Lou does it again. Sizes another one of my rings perfectly. Love working with this establishment. The main reason is it is NOT necessarily a jewelry store. It is a true Jeweler's. ie There is no middle man. You work directly with the jeweler who will be fixing or making your piece. This is so important when you really care and want to have it done right. Nothing beats experience. read more

I went in today, on a Saturday to size a very special ring that belonged to my father before he passed. Everyone told me it couldn't be sized because of the design but I heard DeSimone Jewelers could do anything. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was a part of their family. so warm and welcoming and... the best part was that they sized my dad's ring to perfection! (and the price was great!) I worked with Lou who was amazing and had the best time talking to everyone there reminiscing about the 80's nightlife and "back in the day...". this was such a great experience, I highly recommend them because of the quality of their work and because they are such great people! I can't wait to return to pick up something else I was making. Huge thank you to everyone there! read more

Amazing work and craftsmanship competitively priced .Excellent quality of everything!

We have been using DeSimone Jewelers for over 30 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. If you can dream a piece of jewelry, they will make your dream a reality. There's no other jewelry store like them. We started using them when they were in Philadelphia and continue to use them in Haddonfield, NJ. My son, just purchased his wedding bands from them as well. Highly recommend them. We are extremely happy with the work that they do and the quality. They are amazing. read more

DeSimones was nothing short of amazing to me. I gave them a budget and they kept me in it while getting me exactly what I wanted. Showed me everything I could choose from and broke it down for me in terms for someone who doesn't understand jewelry at all . All of the staff was nothing but helpful and in great spirits , will recommend this place to anyone and everyone . I will not be buying jewelry anywhere but DeSimones! read more

Took items here in December, one to be repaired and one to be used to make a ring that was of sentimental value to my wife. Knowing it was a busy time of year, we weren't in a rush to get it done, we didn't hear anything from Will until February with some ideas on the ring design and no word on a necklace repair that they sell in their store. My wife says the designs look great, dont hear from them for another 6 weeks when I call and Will tells us he was waiting for us to approve the design, we did, whats the price going to be? We originally were expecting to spend 6-700 dollars, and brought in scrap gold to help defray the cost. Oh, your looking at $2000 to get this done, and we're waiting for an approval to start any of the work. So nothing has been done? No, sir, sorry we have been extremely busy here. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of effort that we received from this store. I went back to get all the items from the store today and not so much as an apology from the owner, who saw the clerk hand me back the items. Extremely poor the way my wife and I were handled. read more

I'm amazed by their customer service. I got engaged Sunday and was frantically calling around trying get my ring sized. My sister loves them, so I gave them a call and they fit me in despite already being extremely busy. They sized me, cleaned it, and resized it all within 3 hours. I don't even know how to begin to thank them. I live an hour away, but we will be customers for life!! read more

Couldn't be happier with my engagement ring. Picking everything out was super easy. I was able to sit in on the initial design and help pick the stone. In the end the final ring was a suprise and it was beautiful. He is in the process of designing a wedding ring to compliment my beautiful ring now. We cannot say enough good things about DeSimones! My fiancé and I stopped in together a few weeks ago to look at engagement rings. From the minute we walked in the door Will made us feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable, personable and immediately made us feel comfortable. He made it such a memorable and enjoyable day for us! They really listened to what we wanted and were not pushy. Greg was kept updated throughout the entire process of the ring being made and they were even able to finish it before the promised date! And what can I say about the final result. WOW. I was completely blown away. It is everything I could have dreamed of and more. We are so happy to be a part of the DeSimone family now- to Will and all the guys, thank you for creating something we will cherish forever! I can't say enough great things about my experience of purchasing an engagement ring from Desimone Jewelers. First off, I have no idea idea why I would ever need to step foot into a large corporate jewelry store again. The prices, customer service, and overall experience far exceed that of a corporate jewelry store like Steven Singer. When you begin the process at Desimone's you are educated very honestly on the diamond and the process. Also I will say the experience when you are picking out the diamond is very personal, you get to speak 1 on 1 with the experts at Desimone's and the whole family is involved with making sure you get exactly what you want. We went to a corporate jewelry store just to get an idea of what we wanted a few weeks prior and it was so crowded and loud that I couldn't even hear the jeweler. Save yourself some time, money, and a clear state of mind and go to Desimone's. Also did i mention that the ring is absolutely beautiful and blew away our expectations. read more

Nice, patient and willing to go the extra mile. Although I didn't buy my ring here, I would recommend this jeweler to my friends and family.

Great service, and great group of people. They were extremely helpful with helping me pick out the perfect engagement diamond. They then turned that pick into a beautiful personalized ring. I highly recommend this jeweler. read more

Years ago I vowed never to buy my wife another piece of jewelry. The places I purchased from before made me feel I never got the value out of the purchase. My views changed in 2018 with our introduction to DeSimone's. They made my wife a beautiful pair of diamond earrings that she is proud to wear. Then recently they made her a necklace to match the earrings. The necklace came the other day and my wife is so happy with the quality of the necklace. It looks stunning!! Dealing with DeSimone's is a great experience, they want to make you happy with what you buy. They are a group of nice people that take pride in what they make and sell. But most of all they can make a piece of jewelry that make you proud to wear and show off. You leave feeling that you got more than your money worth. Both my wife and I highly recommend DeSimone's. Thank you for making my wife happy!!!! read more

Question: 1. Single: When are you going to settle down with a steady girlfriend? 2. Steady girlfriend: You have been dating for _____ years, when are you going to get engaged? 3. Engaged: When are you going to set a wedding date? 4. Married: When are you going to have kids? 5. Married with one child: Are you going to have another child? You are happy with just one? 6. Married, kids are now adults: No grandkids yet? Answer: Mind your own business. It's okay to ask once but after that, leave it alone! Well, if you are at the #2 stage in your life, this review may be for you. I am hesitant to write this review because I feel like I may be breaking some sort of man-code. This place is kind of a best kept secret. After you have done your research to learn about the the 4 c's, go see Will (Will DeSimone that is). Those in the know have trusted DeSimone family jewelers for decades. They make beautiful, custom designed Engagement rings, necklaces, etc. The prices are very reasonable. You'll make an appointment over the phone. When you go to the building, you will go up to the 3rd floor and they will buzz you in. You will not find an elaborate showcase, it does not work that way. You will work with a super friendly, honest, extremely knowledgeable, absolutely no pressure sales staff (Will or Lou). You will hand select your diamond and help design a one of a kind mounting. That's it, it's done! Whew..... Now that wasn't so bad. Your ring will be made within a few weeks or so. Your purchase includes an appraisal upon delivery. DeSimone also makes custom designed wedding bands that will not overpower/compete with her Engagement Ring, it will compliment it. tip: If you have renters/home owners insurance, make sure expensive jewelry is covered as well; you may need to add a 'rider' to the policy. read more

We went to DeSimone's seeking help after a complicated situation with our first engagement ring. The way that they were able to turn such a frustrating and upsetting time into something so great is hard to explain in words. From the first step we took into their store we were treated like family, in a welcoming, friendly, and wholesome environment. The process of buying our engagement ring was an absolute pleasure, as we were always included in on ideas, kept updated about the ring, and totally amazed at how beautiful it turned out. We will be forever thankful to them and loyal customers of DeSimone's Jewelers for the rest of our lives. Thank you to Will, Mike, Nick and Lou. read more

The guys at Desimone are a class act. With a lot of shady people on jewelers row, these guys are people you can truly put your faith in and trust. I first called Desimone to schedule an appointment with my girlfriend (now finance) to look at some rings and get a feel for what she liked. On the phone, Will asked me about what I was interested in and my prospective price range so he could pull out some things for me before we got there. When we arrived, the experience was totally different than anything I had so far experienced while shopping for rings. There wasn't any fancy signs or crazy diamond lights in the store and it was 100% of a different feel than your cookie-cutter commercial jewelers stores. These guys don't use fancy diamond lights to make their pieces look good, their craftsmanship does that. Anyway, Will and the guys there not only walked us through different designs and diamonds, but EDUCATED us on the whole diamond buying process. I mean a legit lesson that probably spanned over and hour about everything you need to know about diamonds and making an educated purchase. By the time I walked out, I felt like an informed consumer. When I got home, I fact checked everything he said to me and he was 100% truthful and correct. The guys then hand designed a custom ring and setting for me according to what I asked for, and the outcome was better than I could have imagined. The ring was beautiful, and it was exactly what my fiancé wanted. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an engagement ring, or any type of jewelry piece. While I was in there, I heard many customers come in saying they were from all over the country, but they made sure they stopped by Desimone whenever they were in the area. These guys are professional, honest, and all around great people. Not once did they try and push me out of my price range that I had decided on. **In fact, they actually tried to talk me down in the size of diamond I wanted to buy and made me realize that the slight increase in size wasn't worth the additional money. I don't know of any other jeweler that would do this. These guys will not only be doing our wedding bands, but any custom jewelry in the future. A+ Rating read more

This family owned business came recommended from my future Father-in-law after I asked them for their daughter's hand in marriage. 6 years later, I'm returning to them for a celebratory ring for our first child! I would recommend this jeweler to almost anyone, unless I didn't like the person, then I'd tell them to go somewhere else. The personal touch you get, the custom designs, and the extremely reasonable prices (with seemingly little markup), they're the complete package for the life-long relationship you want with a trusted jeweler. I really can't say enough good things about them. read more
