I came in ten min before 3 PM and the items I'd left were already packaged for quick exit. I said that our new puppy was outside in the car so I wanted to scoot. But the mngr., Mark invited her in. (There was nobody else in the store; I would NEVER presume. I wouldn't even come to the door and ask to bring my dog inside since that's kinda manipulative.) We had a lovely short visit while hubby raved about the breed ~ Alaskan Klee Kai. Yes, I was nonplussed when employees didn't want to open door at 2:55 on a Sat a couple of weeks ago. (I knew the time. I knew it was close: I would never browse and shop close to closing time. I was there to drop off several watches for new batteries.) My experience today has completely restored my confidence and patronage of this business. Businesses are about relationships. I love that they get this and demonstrate this. BTW ~ I did peak ~ great inventory! Can't wait for reason to shop here ~ a lot! I'll arrive on a late morning and allow for lots of time to choose pretty things. read more

Went to the infinity Jewelers in Rockledge. Kevin and Heather are amazing, I can't say enough good things about them ! They repaired and enhanced my great-grandmother's ring -- a piece that means the world to me -- and the results are absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and they treated both me and the ring with such care and respect. I truly felt like I was dealing with friends. Their warmth, professionalism, and talent made this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend. I will definitely return to Infinity!! read more

I highly recommend Infinity Jewelers. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and are very helpful in recommending certain repairs for different types of jewelry. If I could give them more than five stars, I certainly would. read more

If you're in the market for jewelry you need to be shopping at Infinity Jewelers. Kevin and his team take the time to understand what you're looking for and coach you along the way so you know you're getting the best quality at your price point. I bought my fiancés engagement ring here and she's absolutely in love with it. Other family members have also purchased from Infinity and could not be happier with the quality. I spent time on websites and at 'big box' jewelers and was not able to get comfortable with making a purchase until I sat down with Kevin. Once we looked at a few diamonds under different lightings and in different ring settings, the decision was easy. Infinity can create custom settings for your jewelry so you know what you're getting is truly one of a kind. Thank you Kevin and team for all of the help! read more

If you're in need of a jeweler, make this your go to! My fiancé was recommended to stop in when he was looking for an engagement ring and Kevin was nothing short of amazing! He helped my fiancé put his ideas together and they created a stunning engagement ring that I was other moon about since the day it got onto my finger. We were so happy with his work that we went back for our wedding bands and I got to see their customer service first hand. Not only was Kevin great, but everyone else in the store is amazing also! Friendly and they truly do make you feel like a priority. On top of all of this, his prices can't be beat. He really takes your budget into consideration and finds or creates things that are better and more beautiful than you would ever imagine. Couldn't have imagined a better experience at infinity jewelers. Kevin and his entire team were more than accommodating. I had such a wonderful experience today at Infinity Jewelers. I called them this morning to see if they could repair my platinum engagement ring that I had damaged over the weekend at the pool. My band was bent into more of an oval shape and one of the prongs was badly bent outward so my stone was about to fall out. They were able to repair my ring and actually make it look better than when I first got it. They did all of this in less than two hours and for a very reasonable price. I will be back for future jewelry needs! read more

When I started looking for an engagement ring, Infinity Jewelers was recommended to me by several friends. I knew very little about diamonds but, from the moment I walked in, I felt extremely comfortable due to the friendly and helpful nature of the employees. I worked with Tom, who took the time to explain everything I needed to know about diamonds. He also encouraged me to price other jewelers to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. After meeting with other jewelers, I realized no one could beat Infinity. Tom created a dream ring for my fiancé and she has since received nothing but compliments on her beautiful ring. read more

This place is gem. They have tons of selection and if they don't have what you are looking for they will order it for you. And if no one makes what you want, THEY WILL MAKE IT FOR YOU! They are really great people, and the jewelry repair they do is flawless! I took some antigue gold that my in-laws gave me and they gave it the royal treatment. When I got it back, I could not even tell where they did the repairs! And their prices are very, very reasonable. I have taken my piece to a few other jewlers in the neighborhood and everyone gave me inflated prices. These guys took the care to see exactly what I wanted and gave me a reasonable price. Oh and their watch batteries are dirt cheap! I recommend this place to everyone, even folks with 18K or 22K gold. They are truely professionals and not highway robbers like some of other local places. read more

Although I'm from D.C. I got my engagement ring from here because I was referred by a friend of a friend and I am extremely satisfied. I was able to send Tom and pic of the ring I wanted with the dimensions of the stone I purchased and he was able to put together a beautiful ring with an extremely reasonable price. The customer service was fantastic as well! The ring needed to be resized and they did it so fast with no problem at all. The ring is beautiful and my lady is very happy. It is definitely worth a 2.5 hour trip. read more

I came in here a long time ago looking for a claddagh ring for my wife who I was dating at the time. They helped me pick out one that she loved and were very friendly. While I was waiting a customer walked in and had a major issue with a timeline for an engagement ring to be completed. They understood his concern and they went above and beyond to help his guy have his ring rushed in time to propose. They are good people in my book. read more

The best, hands down. Personable, honest service, with a gorgeous selection for anyone. They take their time with you and get to know what you like and need. They remember your name- you aren't just a sale to them. And in the long term? I just had my wedding and engagement rings cleaned there and they look like the day I got married, ten years ago. read more

***This review was originally posted 9/28/14 ... then it disappeared!*** BUYER BEWARE!!! Be very, very careful dealing with this jeweler. An elderly friend of our family brought in an amethyst ring in to be adjusted and cleaned. When she picked it up, the salesperson told her that they cleaned it over a sink, and the stone went down the drain. But don't worry ... they replaced the stone. The elderly woman didn't know what to do, so she accepted the ring with the replacement stone and left. ***** NO jeweler would ever clean jewelry over a sink! ***** No jeweler would be that careless - the stone was either lost or intentionally replaced. I see nice reviews of this jeweler on this site, but there is no good excuse for what happened to this lady. (The lady did not ask me to post this review and does not know that I did it. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.) read more

I had both of my watches repaired at a very reasonable price Tony was great & I feel that he treated me like friend instead of a customer since then I took my wife in to purchase a new wedding band for Christmas since her other band had 2 missing diamonds & Tony said let me take a look at it & said we can fix it & replace the 2 diamonds, the average salesperson would have not offered & continued to sell me another wedding band, when I called & asked is the ring repaired & what was the cost when they told me the price I was so supprised how low the bill was, I will go back & purchase another wedding band for my wife. p/s if you want a great, honest & very reasonably prices go see TONY !!!! exemplary service. i got my necklace repaired and anklet shortened. done within days.

Great job! My fiance took the diamond from my Mom's engagement ring and they were able to put it into my Grandmother's antique setting. The setting was very dull and old looking the last time I saw it and they did a great job of really cleaning it up and my Mom's stone looks great in it. I didn't even recognize it when he gave it to me! We will be going back to them to look at wedding rings! read more
