Stopped by here after a dentist appointment hoping to get a few watch batteries replaced, and possibly a Crystal replacement on one of them as well. They did not have a crystal that would fit the one watch, however, they were able to put new batteries and reset all three of my watches while I waited. Amanda was happy to show me anything I liked or wanted to try on, and asked if I would like to save my info and a "wish list" in their system in case anyone might be shopping for me sometime soon. My boyfriend and I are both in the market for new watches right now, so I wanted to take a look at their selection. They only carry Seiko but the prices are very reasonable for timeless, quality pieces. The fine jewelry was beautiful; they had pieces that were sleek, pieces that were a little funky, pieces that were dripping art deco elegance, something for everyone truly. They even had a case of communion or young girls jewelry. Definitely lots of options for engagement and wedding bands, and even though that's not on my radar right now, it's impossible not to peek, right? All in all, this is a wonderful jewelry shop very close to Philadelphia just on the other side of the river in Palmyra, still family owned third generation, offering friendly and approachable, customer service, and a no pressure environment to explore a little bit of bling. Can't wait to go back and try watches on with my boyfriend! read more

My family has been going to Anthony Jewelers for years, but my most recent experience promoted me to write a review. I had a ring resized and when I got it back there was a small flaw in the design that wasn't there before. They took it back and made the repairs free of charge then shipped the ring to me (I don't live in New Jersey, but my family still does). Love that they take time to get to know the customers and keep up with your family. Thanks to Tom for helping me out. read more

I had recently had a ring reset and with the help of Lori it turned out absolutely beautiful. Each time I went in to the store Lori and all the other employees were so pleasant and helpful. I stopped with my two granddaughters and they were even treated like true customers, given lots of information and treated so kindly. Finally the last instance was on the day before Christmas Eve when I noticed one of my diamonds was missing from my ring. I showed up at the store and was greeted by the owner Anthony who was extremely apologetic and said this would be made right as soon as possible. I never expected to hear from Lori 5 hours later with the news that my ring was as good as new. And it was. What a fantastic jeweler. I encourage everyone to stop by and see for yourself. Beautiful jewelry and beautiful people. Thanks read more

Took a Casio divers watch in for a new battery. I was quoted 25 plus dollars fort the battery. They told me it was a unique battery and therefore a higher price. Went a few miles north on river road to Brown's jewellers in. Delanco. 4.00 for the battery and a new seal gasket. They said it was a very common battery. The watch is functioning fine and it's still water resistant. Sad that a local business can be such liars to make an extra buck. read more

The quality of the jewelery in this store is unsurpassed in the area. Nick and Anthony go through a lot effort and travel to make sure they bring in top quality product. The service in this store is ever thing you would expect from a high end Jewelery store. If your lucky enough their Grandma lives upstairs and you will get a fresh homemade meatball. read more

My family has used Anthony's for most if not all jewelry needs for well over 30 years. Today i picked up my engagement ring and a family ring from Anthony's, and i couldn't be happier. I had them sized and appraised, and the rings came back perfect. When we first dropped them off we were greeted warmly, and helped right away. The store is clean and beautiful, with the perfect lighting to sell jewelry. EVERYTHING SPARKLES!! Now i am not the type that goes into jewelry stores, they usually makeme uncomfortable because i am a jeans and t-shirt type of girl, and i feel much more immature than i guess i am at this point. The woman that helped us knew a lot about jewelry and enjoyed showing off their products. We never once felt uncomfortable, or pressured. This is a quality place, and provides a wonderful experience. They have beautiful items, and something for all sorts of tastes, even the quirkiers non popular things that i tend to be into. The appraisals were professional and laminated, with pictures and details. I Highly recommend using them for your fine jewelry needs! read more

Anthony Jewelers is great. The salespeople were friendly, and the salesperson & the man in the back were able to solve an issue with a piece of jewelry that I purchased elsewhere. They treated me great here, I will definitely be back! read more

We visited Anthony Jewelers for the first time this month and ordered a ring our Son wanted to give to his girlfriend for Christmas. They took the time to go thru books and pick his brain to make sure it was exactly what he wanted for her. They found the perfect ring. Amazing work! While looking around the store, my wife fell in love with a gorgeous diamond necklace.. We bought that too! You don't ever get this sort of personal service at anything but a family owned (Father-Son) store like this! Bravo! We are lifetime customers! read more

I had to get my watch links taken out and I had no issues. The service we received was absolutely wonderful! Going forward, we will go there for our jewelry! read more

This is a great family business! My family and I go to them for all our jewelry needs. They are quick and reasonably priced on repairs. All the salespeople are always so knowledgable and friendly, especially Tom. Go to Anthony's over the chain jewelry stores for a higher quality selection and better experience! read more

Always a great experience and the number one place for pandora charms for the ladies..

This is the place to buy jewelry without having to wonder if you are buying quality at the right price. Anthony's is an old family business where they treat you like the personal reasons you have for buying something are important to them. I bought my wife's engagement ring there. I haven't bought much since but they know me by name when I call or walk in the door. There are a lot of places which put themselves forward as jewelers in shopping centers etc. Establish a relationship with Anthony's instead. I am related to a well known family of jewelers who have a store on Jeweler's row on Sansom St. I go to Anthony's. read more

I was in a month ago with my elderly mother, who made a nice purchase. I went in alone today and was greeted like royalty until it was discovered I was there for only a small purchase -- taken care of and quickly and clearly dismissed. My "thank you" wasn't even entirely out of my mouth before the elderly gentleman who works there had turned away to oh-so-warmly greet someone who was clearly of means. So phony and made me feel thisbig. When I shop next month for my girl's engagement ring for Valentine's Day, it won't be here. read more

The center stone of my engagement ring had been knocked loose, and was slightly moving in the setting. I took it to Anthony's for a repair, and was told that the prongs could be tightened to solve the issue. The ring was sent to their goldsmith, but when I returned to pick it up discovered the wiggling had not changed, at all. It was explained to me that apparently the diamond needed to be reset in the setting. (I should have realized that if they were willing to give it to me the way it was, I should have left then). I agreed to have it reset and it was sent out again. I returned to pick it up today, to find that my bill had increased and the stone movement was STILL present in the setting. I was assured over and over that the stone was not moving, that it was my skin I felt moving over the stone, the different levels of fatty tissue in my finger. I moved the stone for them, seeing the light pass over the diamond and feeling the click on the metal. He insisted there was no movement with tweezers and no clicking noise to be heard. They offered to reset it in new prongs for a cost. I made it very clear that the stone was indeed moving just as much as when I arrived two weeks ago, and if it was something that could not be fixed based on the diamond and the setting that I already owned, I should have been told that at the time. In addition to my own frustration, I could hear another conversation taking place within the store. Apparently a woman sent her engagement ring out for repair and returned to find the shank worn completely down. Another employee was assuring her that although she might think that's what happened, it must have been worn down before it was given to them. More of the same "we did our best, you owe us money now". Their jewelry certainly looks beautiful in the store, but do not use them for repairs. I paid my bill being the better person, but am completely unsatisfied with the work, and I was disappointed to find that they "just don't notice a problem at all". To me, customer service matters. The problem should have been fixed no matter what, without the bill increasing each time they failed to complete a promised repair. read more

Best jewelry store in South Jersey! Salesman, Tom, is the best! He is very informative, honest, and professional- really knows his stuff! I live 45 min away and will only go here for any jewelry needs- purchases and repairs. Go in, ask for Tom, you won't be disappointed!!! read more

Regardless of the purchase, big or small, you will always be given individual attention to help you pick out the best thing for you. We love their Pandora selection! Repairs have always been fairly priced and timely. My fiancée was even able to pick out a diamond direct from Antwerp, Belgium where the staff travels a few times a year, to create the perfect engagement ring for me (with some help from Tom). read more

Very disappointed shopping experience. I wanted to shop local despite knowing I would pay more than if I were to buy on line. I didn't expect to be price gouged. My purchase was gold plated charms. After spending over $125 I was told it would cost $45 to attach each charm to the bracelet. I declined and had to ask for a bag for my items. The owner offered to reduce the price to $30 each. I could have bought the same items with claw clasps that I could attach myself for less. No one told me at the time of purchase that there would be an additional charge. I felt like a smuck. Won't go back & won't recommend. read more

Very expensive for repairs. After getting a chain repaired, another jeweler said the cost would have been 50% less than what I paid. Will not return. read more

We love Anthony Jewelers! The workers are attentive, kind, and thorough in their work. My fiance gave them a time line of when he needed my custom engagement ring and they had it for him just days before the initial due date. My fiance worked with them over the phone and emails to get the ring made and had it shipped in the mail directly sent to our house. They work hard, enjoy their profession, and have wonderful customer service. We are now working with them for our wedding bands. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Anthony Jewelers. This is a great small company that makes you feel at home the second you walk in the door. Tom is the best! He is a real gem ;) Very professional, yet personable. He spent hours helping my husband and I figure out what we wanted for our wedding bands and he helped me re-string a pearl necklace from my grandmother into bracelets for my sisters and mom for my wedding, as well as a necklace for myself. The stringer had enough pearls and chain left over and so kindly made me a matching bracelet as a surprise! You really get treated like family at Anthony Jewelers. They are really in the business of helping people and making people happy. You never feel like a $ sign like you do at other jewelry companies. Everybody should use them for their jewelry needs. We are now a customer for life! read more
