I was immediately told that I wasn't allowed to keep it with me and that the store needed to hold it instead. I was not comfortable handing over my valuables to a stranger, and I politely expressed that concern. What made the situation even more upsetting was that when I said the bag belonged to my mom, the issue suddenly disappeared and nothing more was said. The inconsistent treatment left me feeling singled out and unfairly targeted. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and frankly discriminated against. Policies should be applied consistently to every customer, not selectively. I left with a very negative impression of the business and would not recommend shopping here based on my experience.
