whoever is Reading this, please be cautious when purchasing from this pawn shop because they don't take accountability when they are in the wrong apparantly.. Hopefully someone from upper management will be able to further review the professionalism of their employees moving forward!!! :/ read more
