On the same day I payed my guitar off I renewed the lease on my guitar pedal. Mind you this pedal was pawned for $25 when it's new worth is $250 and this thing was in brand new never used condition. I went there today to claim the item back but I had lost the green slip they give you upon pawning or renewing an item. They say they don't even have any record of it being renewed in their system. Now since they made some sort of clerical error on my renewal I am out $250 for a $25 pawn. I would recommend you take your business else where when dealing with high end equipment just on the principle of their carelessness. And if you do pawn there be sure you don't lose your slip and have proof of everything. I'd hate to see this happen to someone else.

I was trying to find an unabtrusive place to evaluate it and asked if I was okay where I was. However, after a few minutes, while I was determining what might be needed to get the guitar going, I was asked to move. I obliged. I requested a place to evaluate it. It was then, that I found out that I shouldn't have bothered stopping by or following up on it. Because, it was at this point that the person who asked me to move then began his misrepresentation of me and my motives without having spoken to me once since I walked into the store. Sure, I had been there before. But it was so insulting to be misrepresented without even so much as allowing me to explain why I was there. As I know this was a business, I remained calm. I was conciliatory and apologetic. It was at that point, that I thanked them for their time, apologized for being a hindrance to them and left. I know the store is in Trenton, but please. I know of no one who buys a guitar, car or piece of equipment without testing it. I'd not go back there unless I could safely say that I knew someone who works there or ask for the manager/owner. I was wearing my ring which contains diamonds and an Alexandrite gem (ring by Mark Henry). Alexandrite is an expensive but hard to notice gem. :) It looks like a normal stone except it changes colors in the day/night light setting. A beautiful gem for those who want to spend a small fortune but not show it. Needless to say, I'd say they know their stuff from that alone. Wish I remembered her name. ^^' On another note, I actually bought two diamond rings on vacation (Marc Henry and LeVian) and stopped by to inquire about appraisals. They appraise it in front of you! The company offers moving services for purchased items and it was very helpful for me when they delivered a piece of furniture that I bought. They were very professional with Covid guidelines. PROS: The company seems to run very professionally and is attentive to Covid guidelines. They only allowed a few people in at a time, masks required, good signage, out front, etc. CONS: Most things were not priced to sell so much as they were priced for profit. Also, a staff member was with you in every room kind of hovering (if they weren't initially in the room, they followed you into the room). As a customer, this felt awkward and uncomfortable.
