I ALSO brought an eco watch originally bought there to have recharged and reset and take a link out and they couldn't get that fixed either! So, I'm out a watch AND my wedding ring. I took both to BRAND Jewelers in the Deptford Mall upstairs outside of Macy's. They fixed the watch PERFECTLY, and they're going to return the ring back as best they can to the originional greatness that it once looked! Go to Brand.....family owned who treat YOU like family!
