Arrogant owner, refuses to look over each and every coin, refused to give "bid" price, actually…read moretold us some coins were worthless (yet I sold such coins to another shop. The rudeness was appalling to say the least. Told us he didn't have to buy anything from us. Tried telling us he had to weight, ship and other costs he had to deal with. Showed a sterling silver charm bracelet, with sterling silver charms. Said it wasn't worth testing. He didn't need to test this, everything was marked sterling silver. Acted like he was doing us a huge favor lol. Not professional whatsoever. I would advise to not go to this precious metals shop. If you really want to sell at a favorable price, go elsewhere. Especially when you are there with almost $4,000 in silver coins.

Not a good experience at all !! I had called a week or so before going to the Exchange and asked…read morewhat he was paying for 14K gold. After hemming and hawing for a bit he said "$55.00 a pennyweight". When I went there I should him what I had and he, of course, checked the items out. He sorted out the various grades of gold and started to weigh and price them out. I had weighed the items before going and knew there were 28 DWT of 14k gold. 28 X $55 = $1540. He had written down less than $1100. I asked if that was what he going to give me and he said, "yes". That was less than $40 a DWT. While I was putting my items back in a container he said $50 was the best he could do. Less than he stated on the phone but an offer I most likely would have accepted. Why not just make an honest offer to start with?

If I could give less stars - I would. We bought a ring in…read morestore that we seen online in December 2022 - we were told we needed to pay for that ring to be sized correctly in store - later we learned that we could have purchased the exact ring and size online for less , basically saving the sizing fee. We were married in March - the ring is one whole size too big - the lady asked me if I lost weight since then - the answer was no. We asked if we could be re sized for free - they said no , and instead of charging near the initial sizing fee of $60+ - it was $179. The whole ring itself was $450 , so why in the name of Jared would I pay that much to have it sized again. I'll never go there again - and I might add this review to every possible review site that I am able to. Now I have to pawn my ring before I lose it in the toilet the next time I go to wipe.

I was wearing my ring which contains diamonds and an Alexandrite gem (ring by Mark Henry). Alexandrite is an expensive but hard to notice gem. :) It looks like a normal stone except it changes colors in the day/night light setting. A beautiful gem for those who want to spend a small fortune but not show it. Needless to say, I'd say they know their stuff from that alone. Wish I remembered her name. ^^' On another note, I actually bought two diamond rings on vacation (Marc Henry and LeVian) and stopped by to inquire about appraisals. They appraise it in front of you! That's a plus since there's a lot of horror stories out there.
